The staff is friendly, and breakfast is the only service available. You can purchase drinks at the cafes for a fee. There's an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. There are also several outdoor pools. I was pleased.

Everything is great and not expensive

I really liked the hotel. The hallways have pleasant, subdued lighting, though the entrance area is a bit dim. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. We dined there once, but the dishes were so large we couldn't finish them all. 🙈 The room was cozy. The location is good, close to the main pedestrian street and a grocery store.

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to all the attractions. The room was a bit small, but acceptable. However, the soundproofing was quite poor; I could hear the showers running in the two adjacent rooms. The front desk service was good, and I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance.

Hotel location is great and closed to pedestrian road at the city center , you can reach the hotel from the Tesla airport using free bus number 72 and you can find this bus at arrival gate , it takes about one hour by this bus to arrive to last station in city center , then you can walk about 10 minutes to arrive the hotel , try to buy SIM card from the airport to help you to reach the hotel easily...

The restaurant in Nais hotel is our spot on a way to or back from Turkey. The place is nicely located close to the highway but hidden in a green garden with trees, has a nice terrace to eat your meal and has a nicely decorated interior. The food is very tasty and staff proffesional and friendly. We will definitely visit again on out way to Turkey (and probably also on a way back).

Luxury hotel. The accommodation is excellent, the rooms are neat and well equipped. The staff at the hotel are friendly. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The buffet breakfast is more than fantastic. Filter coffee is especially good. The terrace of the restaurant is beautiful, ideal for enjoying morning coffee and breakfast. When I travel to a new country, the most important things for me is to learn about the culture, the history, and the cuisine. I could not have been more pleased by the staff and their accommodation of everything that I could’ve hoped for. I left, knowing that I could recommend anyone to Villa Panorama and be confident that their host would ensure they have a fabulous experience as I did.

The hotel is quite recently renovated, my single room was clean and there was enough space for a one night stand. Of course a mini bar with reasonable prices. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient. Haven't tried the SPA, maybe next time. The location is perfect, in the city centre.

Hotel Gračanica is a true gem. Aperol Spritz was only €3.50, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, and everything is perfectly clean (same goes for the pool). What truly tops the whole experience is the staff, their behavior and hospitality are absolutely top-notch, the best I’ve ever experienced in any hotel.

The hotel is brand new. It is very close to the centre of Novi Sad (5mins walk), in a very quiet neighbourhood. Staff is very polite. It also has a closed parking which was very important for our bikes. If I visit Novi Sad again I will definitely choose it
