I'm really speechless. For an executive room costing over 4,000 a night, the view was completely blocked by a building right outside the window. And since I booked two nights, I couldn't even cancel, which totally ruined the mood for my whole trip. The executive twin room was worse than a standard twin room; the standard rooms actually had better views. My friend, who stayed in a standard twin, had a window facing Orchard Road's shopping street. So definitely avoid the executive twin room. The front desk just said all executive twin rooms are like that, really. It pales in comparison to the other hotel we stayed at for the next two nights, also on Orchard Road.

The room was nice and quite spacious, and the location was excellent. There are many shopping malls nearby, making shopping super convenient. It's also very easy to get around by subway. The service was great, everyone was enthusiastic and always greeted us proactively.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk staff on the first floor provided exceptional service. My child unexpectedly took a taxi to the hotel, but the driver only accepted cash and my child only had a credit card. The staff member on the first floor proactively offered to pay the cash for them, solving a critical problem. Many thanks!

So delighted with this hotel in Singapore! The service was warm and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The facilities are comprehensive, providing a perfect experience. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

I do visit this outlet on a daily basis, the staff are fast, friendly and efficient, but could definitely use a little more space for queues -- kinda cramped.

Came at 3pm and it was very empty, so the ambience was really nice and the view of orchard is quite good too. Food was standard sushi tei fare. Tried the unagi with tea rice and that was not bad, but wouldn’t try it again as the unagi serving was small.

I will say this outlet has the best ambience. Not too sure if the food also taste better due to the ambience. Many regular staffs around. They can be understaffed at times but the food and ambience make up for it.
