I had a very poor experience with the Wi-Fi in our room. The connection was extremely slow and unstable, especially in the evenings when it often felt more offline than online. Communication with the staff was a mixed experience: some spoke English reasonably well, but not all. Email communication with the hotel was only in Polish, which felt strange, as I sent my queries in English and received replies...
We had an amazing family stay at Gołębiewski Hotel in Karpacz and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The location of the hotel is simply beautiful, surrounded by mountains and nature, which made our time there feel truly relaxing. From the very beginning, the staff were welcoming, helpful, and always smiling – you could really feel that they cared about making guests comfortable.

Generally speaking, my stay during the Wim Hof course was fantastic and the facilities were very nice. The only downside this hotel has is the service in the canteen, especially in the canteen. Since I am a person who is allergic to dairy, gluten, and nuts, when I asked whether a given dish contained any allergen I’m allergic to, I was either ignored or the answer was “I don’t know.” How can someone...
Bywało lepiej.
The hotel has potential, but unfortunately, in its current form, it’s hard to recommend.
The rooms are clean, but the furnishings have seen better days.
The staff is adequate, though not particularly engaged.
Breakfasts are monotonous.
The location is good. Nice surroundings.
Best regards.
PROS:
Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent amenities and a great variety of activities for kids – especially the pools and sauna areas, which were a real highlight. The food was consistently delicious and well-presented.
ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT:
We’re giving four stars instead of five, mainly due to the service experience. While staff were generally polite, they didn’t go the extra mile. For example...

Very good location. Nice swimming pool.
Had a bit of issue at the check in as the room wasn’t ready until 16:40. They gave me late check out so all good
I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. It made getting around the city effortless, especially as a traveller. Comfortable stay and a great base for exploring the city. Would happily stay here again.
Very nice hotel right near the train station, room was very nicely kept apart from the works going on in the interior. Lobby was sparkling and always lively, the sky bar was a bonus and the views were amazing
The location was great! The amenities are outdated but the bed was comfortable.
Luxury hotel, unforgettable experience, close to restaurants, transport and historic sights.
The hotel is in a convenient location, with accessible public transportation. The breakfast is nice. Sightseeing from the room window is fabulous!

A hotel which is run very well. I would ideally give 4,5 stars because the furniture is old-fashioned but other than that everything is pretty flawless, especially the service and the food.
Really nice Hotel. Very clean rooms.
Corridors are really well maintained, they smell so good and very clean!
The buffet breakfast and dinner are divine.
The aquapark under it is very nice, with lots of hot tubes inside and outside. Really entertaining.
The restaurants are regionally thematic and really pleasant.
Wonderful big hotel with many many things to do inside. I strongly recommend the big Aquapark they have inside and the spa!
Rooms are big and well designed and will be perfect if they will be renovated or refreshed a little bit. Everything else is perfect. If you want to feel luxury, you should visit this place.
Aquapark review - all ok. You can leave your car in underground carpark if the weather is not to your expectations ;) and then enjoy the aquapark. Its clean, free towels, and lots of entertainment(check what's available as the list is long) for all ages, we have been there with todler. Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar....
Crystal Mountain Hotel exceeded all our expectations! The stunning views, luxurious rooms, and top-notch facilities made our stay unforgettable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The spa and wellness center were exceptional, offering the ultimate relaxation experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
We have checked for 2 days in November 2024 at Crystal Moutain hotel in Wisla. Unfortunatelly there were slight issues at the beggining of our stay which have made our stay a bit uncomfortable. I spent a week on hotel with two small kids. It was great time. We enjoyed food very much as well as kids indoor playground and pool. I will recommend that hotel to anyone who want to have quality time. Stunning views and great high quality rooms .
Hotel is nice, great area for kids. We have been there with our little one and he enjoy it. Food was medium (not great, not terrible). Room was ok, but TV should be at least connected to the Internet, if this is 5star hotel (no youtube, no netflix). Location is in woods with great view, but is little bit out from everything (1,5 km into the steep hill makes for walking difficult)
It’s a lot more Blackpool-like than we would normally choose, but we didn’t have a choice as it was booked by the company that’s paying for our stay, so we have no right to complain!. Huge number of flashing lights in the public areas, lots of kids running around but it’s half-term so it’s expected. My wife is Polish and grew up traveling to Mikolaka. We took the kids here and the hotel is awesome especially for kids. Lots to do, from horse back riding, to water activities. The water park portion is lots of fun, and there's an indoor/outdoor, and well heated for use even in the cold temperature. It's a very relaxing, fun place!
Perfect place for a family vacation. Rooms are very neat and tastefully decorated. Large beds. Spacious terrace with sun loungers. No minibar. There are bottles of water, tea, coffee. The triple room has two large beds, a sofa, a coffee table and 2 armchairs. Beautiful view.

The circumstances of my stay are unusual as it wasn't pre-planned stay, it was last minute booking due to severely delayed flight (payed for by the airline). Very good hotel, very clean room with a nice view overseeing poznan
It is convenient for business trips. It is only 1km away from the train station and the exhibition hall. There is a large shopping mall next to it. The breakfast is also quite rich. The first floor of the hotel is a restaurant, and the second floor is for breakfast. There is also a gym shared with ibis. You can also book ibis in the same building, but Novotel is on the upper floors. Recommended
We had a great time a the Novotel Poznan Centrum. The room was perfect, as well as the location. Many choice for the breakfast, more than I have expected. Very good location and service. We really enjoyed our holiday here
Great location, walking distance to both old town and Centrum. The room is spacious and clean
The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors.
Reception was not always available by phone.
Staff was always very friendly.
Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment.
We ordered room service...
The arrival, rather than being a smooth introduction to excellence, felt unwelcoming... an experience that sharply contrasted with the caliber of a five-star hotel.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient especially for business travellers but staying closer to Old Town would be better for tourists. The hotel is next to a mall which was most convenient.
Room, comfort, cleanliness is good except two way lighting switches combination can be better.
Service at Downtown for breakfast was 👍🏻

Quiet, clean, friendly. Situated in the old town belt, perfect for those on foot. Very good breakfast, leaves nothing to be desired.
One thing regarding parking: there's no special hotel tariff, prices are public, 100zl per day.
Nice hotel with good service and great location within walking distance of major attractions. Excellent breakfast.
I just realized that I’ve never left a review despite staying at this location for almost 70 nights in total in 2 years! We had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Szczecin. Traveling as a family, we were pleasantly surprised by how well they accommodated us—a spacious family setup consisting of two adjoining rooms connected by a door. It gave us both space and privacy, which was perfect for our stay.

One of the largest and most well-known hotels in Kolobrzeg. We had an enjoyable stay. Food was indeed very good, to meet all tastes and the room was renovated, albeit rather small. Roomster need updating, service at the reception is Little bit cold. Problem which i have is that upon arrival you can't sort everything with one person at rhe reception , you have to do some walking between getting your room, food and medical treatments. To me Little bit messy and disorganised.
Hidden additional costs everywhere. 45 złoty for parking, 25 złoty for a bathrobe, 6 złoty for a fruit. I was afraid of doing anything and being charged for it.
Nice dine in... Tuna steak tartar not so great unfortunately. Fish soup very light and tasty. T bone steak was nice , as well the salmon.

Amazing place with high standard of services. Food is delicious. Our apartment with sauna in the bathroom I experienced for first time in my life. I can only recommend for people with children. 👌
We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better.
The place doesn't deserve 5 stars imho. Looks like it was rushed during the building phase. Not too many attractions for kids, and the Gaming area is there to take your money ( 30 sec games for almost 1 euro).

Great location, very nice and modern rooms and overall environment. Amazing breakfast buffet.
Overall a great place to stay in the centre of Gdansk, a very nice value for money option.
I also need to add the excellent service and staff. I have left some documents in the hotel and the local team did everything to make sure that I have them back safely and quickly! That shows a very service level and...
Lovely hotel, very clean & modern. Staff were oustanding and very helpful, great choice for breakfast. Very informative free walking tour on the Saturday with a wonderfully engaging local guide.
I have spent few days in and it was great. Nice people, nice design, good food and well managed place. Worth to stay and back every time when you visit Gdansk. Great place for business trip, very well organised catering and business area with comfortable and well designed conference rooms. Professional service with openess to customer's needs.
Location, location, location! A stone throw away from the city main attractions/ center. Nice room with a very good shower and comfy bed. Plenty of choice at breakfast buffet. Tables are quite close to each other and to the buffet which can make it feel cramped. But that's the only 'bad' point about the hotel in my opinion. Very friendly staff
Gorgeous hotel. Super clean rooms. One of the best locations in Gdansk!! Our ******* booking included onetime 20% off restaurant meal at the hotel but restaurant did not honor.
This is a nice modern hotel in a central location. Our room was clean and had a comfortable bed with nice pillows and linen. The breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the free coffee during the day.
I would give it 5 stars were it not for 2 problems. First, we arrived late at night and spent several minutes walking up and down the street looking for the hotel as the sign at street level is VERY...

The hotel itself is modern architecture and well located at the river bank with nice view but get old already. The room smells bed I had to sleep with open window all night. Gym is literally in the garage between parking cars and both treadmills very broken. Staff seem to be underpaid as they are not really engaged with customer satisfaction at any point. During the breakfast I asked waiter for coffee...
Very good hotel. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Spacious and very well equipped rooms with a beautiful view of the Vistula. Wi-Fi works very well in the hotel. The pool may not be too big, but for me and my teenage daughter it was OK. Breakfasts were very good, a huge selection of dishes, I don't think there was anyone who wouldn't find something for themselves. Several coffee machines mean there...
Nice hotel in a smallish town. Can walk to everything but it's not right there. Pool ans hit tub were nice touches and not too crowded around Christmas
Needs improvement
Nice comfortable rooms. Checked in on Christmas, knowing it was Christmas, and called a day ahead asking what my dining options were. Was told there is a reservation only buffet that requires prepayment. Fine, I don't care, I need to eat. Prepayment options consistented of Polish only banking options which don't work if you're not Polish so I was told too bad despite offering to...
We stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was relatively large, well equipped, with a balcony overlooking the Vistula River. The room as well as the entire hotel were very clean. The service was outstanding and the food at breakfast was excellent. The old town of Torun is about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at Copernicus Hotel as an attendee of an astronomy conference that was organized in the hotel. Torun itself is a lovely place and Copernicus Hotel made the stay all the better. Rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was truly amazing!

Very close to Warsaw central station. The room was very clean with nice interior. Breakfast was also satisfying.
The hotel is nice, good location with friendly staff.
However they have very noisy party on Saturday night, I couldn’t sleep till the party ended at 2am
By the way, don’t use the downstairs ATM, which transaction charge is super high!
Everything was great. The only complaint was that the receptionist seemed to have a bad day when we checked in. He came across as rude and unprofessional.
A fantastic hotel with a great location. Also the bar is fully stocked, and they make an incredible whiskey sour. I would highly recommend!
Edit:
I just have to update this review, as I've been here a few days. The restaurant (known as The Lobby Bar) is simply amazing. I've had a few beef tartares across the city now, but none of them have been as great as the one I've had here.
Also, I just had the...
Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable. Great location for sightseeing and transport around the city. Eventhough you are next to a busy square, there was no noise.
The spa were very accommodating arranging treatments for myself and my partner. The bar staff were super friendly!
A great hotel with a lot of history. The location is perfect, with many historic buildings nearby. The rooms are spacious, with huge beds and great bathrooms. The bed sheets are a little too small for me, to be honest, but otherwise, the rooms are excellent and very quiet. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a lot of choices.
For me, this is a great place to visit, and the prices are fair for a palace...
