Excellent location, especially for the price. The building and amenities are a bit older, but everything was clean and orderly. Would stay again!

When I checked in, I was confused about how to get to the front desk. To enter the building, you need a room key, which is given to you at check-in, but when I first arrived, I didn't have it yet, so other travelers helped me out.

This is a hotel located right in the heart of Kraków’s old town District. You are a stones throw away from immeasurable restaurants, and only a short walk to the main central Square with a bustling market. The location is absolutely incredible, the beds comfortable, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Its location is unbeatable, as it's only a minute from the main square. The room was perfectly clean, there was lots of space, I actually got a twin room for the price of a single. The high walls gave additional luxury feeling. The staff was very helpful, as the receptionist offered me a help with my luggage. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. It is located close to the Old Town Square, so it is convenient for sightseeing.

If you are looking for relaxation using Sauna/Pool, this place is recommended. Very clean and we loved so much. InterConti has a nicer view but they limit the visit to 1 hour. This place is unlimited use allowed. The restaurants were pricy though.

I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. My wife is Polish and grew up traveling to Mikolaka. We took the kids here and the hotel is awesome especially for kids. Lots to do, from horse back riding, to water activities. The water park portion is lots of fun, and there's an indoor/outdoor, and well heated for use even in the cold temperature. It's a very relaxing, fun place!

Perfect place for a family vacation. Rooms are very neat and tastefully decorated. Large beds. Spacious terrace with sun loungers. No minibar. There are bottles of water, tea, coffee. The triple room has two large beds, a sofa, a coffee table and 2 armchairs. Beautiful view.

I stayed here twice and absolutely loved this hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff, everything is clean, nice scent in the lobby as you enter. The location is great, right beside the central train station and all possible public transport. There is a big shopping mall across the road, shops, restaurants, 24-hour grocery store. I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and truly comfortable. The gym facilities are excellent for a proper workout, and the sauna and jacuzzi are a real plus – though they were unavailable for a couple of days during my stay. The hotel requires a complete renovation - lots of room interior elements needs replacement and also during my stay there was a problem with sewers (pump bursted out I was told). Therefore I had to change my room (but the reception staff was kind and helpful to arrange). Overall reception service excellent but the hotel itself not so great - plus breakfast is too pricy - 100 PLN per day.

The breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM? It's very close to the park, so you can spend a long time exploring and interacting with the animals.

Fantastic rooms with a tastefully done decor. I was told rooms are sound proof, and we actually couldn't hear a thing so had a very comfortable stay. There's a kitchen area with everything required for basic cooking and heating. Breakfast is top notch and location is in downtown Warsaw. We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. I was very disappointed during my last visit in Grand Lubicz Hotel. As a frequent guest I counted on good quality service but this time I was disaponted a bit. The room I was in, did not have a balcony and was facing working site. The workers were quite loud during the day. And the food is gradually getting worse and worse every time I visit. This hotel/resort/spa has everything you didn't know you needed. You can visit a spa, dance, drink at a well stocked bar, dine at multiple restaurants, and even bowl. The furniture in the room was not great all dark wood and gives the impression of not being fresh and modern. Carpet in the bedroom didn't look clean and the bed was just two singles pushed together and not comfortable. Very well organised breakfast, food is structured by product groups, amazing range of breakfast options, delicious 😻personal is friendly. We spent 4 days at this hotel. The room we had was very nice and spacious. The pool is a good size and the hotel has a spa area with sauna. Although the spa area is supposed to be a quiet area there is the odd disturbance. The hotel is well run but the staff hardly speak English. A good knowledge of German or Polish will see you through. Lovely little weekend trip for me and my girlfriend. We enjoyed so much! We wished we stayed closer to the old town but taxi is cheap here in Polen so it didn’t affect us much. Pros: Big room, some sort of pool to swim around (if you have space), pretty clean and comfortable overall. You do get dental and shaving kits, although it's ironic that the shaving blade handle is made of recycled materials, but if you only want to change the blade you can't (there's no such thing). I was actually surprised that this turned out so good. I booked on ******* for the first time and the check in was the easiest hotel check in ever. Went to front desk ask for my id gave me a key and that was it, they didn’t ask me to leave a credit card on file nothing. I was shook I felt like I was finally in the future. It's definitely the weirdest Mercure I've been to. To start off, nobody answers the phone at the reception.
