Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it’s a very well run hotel. Comfortable beds and rooms. The breakfast menu is spectacular. An incredibly wide variety of choices. Something for everyone. The food is very fresh and well presented. Oh, and great coffee too!

The hotel is great. Close to the central area and yet also close to larger transit ways, so moving around is easy. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are reasonably dimensioned and equipped. Very good prices, breakfast buffet was incredible. The room was a nice size with a huge window from the 10th floor. The bathroom had a nice big shower and there was free tea and water.

Right in the centre of town. Ample parking if you go at the right time of day. Rooms are delightful and the beds are very comfortable.

Really great location, there is plenty of places to go see around, zoo, shops, shopping center, interesting architecture within 25 mins of walk. Most of them are even closer. This is an amazing hotel. One of my top places to be. Beautifully decorated, spacious room with a huge terrace, extra super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and most of all: extra friendly staff. Located near or rather in the very centre of Bialystok with good parking opportunities right in front of the hotel. I had a room with a fantastic view over a park. Next visit to Bialystok….definetely this hotel

We recently stayed at the Shuum Hotel, a lovely 4-star hotel just 30 seconds by walk from the beach. The rooms are very comfortable, and you can rent bicycles for 3 euros per hour, which is great for exploring (no need for e-bike). The hotel is super nice and clean, location suberb, but quite overpriced for what you’re getting. For this price it would be nice if for example parking was already included. We were disappointed when we were served overpriced VOSS bottle when we asked for a carafe of still water in the restaurant. It was an excellent experience in all respects: the design and atmosphere of the room and amenities fitting perfectly the lovely location by the Baltic sea. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and spa options. The food was awesome - delicious and healthy. Breakfast was superb- impressive variety for every taste. Today together with my wife we we’re fortune enough to enjoy a massage in Shuum’s SPA - more then happy to recommend, unique experience which definitely will not be a one time thing !

Have just stayed at this Wonderful Hot. Centrally situated and easy walking distance to the beautiful Old Town. The Hotel is very clean, the room was very tasteful in decor and fittings. Lovely hotel I accidentally booked one day short for my other hotel had to check in here. Arrived at 11am requested to drop off my bag they actually had our room ready. Location is excellent- 10 minute walk to the main square. Quite a long walk for locations south of the river, but for most attractions, excellent location. Room was average. Average size, no safe, lacking some toiletries and facial tissues. Also charges me for breakfast although I'm fairly certain i prepaid for this.

Booked a 2-night-stay at this hotel. Feels more like a Hostel than a 4 star hotel. Staff was nice and the hotel is just a 15 min walk to the Old Town. The room was small and appeared really dark. At night you could hear every sound and the refridgerator made unbearable loud noises, which made it really hard to fall asleep at times.

A lovely little boutique hotel if you're looking to be far away enough from the noise of Krakow centre but close enough for a lovely stroll into the old town. A most enjoyable 3 night stay here, and just a short walk from the main shopping street. A comfortable room, good breakfasts and the bonus of a jacuzzi and sauna on the top floor, free during the day. Very helpful reception staff too. Recommended.

If you look at hotel Rysy's webpage, you'd expect a mountian resort, not a hotel in a semi residential area. It is still a 40+ minute bus ride to the Tatra Mountains. They uses creative and good photography. The hotel is nice. I paid for breakfast with my booking but had to pay again at the hotel, and it was $20 USD per person, which is a bit crazy for Poland. This was my second stay in this hotel after about 2-3 year gap. Before parking and breakfast were included. Both these charges are excessive in my opinion.

Nice location in the center of town, parking, five star hotel, etc., so it had to have also 5* from me. However, we got room without option to open a window, plus electric devices were working according some strange algorythms (hair dryer, air conditionong, lighting), so i put only 4*.

I needed a hotel situated close to the important roads such that I can efficiently travel by car to my intended destinations. The hotel was perfect for that. The room was just right for my needs. The hotel was clean enough for my needs. Staff was friendly and polite. I did not have any particular issues.

When I walked in, there was nobody working at the counter. Tried calling for someone, nobody showed up. After a while the blonde lady finally came out and got me checked in. The room was perfectly fine for just one night, no complaints about that.

We booked last minute for 3 nights & this hotel was excellent it’s in a great position with all of the local sightseeing locations very close by. Trains buses trams are near and easy to use. The room was spotless, just as it appeared in the photos. Everything from the iron to the blow dryer was included. It's a 15-20-minute walk from Kazimers and Wavel Castle. It is a very clean and beautiful new hotel with nice rooms with great view and comfy beds. The breakfast was good even though there were a few thigs missing like darker bread. The problem was that the personal was not as nice as it could have been. The front desk wasn't realy helpful and annoyed by any question. Also they tend to ignore their guests not only at the front desk but also in the restaurand

It's a wonderful hotel that stimulates Chopin's romance. It's a two-block walk from downtown Warsaw and the Palace of Culture and Science, and the National Gallery of Art is right across the street. I've been to Chopin's concert, which is hosted every evening for dozen of years, and Ishii Toshiki's performance was really good at there.

Amongst all the hotels of similar class I've stayed in, this is one of the best. Yeah, there are few things to complain about, we had some issues, but exceptional attitude of staff and hotel manager makes up for it - we felt all of our needs were taken care of, so we are satisfied. Great hotel with a very hospitable manager available for almost all time of your stay. Delicious breakfasts. Might be a bit tough to get the shortest route during winter so get prepared. But I'm pretty sure they will inform you about that prior to your visit.
