We spent 4 days in the hotel Polanica. It has been our second time and the reason was most of all: excellent food served twice daily. This accommodation boasts a great location and a delicious breakfast. The beds are incredibly comfortable, to mention. While some staff members weren't entirely professional, the overall service was excellent. The rooms facing the street offer great views, though they can be a bit noisy. There are many good restaurants nearby, and it's also very close to the train station.

No safe in room. One small pillow by bed. Cheap shower. Called 4 star hotel but comparable to 2 star hilton or marriott chains hotels. Ancient style climate control. So slow internet that virtually unusable. This disqualifies it as business hotel, and makes it barely acceptable as vacation place unless you are willing to forgo internet. It says there is air conditioning in the room but it’s not true. It was 28 C outside and very warm in the room, we were told that it’s not a season yet for the AC! We were with my wife until 07/12/2022, we are very pleased. We do not understand why there are so many negative opinions about this facility, which is located in the city center, next to the spa park. Rooms were nice and clean, the appartment complex included a simple gym and games hall with billiard and games. We totally loved the breakfasts and dinners here. Wellness is fine, although a bigger sauna and cooling room would be appreciated. as it is in common space with the swimming pool, you have to wear swimsuit and guests often visit sauna right from the pool, this is not how it should be:)

I had a very poor experience with the Wi-Fi in our room. The connection was extremely slow and unstable, especially in the evenings when it often felt more offline than online. Communication with the staff was a mixed experience: some spoke English reasonably well, but not all. In general it's ok. Good location, good breakfast, clean room, big bathroom, nice staff, but like every other things in Polanica Zdrój, it's quite overpriced. At 350 zł a night, one would expect more amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and other toiletries but the fact is there are only a bottle of hand soap, a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel and toilet paper in the bathroom.
