Not to crowded as it was just first couple of days of year and because of snow a lot of visitors couldn’t reach it. The spa center is renovated as well as rooms. Food was perfect It is situated near big park and has calm and elegant vibe

The impression would be probably even better if the visit were in the summer, but even in winter time 8t works. However, one objection rema8ns, regardless of the season - it's the WiFi: poor to non-existing connection (not only my experience). That's why only three stars. So, please do something about it.

A good tourist/business class hotel a few kilometres from the centre of Belgrade. Unlike many similar type of hotels this one is a few blocks back from the main road meaning a good quiet stay but a walk to dining and public transport options. Decent hotel, the rooftop restaurant was beyond amazing. The location is alright, pretty close to the city center.

To be honest, the location is good, but other than that, I don't know how to describe it—it's tiny and uninteresting. However, to be fair, the rooftop restaurant is indeed quite nice for coffee and breakfast, which is the only highlight I found. Overall, the price-performance ratio is just average.

Very good service and location. We had a good stay at hotel Amsterdam. The roof bar/ restaurant has an amazing view. The only pity is that the swimming pool has been under maintenance all the time during our stay. A bit disappointed as the pool is also one of the big reasons I booked this hotel.

This is a legitimate hotel with a front desk staff who speak excellent English, making communication a breeze. The breakfast was good, and the taxi I booked arrived promptly. The service was warm and friendly. It's very close to the old town center, and the price is reasonable. Definitely recommend it.

Quiet room in a well located hotel, within walking distance of most amenities. Breakfast was nice. However, the hotel and rooms really do not look like the pictures; it is a small hotel (which is fine in itself) but the lobby space is very limited and the rooms are smaller than they look. There's still construction going on next to the hotel, so it was a bit noisy during the day. However, the front desk staff were great; they were understanding when I explained the situation and moved me to a higher floor on the opposite side of the construction, which solved the noise problem. The breakfast was just okay, but it was free, so that's a plus, haha.

The environment of the room is good, and the location is a little bit off, about three or four kilometers away from the business district. There was a small incident from one person. There was a fire alarm during this stay (probably because someone was smoking) and a power outage. A small hotel in the center of town. Bus station near, old town within walking distance as well as the castel, the river. friendly and helpful staff, helped us with everything. Good breakfast. Worth staying in terms of location and price

The location was good and I was able to walk to various sightseeing spots. The reception staff were very kind and polite. The only downside was that it was hard to find the parking lot. However, I would like to use it again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this pleasant hotel. It's a 5-minute walk from the Mostar public transport stop and 10 minutes from the large Galeria shopping center. The room has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bed is comfortable, and there's a tea corner. The breakfast is hearty and delicious. If we're in Belgrade again, we'll definitely stay here.

Everything was ***et clean and nice! We especially loved the breakfast! I can say that everything was thought out with great care, the rooms were clean and did not smell. That's why it is very nice that they even kept the smoking area separate. We thank the staff, especially the receptionists, for their smiling faces.

The hotel building is under major renovation and doesn’t look appealing at the entrance/ full of dusk downstairs. However, the room itself is newly renovated and super decent, it’s a great value of money for the room itself and superb location. The reception is on 5/F and the rooms are on 2/F.

Location is perfect just in the heart of Beograd. This hotel is very worn out, no drinking water in room provided. The entrance from the square is under construction and also the stairs, elevator and floor’s carpet around the hotel needs urgent renovation, it looks very old and dirty. Anyway Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is quite Ok but I think that it’s Ok just for 1 night staying.

The location was central, however, there were no facilities in the hotel and the entrance was disgusting.

Don't stay at the family room at level 1. The room no is 001. It looks like a temporary room inside the hall, spacious but no privacy at all. Lift is just outside the door. The bed is just after the door. The means the lift is only about 1m away from your bed. Can you image this is a family room? We stay there for 5 days. Everyday we ask if we can change a room. They always say sorry it is fully booked

The hotel was great and very close to the airport. I heard you can take a bus directly from the airport, but because it was snowing and I had a lot of luggage, I took a taxi instead, which cost about 3000 local currency. It was freezing outside, but the room was very warm. Juice and fruit were free downstairs. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I had a connecting flight there.

Booked this after my flight was cancelled at short notice. Excellently connected on the free bus line 72 between the airport and the city centre, though not much to see in the immediate area itself. Nice apartment! Renovated with nice big balcony and nice furnitures. Very slippery in the shower. Could have more pots and pans in the kitchen. Also missing a kitchen towel. Also some outside furnitures on the balcony would be nice. The beds were pretty firm but slept well anyway. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Our recent stay proved to be highly satisfactory. Despite our late arrival, which was caused by traffic delays, the reception staff accommodated us seamlessly. We appreciated the availability of parking facilities. The room was appropriately prepared to accommodate all guests. Overall, we enjoyed a pleasant experience and would recommend this establishment.

A small apartment building near the city center, converted into mini-apartments and hotel rooms. Clean and spacious, with a small kitchenette, but lacking amenities. Breakfast is not available; it's brought in, but it's rather meager and of poor quality. Coffee and tea are provided in small quantities and are definitely not recommended.

This was nearby a lovely restaurant area but further from the city centre. It suited us perfectly as we were visiting family. The beds were quite hard which is t our preference. The place was a good size but lacking amenities needed for a longer stay.

The location is excellent, but the room cleanliness could be improved. During my long stay, the bed linen hasn’t been changed regularly, and there’s a persistent unpleasant odor in the room. Additionally, the bathroom shower head is faulty and can only be used by holding it manually.
