Huge room space! Love the bathroom space ( no ***** kit) all the amenities was so nice good working space and nice view the location was great!

My recent stay at the Carlton Hotel Singapore completely redefined my expectations for convenient downtown accommodation. The location, facilities, and service were all top-notch, making for a refreshing and comfortable overall experience.

The hotel's location is truly unbeatable! It's right in the Bugis/Beach Road area, just a few minutes' walk from Bugis MRT station. Exploring places like Kampong Glam, the colorful murals of Haji Lane, or commuting to Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands is incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there are convenience stores and a variety of restaurants, offering everything from local snacks to international cuisine, so you'll never go hungry, even late at night.

While the room wasn't huge, it was well-designed with plenty of natural light. The bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom had stable water pressure with a full set of essentials. It felt clean and tidy. The outdoor pool was a pleasant surprise; a dip in the evening, with the open views and a gentle breeze, was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The gym is open 24 hours with sufficient equipment, so maintaining a workout routine is no problem at all.

Service was consistently excellent. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and any requests were handled promptly. They even offered thoughtful suggestions for local attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, including both local flavors and Western dishes, and everything tasted great – a perfect way to start the day feeling energized.

As an established hotel in the city center, it doesn't boast extravagant decorations, but it excels in practicality and comfort. Whether for a short shopping trip or a business visit, it's an extremely cost-effective and reliable choice. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Singapore!

Very good hotel with an excellent location, right by Raffles. I've booked it for two business trips in a row. The only minor inconvenience is the lack of a bedside outlet, so I have to charge my phone at the desk. Otherwise, the cleanliness and the staff's warmth are impeccable.

The location is super convenient! Directly across the street, the mall's basement has the 'City Hall' MRT station, which connects to two lines. The hotel room was quite spacious, and the view was really open. The room we were assigned overlooked Chijmes, and the scenery in the early morning and at dusk was absolutely beautiful. The hotel's swimming pool and gym facilities were also excellent.

I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's super convenient for shopping malls and the subway right outside. There were a lot of international guests, and for Singapore, a 30+ square meter room at this price is really good value for money. The room also had a nice view. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I'm still very satisfied. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the spacious rooms; in Singapore, where space is at a premium, rooms of this size are truly a rare find. The service is also great; the room is cleaned thoroughly every day. It's a very comfortable stay.

Singapore is clean, has convenient transportation, great shopping and sightseeing, and delicious Southeast Asian food. This hotel's location is truly excellent. It's right across from Raffles City, making dining incredibly convenient!

We were greeted by great front desk staff. He helped us to gain a room for early check in.
The room was really tidy and clean.
We had a great sleep but unfortunately we did not put on the button : Do Not Disturb! And there was someone knocking several times that woke me up which was pretty annoying as we were so tired.
I know it’s good to check how we were doing and we were ok during noon. But i don’t think it’s really necessary as if we need anything definitely we shall call the house keeping.

Great value for money, and the location is fantastic! You can walk to several attractions from here. The service was good too, and it only takes a little over 20 minutes to get to the airport, so it's super convenient for arrivals and departures.
