A bit disappointed but still acceptable. The room is not as big as I imagine. The pillows are too heavy. The towel is heavy too. The shower is difficult to adjust cold and hot. However, breakfast is recommended. a lot of choices. Service is good too! 👍👍

As our parents are celebrating their golden jubilee, we are upgraded to the premier rooms. They have decorated the rooms and did surprise us. The rooms are at level 12. Rooms are clean and with great views. The breakfast buffet had wide spread of options, there’s a lot of choose from. The only downside is that no ice cream was not provided on that day. Otherwise, I will give them a 10/10. Location is very convenient and connected the the main shopping streets of Orchard Road. It make our staycation a memorable one.
We are so happy with the services provided by the front office and carousel restuarant that we decided to book the rooms again during Xmas time. Hope to see them soon.

Price is worth it for the great service, decently sized room and convenient location. Shout out to Denzel for being such a helpful and friendly staff! It was a pretty smooth check in process. Room is pretty sound proof and clean. Shower and heater works just fine. There was even a distilled water dispenser in the bathroom so there's no need to boil water just to get clean drinking water. Overall, a nice stay and may consider it for the next trip if there's a budget for it.

The room is nice, and the location is vibrant with many luxury stores nearby. The breakfast is great, and the pool is beautiful, often with many Arab guests. I stay here every time I visit Singapore; it's become my go-to hotel, offering excellent value for money!

This hotel is in the bustling Orchard Road area, surrounded by many shopping malls and restaurants, and close to the subway. The room is very spacious, with two single beds, a double sofa, an office chair, and a desk. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water, but offers filtered drinking water instead. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

The location is excellent, right on Orchard Road. There's a bus stop directly outside, and the MRT is less than a 5-minute walk away. It's surrounded by large shopping malls, with ION diagonally opposite and Watsons right across the street, where you can buy medicine. Ya Kun Kaya Toast, a Singaporean breakfast favorite, is just a few steps from the MRT exit. It's super convenient to get to all the major attractions, and there's even an affordable supermarket opposite. The hotel facilities are great, it's very clean, and the environment is five-star, plus it offers excellent value for money. Prices were very friendly during the off-peak season! The rooms are much more spacious than other hotels. The service is very attentive, and you can store your luggage. I'll definitely stay here again next time, I'm extremely satisfied.

Convenient location with just 8 minutes walk to Orchard MRT Station or even accessible to most of tourists places by bus, bus stations all nearby hotel it just depends on where you wanna to go..

The hotel boasts an excellent location right on Orchard Road, with numerous shopping malls within walking distance. Getting to other attractions is also very convenient, whether by taxi or subway. The room isn't small and generally clean, featuring a bathtub that fills up incredibly fast. The shower also has great water pressure, though the direct drinking water tap has a somewhat weak flow. The hotel's soundproofing is quite good; I barely heard any noise, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly.

Booked 3 rooms to celebrate birthday for 2 sons. Pleasantly suprised the hotel had 2 rooms decor for each birthday boy! Simply love the hotel for the cleanliness and location. Also for the service by the staff. Impeccable!!

This is the place I always bring my overseas guests wanting a taste of singaporean cuisine. Where else can you find an entire selection of local cuisine from Chinese to Malay to Indian, and desserts as well! Of course you are posting buffet price for what some may consider hawker fare, but food is tasty and selection is unbeatable.

Awesome spread. Yum yum. Local Singaporean, Malay, Indonesian cuisine.
Second visit: there's chilli crab for dinner buffet! But I would say the taste and texture do not match up to other local seafood restaurants. The wide variety of local desserts is very enjoyable though. Service is great, ambiance is classy, washrooms are a long walk away, price is fairly premium.

Decent pan-Asian food with many different counters. Their selling point was the crabs but I found them mediocre. Definitely not matching what you could get from Seafood Republic or Jumbo though I know it might not be a fair comparison since this is a buffet place. Absolutely loved their Horlicks ice cream. I would crave for it and want to go back just for that.

Very good desserts! Not that crowded anymore, perhaps due to the appearance of other desert joints in the same mall. But nonetheless, the quality of their food has remained consistent. Prices are typical of those charged in town, tending towards the high side. Good quiet environment to hide away from the crowd.

Delicious croissant aux amandes, the Monge which is a best seller is so-so. Also they don't have enough selection in the bakery which is a pity.

The choice of food is limited. Had the Madelines and the squid ink salmon burger. The food was fine. They offer value meals or combos with dessert and drink, but will not give you the discounted price if you decline to take the drink and offer to pay the full price anyways, kind of weird. Not the most pleasant experience with the staff.

Resist the urge to buy a croissant in the afternoon or evening...(normally they're baked in the morning). Despite knowing better I still purchased one after 7pm, which was unsurprisingly stale tasting. ?
