A beautiful hotel. Have stayed here several times. One situation left a bitter aftertaste. Our child wanted to take his half-eaten apple with him and the waitress wouldn't let him. The apple was literally snatched away and thrown away. The whole thing was commented on as not being allowed to be taken away.

We thought it would be fun to stay in a castle, especially such an historic one, but it was not exactly the lap of luxury. The décor in the rooms is somewhat dated. The bed was OK, shower was excellent (once we’d figure out how to work it), and there were plenty of towels. They supplied toiletries but we didn’t use them. Pleasant hotel in the fine fortress the Austrians left in Petrovaradin in the 18th century. In a quiet position, many of its rooms (including mine) overlook the Danube and Novi Sad. I had a comfortable spacious room with a sitting area. Good bathroom and wifi, and the management was helpful getting me a taxi for my train. Breakfast was included and ok, except that the hot food heaters were turned...

I only used their restroom ... I walked from center to here for meet friend of mine... since I was a visitor sometimes walking good for observation ... Thanks a lot & wish you full occupancy

The Hotel Aleksandar has great staff and service. They are always happy to help and kind. The breakfast is the best I have ever had in Serbia, Slavko is a great server. I have been staying at the Aleksandar regularly for seven years and I am always happy to stay here!

The hotel is right next to the airport, with complete facilities and convenient transportation. There is an airport shuttle bus, which is suitable for passengers with early and late flights to stay. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the hygiene is good.

Location is great near the airport, but you would need to walk on the grass if you want to walk from the airport there is no sidewalk. Free shuttle is available upon request from the hotel to the airport. Room is spacious and comfortable, but the hotel itself seems a little bit aged.

the only thing that anoyed me is that at the reception the girl who gived me back my passport told me that i must pay one watter botle 5 euro i never touched anything from bar that was firts thing second thing was i gaved her 20 euro she gives me back 10 euros and 500 denars. ................................. other things were very good

My stay at Hotel Royal in Prishtina was absolutely wonderful. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, and warm hospitality. Nice hotel .. There is plenty other options in pristina .. and hotels are more expensive then anywhere in Europe. There are also nice smaller hotels wich cost less with the same Evan better service and rooms. You don't need a car in pristina ,it is a smal smal city with plenty taxi company's over app to book .from airport you can take public transportation to the city center.

This riverside restaurant has two section one for tourist companies and one for private dinners. We were there as a group. The food was fairly average with soup, salad and a main of overcooked tough chicken or was it pork , there was a difference of opinion from the group. The dessert was a rich chocolate cake. The service was friendly and efficient.

We had a terrible time checking in, our room smelt of gas so we had to move our luggage out and wait for it to be fixed. They did resolve the problem. The location is an hour walk from the city centre.

The rooms are nice, but in the New Years Party the food was not good, bad starter, bad main dish and desert. Nobody told us the party is over at 2AM. Other days the food was good.

The first hotel in the area, the restaurant downstairs is good, there is Mustang 3km away from the hotel which is also the best restaurant in the area, opposite is the House Club. There is no car rental point inside Belgrade Airport. You have to drag your suitcase across the street to find a parking lot with a collection of car rental companies below.

Novi Pazar The best hotel in Novi Pazar. The location is fantastic—right in the centre, within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and landmarks. The security men do a wonderful job managing the entrance and looking after guests’ cars in the hotel car park, which makes a big difference if you’re driving. Nice accommodation, Wi-Fi doesn't work even though they say it does, it was five of us, we got 2 pair of slippers, they didn't turn on the heating even though they knew we where coming , far away from the center , staff is OK .

The rooms were a bit dated, but the jacuzzi and the baldachin bed was awesome overall. The breakfast was great too, for 3 euros it was really cheap. The reason I am giving only 4 stars is that the pool was out of service for our entire weekend and we were looking forward to that as well. The hotel is one of the best in Novi Sad. We had a spa apartment with jacuzzi and baldahin bed. The room is new, furniture and room design fantastic and modern. Mosaic on the wall is beautiful. Jacuzzi tube is next to bed. A leather sofa is modern and comfy. Fridge has various options of drink. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, buffet wide choice. Staff was more than fantastic. I was at the hotel for New Year's Eve. The staff was extremely friendly, as were the people at the restaurant. The food is quite varied and delicious. There is something to be desired in terms of the rooms, they are more like a 3* hotel. There are many attractions in the area that are worth visiting. I also have no complaints about the internet.
