The hotel's service was excellent, and the rooms were very well-designed. The location is also great, very close to Airenjie Shopping Mall; you can get there by just walking down the street.

Overall, it's pretty good. It has that old money vibe. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway station, which isn't super convenient. The buffet was good too, but it wasn't cheap.

The hotel is very elegant, although the pool is a bit small. The rooms are excellent, and breakfast is fantastic. The elevators are quite unique, and the hotel's decor has an old-money aesthetic. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I learned something new when I came to Singapore: don't throw away your mineral water bottles! The complimentary drinking water in the hotel room was so sweet and delicious! The room itself was quite spacious, more than enough for my sister and me, making it great value for money. The only downside was that I got a connecting room, and the people next door were still having a loud party at 1 AM. The soundproofing definitely isn't great.

1. The location is excellent, very close to the subway, making travel convenient.
2. Although the hotel isn't brand new, it's exceptionally beautiful, and every angle is perfect for photos.
3. The room is also spacious enough, clean, and has a great view. The only drawback is the lack of a bathtub.

This is a great hotel! No need to bring a travel adapter, and the room was very quiet. Both the hotel and its surroundings are lovely, with convenient transportation right outside. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, and the staff were all incredibly friendly.

The service was great, and having Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk was very convenient. The hotel's elevator view was also a nice touch. The surrounding area was very accessible and quiet. However, I felt the balcony was unnecessary as I hardly used it; it rained every afternoon, so the balcony was always wet. Other than that, everything else was fine. The breakfast was just average.

Compared to other Conrad properties, the rooms and facilities here are noticeably subpar. The first room I was given had a connecting door to the next room, and the soundproofing was terrible; I could clearly hear normal conversations. After complaining to the front desk, I was moved to a different room, which was an improvement. What I found most unacceptable was that Wi-Fi is only free for Hilton Honors members. Overall, it's fine for taking photos, but the actual living conditions leave much to be desired.

Very convenient location on Orchard Road, close to ION shopping mall, which is great for shopping. The greenery is nice, and the overall architectural design is excellent. The environment is pretty good too, and it's super easy to get to the airport by bus.

Still not impressed by the service but the product selection continues to drastically improve. Real salt, coconut nectar, tamari travel packs, and GF pretzels, biscuits, crackers, and flours. This place has it all...except for service.

This shop is an absolute joke- terrible inventory, wayyy overpriced, but most of all- RUDE staff- not to mention clueless and idiotic. The place is always empty and now you know why. I would be surprised if it doesn't go out of business by the end of the year. To the management: your staff is useless and is losing you lots of business- wake up...

Was taking our time browsing thru the selection here with my sister. The store was relatively empty and we were the last ones to "shop and get out". The Indian male cashier was incredibly rude. Not only did he ask in a derogatory tone "Do you need any assistance?", To which I replied, "It's fine, we're just shopping".... He actually snuck up on us to spy on us sneakily while we were at the granola section. I could see his head popping out from the isle!!! And my sister and I were like WTF!?! Anyway, we bought the overpriced granola and left. Never coming back again! To the management, check your CCTV cameras for evidence. We were there on 20 Apr 2017 at lunch time! Brown Rice Paradise should be renamed Brown Rice Hellhole!

Amazing selection with many items I don't think you can get anywhere else in Singapore. Be prepared for some high prices though.
