Fantastic hotel. Excellent service, wonderful staff. The location is brilliant. Close to everything you want. Breakfast is good but no actual dining area. We struggled for seats. Everything is great. The room is large, there is a microwave, the bathroom is little dirty from previous guests. on the second day, there was no cleaning and no shower gel. I asked the receptionist about the shower gel, but they just shrugged their shoulders Gdansk is a beautiful city.

The hotel is very nicely located, the staff at reception were nice, the breakfast was good but the staff are for some reason frustrated, rooms are nicely furnished we got 2 rooms one of them was ok but the other one a little too tight.

This is an amazing hotel. One of my top places to be. Beautifully decorated, spacious room with a huge terrace, extra super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and most of all: extra friendly staff. We recently stayed at the Shuum Hotel, a lovely 4-star hotel just 30 seconds by walk from the beach. The rooms are very comfortable, and you can rent bicycles for 3 euros per hour, which is great for exploring (no need for e-bike). It was an excellent experience in all respects: the design and atmosphere of the room and amenities fitting perfectly the lovely location by the Baltic sea. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and spa options. The food was awesome - delicious and healthy. Breakfast was superb- impressive variety for every taste. Lovely hotel I accidentally booked one day short for my other hotel had to check in here. Arrived at 11am requested to drop off my bag they actually had our room ready. Location is excellent- 10 minute walk to the main square. Quite a long walk for locations south of the river, but for most attractions, excellent location. Room was average. Average size, no safe, lacking some toiletries and facial tissues. Also charges me for breakfast although I'm fairly certain i prepaid for this.

Booked a 2-night-stay at this hotel. Feels more like a Hostel than a 4 star hotel. Staff was nice and the hotel is just a 15 min walk to the Old Town. The room was small and appeared really dark. At night you could hear every sound and the refridgerator made unbearable loud noises, which made it really hard to fall asleep at times.

A lovely little boutique hotel if you're looking to be far away enough from the noise of Krakow centre but close enough for a lovely stroll into the old town. A most enjoyable 3 night stay here, and just a short walk from the main shopping street. A comfortable room, good breakfasts and the bonus of a jacuzzi and sauna on the top floor, free during the day. Very helpful reception staff too. Recommended.

If you look at hotel Rysy's webpage, you'd expect a mountian resort, not a hotel in a semi residential area. It is still a 40+ minute bus ride to the Tatra Mountains. This was my second stay in this hotel after about 2-3 year gap. Before parking and breakfast were included. Both these charges are excessive in my opinion.

Nice location in the center of town, parking, five star hotel, etc., so it had to have also 5* from me. However, we got room without option to open a window, plus electric devices were working according some strange algorythms (hair dryer, air conditionong, lighting), so i put only 4*.

I needed a hotel situated close to the important roads such that I can efficiently travel by car to my intended destinations. The hotel was perfect for that. The room was just right for my needs. The room was spotless, just as it appeared in the photos. Everything from the iron to the blow dryer was included. It's a 15-20-minute walk from Kazimers and Wavel Castle. This could be a nice place: well designed, comfy, well located, with nice and helpful staff… but it needs proper cleaning! Our room was dirty when we arrived: dirty carpets, some sticky spots on the kitchen table, dirty sink and wc… it was quite disgusting and disappointing :(

Very good hotel but maybe.. chair legs need some fixing;

Great resort, clean rooms, maybe the legs of the armchairs need some fixing :), the rest was up to its standard, food was good too, there was variety.
