Beautiful hotel in Muscat with an awesome design and a very comfortable room. The space felt cozy and welcoming even without a view, I was really happy staying there. If possible, adding body lotion in the room amenities would make the experience perfect.

The underground parking is important and one of the good service here is..

Located at good location. Al kuwair is the downtown of Muscat with lots of Turkish restaurants. We stayed 2 days , our room was good but basement parking space is very conjusted. After all that area parking is little tight. Rest all fine Service was okeyish

Booked this for our 1st time visit to Oman and we stayed here for 12 days. If you are only staying 2-3 days this hotel may be ok - but for longer stays I would not recommend. My overall experience at Muscat Plaza Hotel was somewhat good. Unfortunately, they lacked many things. For example, the room wasn't fully prepared, and I had to ask for toothpaste, slippers, and a toothbrush. Additionally, the gym lacked many tools. The room was spacious! The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and a fridge, and check-in was a breeze. The location was great, and there was plenty of parking available.

The hotel was too noisy as it's right by the road. The breakfast selection was very limited, and an extra breakfast for a child was quite expensive at 10 riyals, which is about 180 RMB. They also charged adult prices for a 13-year-old child, and it was the first time I've ever encountered a service charge for breakfast. Overall, the hotel wasn't good value for money; it was just mediocre.

Breakfast felt improved today, and the boiled eggs were delicious! Muscat hardly has any high-rise buildings, and this hotel is only seven stories tall. The swimming pool is on the top floor and there are two: a round one for kids and a square one for adults. The view is quite nice.

Service and staff is very good. Food is amazing. Touring and rent a car service is very expensive but trip to city centre is free which is good. Television wasn't working during my stay though.

I've noticed a common trend in hotels here: the lobby is typically grand and looks newly renovated, but the rooms themselves are quite old-fashioned. In my triple room, the headboard was designed for twin beds, and the third bed felt like an afterthought. There was no electric kettle, and the bathroom was tiny.

I was able to walk to the old Souq & some other places (not the shortest walk, check out the distance on google maps) restaurant was great downstairs with cold beer. Ideal location for Mutrah which you can walk to the centre and the water within about 15 minutes. Very helpful staff and friendly. It’s not 5 star accommodation but good value. I had a problem with my hire car and needed a jump start and the security guy helped me out.

The hotel was generally acceptable, but the room and bedding were dirty, run-down, and had a bad smell. The breakfast was also a disappointment; it wasn't a buffet, and the menu was fixed. Overall, I'm not satisfied with this establishment and wouldn't particularly recommend it, despite the staff being serious and helpful.

Wonderful place in the middle of Muscat not far from the airport. Clean and spacious room. Nice view to the pool. Did not try the restaurant so can't judge but the menu looks OK. One of the best Hotels in Muscat. I love the swimming pool. All room services are excellent. Convenient car park facility. Easy access to many locations with supermarket nearby. In house food is of good quality. Morning breakfast is continental and asian, all items are fresh. You will enjoy your stay and the room rates are bit higher when compared with other hotels, but this one is in peaceful location

The hotel is in an excellent location in the Ghala Heights, close to Muscat International Airport. All services are available, and the price is very reasonable. The place is absolutely wonderful and beautiful. I will definitely stay here several times in the future.

They need to do some maintenance to the rooms especially the room walls , carpets and need to make sure room service they put all the items in the rooms especially the Mug , coffee , sugar ..etc .

Overall it's OK, relatively clean, no peculiar smell, no buffet breakfast, recent guests should be aware that the next door is under construction, which starts before dawn every day, which is very super.

First time staying at this hotel. Visited for a drink on my last visit when in Muscat. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and the two bars are a nice change. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool is very large so wasn't very crowded. Overall we worth a stay, especially for a few days whether it be work or pleasure.

We stayed here for three nights. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. All the hotel staff are very polite. The two single beds are quite large. The shower in the bathroom is very strong and comfortable. Breakfast starts at 5:30 in the morning. It is the earliest hotel I have encountered on this trip where breakfast can be served.

A decent hotel which is conveniently located in Muscat. No more than 1.3 rial to get anywhere downtown and a bit more to Mutrah. Bed was comfortable and room was pretty clean. It can get loud as the windows don’t block out a lot of noise but for the price I would recommend. It’s close to many supermarkets and cafes/restaurants.

The hotel is in a rather isolated area, though it's close to the airport. I was surprised that the taxi the hotel arranged for me cost 1.50, but when I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, I was charged 5.50 – quite frustrating. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I underwent quarantine fro 2 weeks here prior to my arrival in Saudi Arabia. The food provided during the stay was quite good, and the view from the window — with its hilly terrain — was both peaceful and enticing.

We are happy with the hotel. At our request, they immediately changed the room (the first one was dirty). It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not equipped. The breakfast is good, but the coffee is weak. Many thanks to the head manager: he helped with changing the room, calling a taxi, allowed us to leave at 2 p.m. (for the flight). It was better than expected. I went just to the restaurant and the food was ok and it was possible to enjoy the view from the top. Some waiters do not speak english and sometimes was difficult the communication or I had to wait to whom speaks. The windows require a cleaning in order to appreaciate the landscape and the magnificent view, one of the good aspects of the restaurant.

It's about a 15-minute walk from the Airport A1 station. Located between the mosque and the old town, with plenty of food options downstairs. The room's cleanliness was decent, but the spice smell was way too strong; I had to open the window to air it out.

The people of Oman are very welcoming, and the hotel service is excellent; they'll try their best to help you with any problems. The rooms are clean and quiet, and it's great value for money. Highly recommended!

The hotel deserves the highest rating. Everything was practically flawless during my stay! Special thanks for maintaining the order, cleanliness, and comfort in the room.
