Spent 3 nights at this property.  I had spent several nights 16 years ago at this hotel.  It has kept a positive vibe and décor while a bit eclectic in spots is nice enough. If you had never stayed at the property you would be hard pressed to know how to enter the propery.  It is on the sixth floor of what is a multipurpose complex.  Mostly stores.  A bit odd but it works for the most part.  What...

The hotel is okay. But the major turn off was when we got to the room, blankets were dirty, as well as table, we didn’t have toothpaste and toothbrushes. The accommodation is in a great location, with quick access to the city and, which is rare, secure and convenient parking at the hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, as are the bed linens and towels. The only drawback is that the parties in the hotel and surrounding area make it a bit loud and can be heard in the room, but with earplugs or background music...

A really nice and sober hotel. At a really fair price. The receptionist was extremely helpful and delivered an excellent service. Showed us a really nice place for our tandem bike. The room was spacious and clean. And the restaurant served nice food. We can only recommend this place.

The receptionist was amazing when we couldn't find our way on a very dark rainy night. She sent us an SMS with specific directions and when we got there came out with an umbrella to make sure we stayed dry as we got in. The breakfasts were very good and included local food options. All of the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Our room was a good size and very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location in the northern part of Belgrade is very convenient — easy to get to and just off the highway. A very quaint hotel. A little off the beaten path but worth the drive. I'm not a wine connoisseur but I enjoyed the wine from their own vineyard. All food items have a suggested paired wine. We had the meat platter that went well with a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon.

The hotel is in a good location, even if you don't have a car you can reach it by bus from Nis city center. Sits in a mountainous part with great view. Some parts of the premises show the effect of time. When we stayed it rained and water found its way into our bathroom in the 5th floor. The breakfast was OK. The best think I'd say is how kind the staff was.

The hotel is placed in the city center, with the benefit to have whatever you need so close, but at night the square is noisy and teh windows are not insulated. Rooms are old and need a renovation: stinky, dirty moquette, full of stains, bathroom really old; my shower had a problem with draining system also. We spent 4 nights/5 days at Wooden Valley House, and had a fantastic time! The hygiene of the house is at an enviable level! I always go to Hotel Crystal when I am in Kraljevo. They offer 24-hour service, fantastic apartments, and parking, which is a priority for me. The apartments are superb and very clean. We loved our stop here. We had the best welcome from the lovely owner who couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was very spacious and we even were allowed to use the washing machine upstairs which was a huge help. Very well placed in downtown. We had a room (10a) with two bedrooms, a living room and bathroom. Possibility to have a breakfast delivered in the room, not amazing but always helpful. Parking is inside a secured area. Access for wheelchair seems a bit difficult at the main entrance but then, there is elevator inside the building.

It’s a family owned hotel and they really are giving so much effort to keep everything in order and their clients satisfied. They were very polite and always happy to help. The room was clean, well organised and jacuzzi was a fantastic first-time experience. My girlfriend was really loving their cappuccinos. We had a great experience staying there. We were just one night, with spa, so ot was short but very nice. Spa was great. Room service included, but you have to go on the reception to order (which we didn't mind) we got 'slatko od višanja' with our coffee, and that was a nice touch. Overall, a nice stay.
