Really nice Hotel. Very clean rooms. Corridors are really well maintained, they smell so good and very clean! The buffet breakfast and dinner are divine. Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar....

We have checked for 2 days in November 2024 at Crystal Moutain hotel in Wisla. Unfortunatelly there were slight issues at the beggining of our stay which have made our stay a bit uncomfortable. My wife is Polish and grew up traveling to Mikolaka. We took the kids here and the hotel is awesome especially for kids. Lots to do, from horse back riding, to water activities. The water park portion is lots of fun, and there's an indoor/outdoor, and well heated for use even in the cold temperature. It's a very relaxing, fun place!

It is convenient for business trips. It is only 1km away from the train station and the exhibition hall. There is a large shopping mall next to it. The breakfast is also quite rich. The first floor of the hotel is a restaurant, and the second floor is for breakfast. There is also a gym shared with ibis. You can also book ibis in the same building, but Novotel is on the upper floors. Recommended

The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors. Reception was not always available by phone. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient especially for business travellers but staying closer to Old Town would be better for tourists. Roomster need updating, service at the reception is Little bit cold. Problem which i have is that upon arrival you can't sort everything with one person at rhe reception , you have to do some walking between getting your room, food and medical treatments. To me Little bit messy and disorganised.

We had a very nice stay with the kids. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were beautiful, with comfortable beds and quiet even though they were overlooking the square. The swimming pool is nice however some toys for the kids are missing but it's not a big disadvantage. It was definitely a great stay and we will come back again. We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better.

It looks like a Soviet luxury. It's time to upgrade both the rooms and the water park. In the room, running your hand across the surface of the furniture collects a solid amount of dust. That says a lot too. The hotel is saved by extremely kind staff, food both at breakfast and in the a’la carte restaurant, comfortable beds, especially warm water in the pool.

This hotel/resort/spa has everything you didn't know you needed. You can visit a spa, dance, drink at a well stocked bar, dine at multiple restaurants, and even bowl. The furniture in the room was not great all dark wood and gives the impression of not being fresh and modern. Carpet in the bedroom didn't look clean and the bed was just two singles pushed together and not comfortable. A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours. I'm born to breakfast and this hotel featured an interesting extensive breakfast offering. Fresh Ukrainian dumplings and perogies, blood pudding, cottage cheese pancakes and fresh honey. Location, location, location! A stone throw away from the city main attractions/ center. Nice room with a very good shower and comfy bed. Plenty of choice at breakfast buffet. Tables are quite close to each other and to the buffet which can make it feel cramped. But that's the only 'bad' point about the hotel in my opinion. Very friendly staff

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was relatively large, well equipped, with a balcony overlooking the Vistula River. The room as well as the entire hotel were very clean. The service was outstanding and the food at breakfast was excellent. The old town of Torun is about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Copernicus Hotel as an attendee of an astronomy conference that was organized in the hotel. Torun itself is a lovely place and Copernicus Hotel made the stay all the better. Rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was truly amazing!

Very close to Warsaw central station. The room was very clean with nice interior. Breakfast was also satisfying.

The hotel is nice, good location with friendly staff. However they have very noisy party on Saturday night, I couldn’t sleep till the party ended at 2am By the way, don’t use the downstairs ATM, which transaction charge is super high!

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable. Great location for sightseeing and transport around the city. Eventhough you are next to a busy square, there was no noise. The spa were very accommodating arranging treatments for myself and my partner. The bar staff were super friendly!
