Room is rather small but enough for sleeping only. No elevator. Room has all the amenities.

Location is brilliant - literally just off Rembrandt Plein. Room was good size. Bed was comfy - pillows bit on the soft side for me tho. Staff friendly and polite. Main downside was the bass coming from the club a few doors down.

Very clean! Quiet! Close to cafe’s, grocery store, flower market…5 minute walk. 15 minute walk to Van Gogh museum and Rijsmuseum. Take tram at Rembrandt square to central train station. Very easy 2 minute walk to pickup.

Hotel Frank was amazing! It was in a perfect location that felt close to the centre but nice and quiet. The room was perfect, spacious and cosy! The staff went above and beyond to be so friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend and will be coming back again one day!

The location of the property is great close to everything. The building is a typical Dutch canal house complete with all it’s charms and quirks. The real difference is the host David who is a real pleasure and very kind. Also, unlike just about any other room I’ve stayed in, he makes a point to replenish anything in the room that has been used each day, from a coffee pod to waffles to fresh fruit...

Loved it here. The room had everything we needed and then some. So near the city centre hairdryer, straighteners, shower gel, microwave, fridge and even a magical replenishment fairy. My only drawback was the steep spiral staircase which is not for the faint hearted especially if uve been out for a drink or 2 apart from that is was a lovely B&B

The owner David and staff Mary went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. They have thought of everything, the rooms were complete with everything from spare razors, toothbrushes, travel adaptors and paracetamol. Beds are super comfy. Netflix on TV with their own account so no can just fire it up and relax. Complimentary snacks and drinks are topped up daily which was awesome...

The room was clean the staff very helpful. Just remember you are checking into an extremely old hotel that was not originally designed as a hotel. Expect lots of stairs, funny shaped rooms and unhandy lighting and outlets. Just relax and enjoy the fun, excitement and convenience of being located in the middle of old Amsterdam.

The room was clean and the staff really nice. Also the location is great. There was a food market on the Weekend right in front of the street which was really cool since we love to try local food. Also there are so many nice bakeries and restaurants nearby. If you enjoy a good espresso try Bruno’s. Oh and having a balcony room was a big plus.

The staff was great! Valet parking was essential. Room was clean and had a nice bathroom. HOWEVER, it felt like I was sleeping between two bass speakers all night unti 4:00 AM when the nearby band or bar quit playing music.

For me it was good, nice and central. The building is old and you can hear a nightclub next door (or behind) at night but the positive was that the shower was a good size even though the room was small. Very warm room. Everything clean, towels are a bit tired I’d say. All in all good but it’s not a luxury hotel.

The hotel is located very close to the RAI station, which is a 10-15 minute train ride from the airport, so it was very convenient. There are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the surrounding area is quiet and safe.

Booked a suite as it advertised TV and fast internet. The TV did not allow you actually watch TV apparently this is a know issue with the suits. The TV would not allow you to cast even with the correct password the only option was to watch Netflix.
