Beautiful surroundings, the hotel looks fresh but some rooms are clearly outdated. The food is okay, a bit bland. Heating in the room barely worked. And the TV kept going on with an annoying ad when you entered the room.

Beautiful room with comfy bed and beautiful view, smaller wellness equipped with toys for kids, sauna, steam room and 2 jacuzzis (water was not very warm). Unfortunately the wellness was closed on the last day so we could not use it. Also the receptionists were not friendly at all. Very late checkin, not very good for parents with small kids, they did nothing to accomodate us earlier. Average breakfast...

Superb experience!!!We stay for 3 nights and everything was perfect. Staff was very professional and friendly, always with smile. This hotel is excellence. All was very well. Service was very nice and helpful. Very friendly SPA zone. Meals prepared with great precision and excellent taste . Close to the centre and to the viewing area. Everything was perfect. I recommend this hotel

It's a good hotel. There is parking available(60plz), gym and good sauna. Rooms are quiet. The windows can be open. Comfortable bad and good shower. Recaption is open all day. There is a restaurant as well.

I can give a good rating, because I believe the hotel is trying to be accommodating to families and tries to provide to everyone. However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. Perfect location - near the railway station and public bus/Flixbus stops. 15 minutes on foot to the town centre, 17 minutes by bus to the local thermal spa. Rich breakfast, I think everyone can choose something. Nice and helpful staff, the room was clean and spacious, with a TV, small fridge and hairdryer. Possibly A/C or at least a fan would come in handy in summer. Otherwise I have nothing to complain...

This is a hotel belonging to the bronze series. The hotel is relatively quiet and friendly. A big plus was the beautiful and rich breakfast. A big minus is the polish reality, when something is presented as open and available, and in the end, the hotel actually offers only half of everything that is presented.

We decided to spend our vacation in this hotel and it was the best choice. Very, very quiet place, the hotel is surrounded with trees an instead of spa you can rest there. Hotel room was ultra clean and mineral water was given daily free of vhargd. I appreciate ideal water temperature in pool, fitness room, room for children with toys and different activities and extra bonus - fantastic breakfast....

We had an amazing experience! The staff were all incredibly friendly and spoke very good English. From reception to the waiters, their attention to detail really stood out and made us feel welcome during our stay. The Spa was very relaxing and well maintained. It used to be our favorite hotel and during the week you will have there a nice place to relax. During the weekend it's more crowded and not so peaceful also the service is weaker during the weekend. We are coming here more than 9 years and comparing past experience it used to be better.

Lovely place, staff is amazing. Food is okay in the restaurant, breakfast is yummy. The massage staff are friendly. Saunas are tiny and there are only two of them so not amazing. This hotel is situated close to many attractions which are in the area. A quiet place. Rooms aren't cleaned every day. There is no hot water in the bathroom. The front and back garden should be better maintained. Breakfeast is tasty and full of many dishes but only at weekends during weekdays you have to be early in the morning because later there is nothing to eat. I wouldn't go there again

The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones...

To be honest I didn't really enjoy this hotel. The check in was quick. We were given a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. Beautiful weather, mountains, delicious food - this is how holidays should be spent! The rooms are ok, modestly decorated but well-kept, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The water park turned out to be a nice surprise, I recommend the sauna and jacuzzi after long mountain walks. Food - delicious and tastes like home! Very large selection! This is a hidden jewel. The view of the surrounding mountains was beauty full. The breakfast was really far above average,it was great.

It was a vey nice stay, the food was amazing and definitely one of the best, the rooms were clean and the service was perfect. We benefited from the sauna and swimming pool which were clean and had fresh water. And as a plus the views were beautiful, we could enjoy the mountains from every angle. Yes, yes, the hotel lighting is okay, and the location is generally alright. For the price, I'm generally satisfied. To be honest, it's really good overall.

The hotel is clean but very basic. There wasn't even hot water in the sink, no hair dryer, one towel per person, and nothing else. The first room they gave us didn't have heating, which is a big problem in Polish temperatures. The first solution they offered was to give me a space heater! I had to insist on getting a room change! And I was traveling with two small children!

The location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from the city center, making dining and shopping convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant is fantastic, offering panoramic city views. Free parking would be a great bonus.

Polite & helpful staff at the reception & in the dining area, excellent choice of good quality food and clean and comfortable room. The only disadvantage was the fact that the hotel is located near a busy road and so the traffic noise can be a bit of an issue at times.

Horrible If you want sleep and rest, search another option. Is like to be inside the disco but in the bed. Pubs close 4:30 am and the music noise is terrible in the room. Stayed for a work conference for a week. Absolutely delightful stay, perfect for our group of 80ish. Fully catered, coffee breaks and meals. Staff was delightful, area was beautiful and quiet. Tad far from the airports, but overall a terrific location.
