The air conditioning wasn't working. They came to fix it twice, and the second time it took half an hour, finishing at 10 PM. All I got was a complimentary breakfast. For a hotel of Mandarin Oriental's caliber, shouldn't they have upgraded me to a suite? The staff all looked so cold, as if they don't understand what a 'smile service' is in Singapore.

I took my daughter to Singapore and booked two nights at the Mandarin Oriental and two nights at Swissôtel The Stamford. We stayed at the Mandarin first, and it was excellent – great location, good service, a fantastic pool, and delicious breakfast. My daughter was so sad to leave that she didn't want to move to the Swissôtel! I highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental; the pool has a beautiful night view too, and complimentary bottled water is endless. It really shows that there's no comparison – the Swissôtel didn't even provide water! And the pool was awful, shared with the hotel next door... I regret it now, we should have just stayed at the Mandarin the whole time! Just sharing my honest feedback! It's best to pay the deposit in cash, S$200 per night, and you get it back instantly at check-out. Credit card refunds can have delays.

Traveling solo to Singapore, I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental. The check-in process was seamless, and I even received a unique fan as a welcome gift. The room was spotless, and the turndown service was excellent; it would have been even better if a small snack had been provided. This hotel is perfect for a vacation, and overall, my stay was fantastic.

The hotel is brand new! The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. My room had a view of Marina Bay Sands. The front desk staff seemed a bit condescending; even though the check-in procedures were completed and I was given a room number, I still had to wait until 3 PM to check in. I even asked Trip.com to help communicate, but it made no difference. They claimed that early check-in was only available for bookings made directly through the hotel's official website.

The design and facilities are fantastic, and the pink and green color scheme is absolutely gorgeous! A special thank you to the team for the incredible experience that exceeded my expectations! Every single staff member was professional and enthusiastic. I've already recommended it to my friends!

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel's location is fantastic; it's just a short walk to the Merlion and not far from the MRT station. There's a big mall right next door with plenty of food and drink options.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and I especially loved the smart toilet! The view from the window is great – you can see the Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay Sands, just ignore the construction site next door.

Breakfast was delicious, and the service was superb.

I'll definitely choose MO again next time I'm in Singapore!

A great and affordable choice for quick bites, not only meals.
A la carte burgers range from $2 - $5.

Staff were friendly and served my a la carte burger within a minute. Waiting time would may vary depending on the time of day, length of queue and what you order.

A typical McDonald's outlet , but the envirolment is clean and nice and witb polite and helpful staffs. You can order through the counters or the touch screen ordering machines.Can be crowded at times, especially on Sundays and Public Holidays.
