Great hotel, brilliant breakfast and most importantly wonderful staff!
Everyone is very helpful and always at hand to assist with any questions.
Rosa on the reception was very welcoming and helped us get settled in quickly.
Brandon on the concierge desk gave some valuable information on how to get around the city from the hotel, as it was our first time in Singapore.

A bad trip starts with choosing the wrong hotel.
The service was terrible. I only ate at the hotel during my stay. I developed diarrhea and a fever during the trip, which led to the cancellation of all my plans on the third day. I had to rest at the hotel. After returning home, I went straight to the hospital in the middle of the night. The diagnosis was an external stomach infection. The hotel's response was that since there were no widespread food issues, it had nothing to do with them, and they even suggested it might have been from eating on the plane. Everyone, please choose this hotel with caution.

This is my second time here, and it's a very nice hotel overall. However, the service can be a bit stiff and inflexible. A great perk is being able to book a shower room after check-out, which is perfect for those with late-night flights who want to freshen up before heading to the airport.

This was the most expensive room we booked during our 7-day trip. We reserved it a month in advance for SGD 408 (which is about CNY 2244) and it included single breakfast (not through Trip.com). However, when we checked last minute, the price had dropped to CNY 1800 with double breakfast. The hotel refused to refund the difference. So, if you're traveling in the off-season, it's definitely better to book last minute; there's no need to book so far in advance.
By the way, we went to the bar downstairs three nights in a row. It wasn't amazing, but not bad either – it was alright. On weekends, it gets packed and they have a band, which is pretty good. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk to Merlion. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of international options; we didn't get bored of it even after three days. The Singaporean breakfast, in particular, was even better than Ya Kun!

The front desk service was too slow.！
We had to wait dozens of minutes just to check in. We asked several times, but there was still no clear result or efficient follow-up. The overall check-in experience was disappointing and needs improvement.

I had a wonderful short solo stay at Pan Pacific Singapore. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and very efficient, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Repeated stay more than 10 times. Awesome breakfast and So many varieties, fresh fruits juice. Club lounge free flows drinks with the varieties food served. Great atmosphere , view can see marina bay sand and city and great staff. I received free birthday cake.. thank you for keep it up great service.

A typical McDonald's outlet , but the envirolment is clean and nice and witb polite and helpful staffs. You can order through the counters or the touch screen ordering machines.Can be crowded at times, especially on Sundays and Public Holidays.
