Stayed one night, comfortable and clean, the food was good. I forgot my Ipad and they arranged for it to be forwarded to a friend in Belgrade. Impressed with the friendly efficient staff.

A very luxurious hotel on the outskirts of Kragujevac. The rooms are large and very nicely decorated. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hotel restaurant has delicious food with very big portions. The only downside is that it's a little bit far from the city center.

Very clean and comfortable room. Dining room isn't so nice-looking. Staff are pretty friendly and helpful. Food was fine, if not so exciting. Location was good for my business, but if I was to stay longer, I would probably find a hotel in the city. Taxis are very cheap, so being outside the city's centre wasn't such a problem. The WiFi was a bit slow.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights with my family for a wedding. We were all beyond impressed with the interior, food, staff and general cleaness and features of the rooms. I would definetly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax, unwind and be trouble free for your whole stay.

I stayed 5 nights, the location is perfect, the facilities magnificent, the food very diverse and endless option for vegetarians ( like me), the room spacious and warm, the staff attentive and pleasant, specially Tiana in the front desk, I definitely recommend

Mixed emotions, they do have great donuts and outside (when the weather is fine) is ok, however inside accomodation and overall service is not good. Sign "do not enter the restaurant if you are not going to eat" is a scandal!

My stay at Hotel Royal in Prishtina was absolutely wonderful. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, and warm hospitality. The rooms are very clean and with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the swimming pool which is free of charge. Great location and a plenty of parking places. I highly recommend Hotel Royal in Prishtina.

The Hotel Royal is incredible value. Nice and quiet and perfect location. Breakfast in the morning was a bonus. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel .. There is plenty other options in pristina .. and hotels are more expensive then anywhere in Europe. There are also nice smaller hotels wich cost less with the same Evan better service and rooms. You don't need a car in pristina ,it is a smal smal city with plenty taxi company's over app to book .from airport you can take public transportation to the city center.

Wonderful hotel! Its got this old school vibe with tons of warmth and kindness. The staff is very polite and the facility is very clean. Being Indians and not speaking the local dialect, communication was a bit of a struggle but there are some staff that speak english and would really guide us on what to tey out or do 😊😊. Spent 4 days here last week as a part of a business conference held on Kopaonik by our organisation. We were given single rooms with king sized beds. The room was clean and spacious, very nice view and direct connection with the spa center and the congress center. Congress room was big and warm. Spa center was open for our group. Really enjoyable.

Went to Kopaonik to get away from the city heat, and had one of the best holidays. The hotel provides everyday transfers to the ski center, daily walking tours and a outdoor spa, so your days will be filled with fun activities and relaxing afternoons.

Second time on Kopaonik this past winter season, and this hotel was much more than i expected. The hotel is 10 minutes from the ski cemter, but the shuttle bus is provided for the guest, as well as the ski room which is right on the slopes. So you travel care free every day without your equipment. Great idea! My kids loved it, as the spa has a mini indoors aqua park, and daily childerns animations

Very unique hotel with great number of accommodation units. We were given an upgraded unit which suprised us in a good way! Room was clean, spa center has two outside pools and one indoor pool with lots of wellness facilities. Food was very nice, there wasnt enough guests to organise a buffet so we ordered from the menu. Whole staff was pretty nice and helpful.

Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Food was great, and inside and outside pools were amazing. Also, the walking tours organized by the hotel were really fun. Definitelly coming back!

It is the hotel with the long tradition. Unique architecture across the river in the city center. I have lived in Novi Pazar 30 years ago, and now I come occasionaly 1-2 a year and always stay in Vrbak. It is nice hotel, clean, with tasty local breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recomend it warmly.

Novi Pazar The best hotel in Novi Pazar. The location is fantastic—right in the centre, within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and landmarks. The security men do a wonderful job managing the entrance and looking after guests’ cars in the hotel car park, which makes a big difference if you’re driving. Overall, dining at this restaurant was a delight from start to finish. The delicious food, impeccable service, and charming ambiance made for a memorable experience. The location is in the central area, with its own parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving. The room is a bit small but clean, the service is good, the breakfast is satisfactory, and it is generally recommended to stay

The accommodation is in a great location, with quick access to the city and, which is rare, secure and convenient parking at the hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, as are the bed linens and towels. The only drawback is that the parties in the hotel and surrounding area make it a bit loud and can be heard in the room, but with earplugs or background music...

The receptionist was amazing when we couldn't find our way on a very dark rainy night. She sent us an SMS with specific directions and when we got there came out with an umbrella to make sure we stayed dry as we got in. The breakfasts were very good and included local food options. All of the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Our room was a good size and very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location in the northern part of Belgrade is very convenient — easy to get to and just off the highway. The hotel has its own vineyard, and the staff are very happy to serve their wine, which made the experience even more special. The rooms are spacious and quaint, with a lot of charm. A very quaint hotel. A little off the beaten path but worth the drive. I'm not a wine connoisseur but I enjoyed the wine from their own vineyard. All food items have a suggested paired wine. We had the meat platter that went well with a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Easy to find by car from the airport but not very convenient for the city. We weren't worried by that though having hired a car. Plenty of convenient parking on site or nearby. The hotel is in a good location, even if you don't have a car you can reach it by bus from Nis city center. Sits in a mountainous part with great view. Some parts of the premises show the effect of time. When we stayed it rained and water found its way into our bathroom in the 5th floor. The breakfast was OK. The best think I'd say is how kind the staff was.

We spent 4 nights/5 days at Wooden Valley House, and had a fantastic time! The hygiene of the house is at an enviable level! The distance from the city center is 5 minutes by car, yet far enough away from the crowds. The equipment of the house is perfect. We have never stayed in a house that was anywhere near as well equipped as this one, especially the kitchen. The yard is also extremely well arranged...

Nice and clean place with a very helpful and kind owner. The rooms are dog friendly, they have a parking lot (huge help in the middle of the city) and everything is in a walking distance. I can only recommend it!

We loved our stop here. We had the best welcome from the lovely owner who couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was very spacious and we even were allowed to use the washing machine upstairs which was a huge help. The location was perfect being right in the centre and with secure/ locked overground parking for our VW campervan. Perfect!

Very well placed in downtown. We had a room (10a) with two bedrooms, a living room and bathroom. Possibility to have a breakfast delivered in the room, not amazing but always helpful. Parking is inside a secured area. Access for wheelchair seems a bit difficult at the main entrance but then, there is elevator inside the building.

Excellent value for money, the owner is super friendly and the place ideally located and brand new. Highly recommended.

A new but very clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that it was a bit of a way out of town. But the staff always booked our taxis and they were very cheap as was everything in pristina

The room was spacious, and we got a room with 3 windows (each one facing different directions). Housekeeping was really good (when asking to clean it we would return to a sparkling room). Only thing that was not exactly bad, but more disappointing, was not having much variety in breakfast.

It’s a family owned hotel and they really are giving so much effort to keep everything in order and their clients satisfied. They were very polite and always happy to help. The room was clean, well organised and jacuzzi was a fantastic first-time experience. My girlfriend was really loving their cappuccinos. Overall, i rate this place 10 out of 10 and if possible, will stay here again in the future

We had a great experience staying there. We were just one night, with spa, so ot was short but very nice. Spa was great. Room service included, but you have to go on the reception to order (which we didn't mind) we got 'slatko od višanja' with our coffee, and that was a nice touch. Overall, a nice stay.

The hotel is quite good, and the breakfast is fantastic. The café on the first floor is also very nice. However, the room had a terribly strong odor, so bad that I couldn't sleep at night. I wonder if it's because the hotel is too old, but it smelled heavily of mold. It was extremely severe.

Excellent location. Good hotel. qe were uograded but to a weird room... a living room down and to access the beds, we neesed to climb stairs. Had a surprice at the check out, the hotel wanted to charge a bill from the restaurant we did not visited.
