Clean and hygienic, with a great balcony. It's just a few minutes' walk to the mosque. If you turn right downstairs, there's a small Indian restaurant that's very authentic and affordable. The Indian guy there speaks super standard English, so communication is a breeze.

There was absolutely no hot water in the room, all the plumbing was super old, and the faucet in the sink was barely holding on. The breakfast was quite meager; only snacks were included in the price, while substantial dishes (like an omelet) cost extra. The only good thing was the possibility of a late check-out (until 1 PM).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, and the amenities were great. I would definitely come back again!

I can give neutral 3stars. The service is great, breakfast too. But I am sensitive for noise and unfortunately the hotel does not provide the Silence I need. Do everyone should know that the hotel is at the high way and that there is a bar nearby. If you are not sensitive to noise the it’s a good choice!

Despite the indifferent staff, rooms are quite nice if rather dated, especially bathrooms. Still, a comfortable bed, desk, armchairs - all that you'd need for a day or two. I could not have asked for a better place to stay during my 10-day visit in Muscat. I spent three nights here. Excellent location. Service and accommodation were both good. However the restroom's hot water availability was inadequate. They have a pool with few restriction and a well kept Gym. Breakfast was free, but it wasn't upto par. My overall experience, nevertheless was positive.

At any hotel we receive free water in the fridge but over here no water when you call the help desk please call 6 the restaurant!!!! Did it cost you alot of money? To keep water at the room!!!!

Not really satisfied with our stay here. We had booked a suit and the rooms were big & spacious. But the lighting is really bad. And they don't even provide water or tea bags, for the price they had charged us! When we asked for water, they charged us 700 paisa for just 1 bottle of water. Absolutely ridiculous. And the kettle they provided had a foul smell.

Large, spacious, clean room, with a comfortable bed and good location. But the staff are incredible. My husband got very sick during our stay and they got us everything we needed - water, extra blankets, slippers, very late check-out, information on pharmacies and clinics nearby. Once you get inside the room, it smells like cigar. Didn't likee it at all. the location in google is different because google will redirect you at the back of the hotel. You should park in front of a building below the building there are shisha stores on the side of it is the hotel's parking lot for staff. Living in Mutrah doesn't get better than this! The views are stunning, with the mountains towering behind the historic buildings and a glimpse of the Sultan's yachts. The Naseem team went above and beyond, being super caring and attentive to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel had very friendly staff and a great location, right near the market, fort and good food in the area. My partner was feeling unwell and they were because of this they were kind enough to allow us some extra time to pack and checkout. Would recommend as one of the better looking hotels in the area
