Al Raha Hotel in Muscat

During my recent business trip to Oman, I visited this bar and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

I ordered food, but the staff member at the counter (wearing a white shirt) informed me that the bar had opened only two months ago and currently does not have a chef. While this was already inconvenient, what followed was even more surprising. When I asked if some basic bar snacks such as peanuts or popcorn could be provided, I was told that they were “limited” and that no additional quantity could be given.

This response felt unreasonable, especially considering that I spent approximately 300 Omani Riyals at the venue. Being refused simple complimentary snacks over such a high spend left a very poor impression and came across as extremely unprofessional and unfriendly toward guests.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff attitude, hospitality standards, and guest service, as this experience was far below expectations.

Worse hotel ever I booked for 3 nights and stayed for 6 hours and left without a refund the room stinks and was very dirty and aswell as this all you hear is blasting music until 5 am it’s not worth the stay no matter how cheap it may be

Extremely noisy, beyond any acceptable limit. Rest is impossible. Even for a low price, it’s absolutely not worth it. I recommend staying far away from this place.

Noise until 4am. Impossible to sleep. On top of that, dirty toilet + sheets. Would not recommend.
