The room wasn't large, but it had a separate shower and toilet area. The century-old building was designed in a modern and cozy style. I stayed two nights, and the room was cleaned promptly. The receptionist explained the hotel facilities very carefully. Upon check-in, she helped carry my luggage upstairs in the elevator, and upon departure, she booked a taxi to the airport and helped carry my luggage...

This is a very nice hotel, close to the main attractions, a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel breakfast has a wide variety of options, the front desk service is excellent, and there are rooms with luggage storage.

Not to crowded as it was just first couple of days of year and because of snow a lot of visitors couldn’t reach it. The spa center is renovated as well as rooms. Food was perfect It is situated near big park and has calm and elegant vibe

The impression would be probably even better if the visit were in the summer, but even in winter time 8t works. However, one objection rema8ns, regardless of the season - it's the WiFi: poor to non-existing connection (not only my experience). That's why only three stars. So, please do something about it.

I loved the Vila, it is nice, modern and comfortable. Stuff is professional, and the location is big plus. It is in the spa centre and has its own parking lot.

Decent hotel, the rooftop restaurant was beyond amazing. The location is alright, pretty close to the city center.

To be honest, the location is good, but other than that, I don't know how to describe it—it's tiny and uninteresting. However, to be fair, the rooftop restaurant is indeed quite nice for coffee and breakfast, which is the only highlight I found. Overall, the price-performance ratio is just average.

Very good service and location. We had a good stay at hotel Amsterdam. The roof bar/ restaurant has an amazing view. The only pity is that the swimming pool has been under maintenance all the time during our stay. A bit disappointed as the pool is also one of the big reasons I booked this hotel.

This is a legitimate hotel with a front desk staff who speak excellent English, making communication a breeze. The breakfast was good, and the taxi I booked arrived promptly. The service was warm and friendly. It's very close to the old town center, and the price is reasonable. Definitely recommend it.

Reception excellent. Too much noise from the next door room-the noise from the bathroom, shower. Lightning is a bit weak and diffcult to handle. The shower cabin is spacios and convenient, yet the sink us too small with a too high tap. And better to provide two blankets for two people. The pillow can seem too hard. Food is good. Quiet room in a well located hotel, within walking distance of most amenities. Breakfast was nice. However, the hotel and rooms really do not look like the pictures; it is a small hotel (which is fine in itself) but the lobby space is very limited and the rooms are smaller than they look. The room service was disappointing; I am not sure whether anything was done other than to put the covers back on...

There's still construction going on next to the hotel, so it was a bit noisy during the day. However, the front desk staff were great; they were understanding when I explained the situation and moved me to a higher floor on the opposite side of the construction, which solved the noise problem. The breakfast was just okay, but it was free, so that's a plus, haha.

The room is big and clean, the staff is friendly and can speak English, but the water is not very hot and the bathtub faucet needs to be left on for a long time before there is clean water.

The rooms were a bit dated, but the jacuzzi and the baldachin bed was awesome overall. The breakfast was great too, for 3 euros it was really cheap. The reason I am giving only 4 stars is that the pool was out of service for our entire weekend and we were looking forward to that as well. The hotel is one of the best in Novi Sad. We had a spa apartment with jacuzzi and baldahin bed. The room is new, furniture and room design fantastic and modern. Mosaic on the wall is beautiful. Jacuzzi tube is next to bed. A leather sofa is modern and comfy. Fridge has various options of drink. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, buffet wide choice. Staff was more than fantastic. The location is excellent, very close to the bus terminal. I arrived in Pristina in the middle of the night, so I walked there. The room was very clean and convenient. It would be even better if they had more breakfast options.

The Hotel Aleksandar has great staff and service. They are always happy to help and kind. The breakfast is the best I have ever had in Serbia, Slavko is a great server. I have been staying at the Aleksandar regularly for seven years and I am always happy to stay here!

The hotel building is under major renovation and doesn’t look appealing at the entrance/ full of dusk downstairs. However, the room itself is newly renovated and super decent, it’s a great value of money for the room itself and superb location. The reception is on 5/F and the rooms are on 2/F.

Location is perfect just in the heart of Beograd. This hotel is very worn out, no drinking water in room provided. The entrance from the square is under construction and also the stairs, elevator and floor’s carpet around the hotel needs urgent renovation, it looks very old and dirty. Anyway Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is quite Ok but I think that it’s Ok just for 1 night staying.

The location was central, however, there were no facilities in the hotel and the entrance was disgusting.

Don't stay at the family room at level 1. The room no is 001. It looks like a temporary room inside the hall, spacious but no privacy at all. Lift is just outside the door. The bed is just after the door. The means the lift is only about 1m away from your bed. Can you image this is a family room? We stay there for 5 days. Everyday we ask if we can change a room. They always say sorry it is fully booked

The location of the hotel is wonderful, with a beautiful view to the Church of the Assumption of Our Lady. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the only thing was a typical bad smell from the bathroom. The hotel was great and very close to the airport. I heard you can take a bus directly from the airport, but because it was snowing and I had a lot of luggage, I took a taxi instead, which cost about 3000 local currency. It was freezing outside, but the room was very warm. Juice and fruit were free downstairs. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I had a connecting flight there.

Booked this after my flight was cancelled at short notice. Excellently connected on the free bus line 72 between the airport and the city centre, though not much to see in the immediate area itself. Hotel is luxuriously equipped for the price, great facilities, good breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff who are efficient and speak good English. No complaints! Nice apartment! Renovated with nice big balcony and nice furnitures. Very slippery in the shower. Could have more pots and pans in the kitchen. Also missing a kitchen towel. Also some outside furnitures on the balcony would be nice. The beds were pretty firm but slept well anyway. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Our recent stay proved to be highly satisfactory. Despite our late arrival, which was caused by traffic delays, the reception staff accommodated us seamlessly. We appreciated the availability of parking facilities. The room was appropriately prepared to accommodate all guests. Overall, we enjoyed a pleasant experience and would recommend this establishment.

A small apartment building near the city center, converted into mini-apartments and hotel rooms. Clean and spacious, with a small kitchenette, but lacking amenities. Breakfast is not available; it's brought in, but it's rather meager and of poor quality. Coffee and tea are provided in small quantities and are definitely not recommended.

This was nearby a lovely restaurant area but further from the city centre. It suited us perfectly as we were visiting family. The beds were quite hard which is t our preference. The place was a good size but lacking amenities needed for a longer stay.
