Hotel is small but cute, in a fantastic location and excellent prices.
The service is very friendly and the rooms are beautiful.
Only negative note, some of the rooms are above a nightclub which is very noisy and disturbs sleep.

Very cozy room,beautiful,Renaissance-style,friendly and unobtrusive staff. Also pleased with the cost in the new year's eve,surprisingly,was less than two times, than hotels of a similar level.

+ Although the room was small it it was comfortable. Lovely boutique hotel and lovely atmosphere. The staff took care of us, the speak English and helped us all the time with a smile. + Cozy and comfortable hotel, staff was very friendly and very helpful specially Antonina And Ariana honestly all the staff were very helpful and friendly Breakfast was great as i didn’t need to go out for breakfast Very clean place and good location all the service was around and the red square is like 900 m from the hotel I will come again- Nothing

- An unexpected electricity shutdown for hours during two days. Maintenance workers all day around the entrance. Taxis are not allowed to enter hotel street. The only way to enter is to drop off outside in the main street and walk with your luggage to hotel. After that You need to do everything by yourself. Services are not like any other 5 stars hotel. Housekeeping doesn’t do proper cleaning, always miss something. hence If you don’t put clean my room sign, they won’t clean it. Overall it is bad experience for 5 stars hotels. and not worth its cost.

- The entrance is difficult to find, the gates are difficult to open for Taxi drivers. No body offered to help with our luggage. As a 5 star the GYM was far below expectations. When we asked to delay our check out for 1 hour, they made it feel like the world was ending. When I told them I will take 10 mins they said better if it was 5 !!!!

+ Amazing hotel for the following reason: - very clean and new. - Breakfast was included. It was not a typical style of buffet, it was a breakfast menu with good options until 3 p.m. - Location was perfect. It is not exactly on the street but you have to walk a little bit. Location is very quiet and peaceful especially on summer when there are a lot of loud cars and loud motorcycles at night. - Super comfortable bed. - Friendly staff especially Ms. Careena who spoke fluently English and helped us a lot. It would be definitely my choice when I visit Moscow again.- Nothing
