I'm giving 5 stars++++++ to Helena at the restaurant she was amazing, never let her go, people can learn excellent customer service skills from this proper lady!!

Loved it, although it smells like something's rotting in the bathroom and if you make a wrong turn inside the hotel you end up in random places you didn't know existed (I accidentally ended up in hotel's kitchen and some wedding venue???). Overall good but it also looks haunted as hell for several reasons I'd rather not describe, I recommend sleeping with an eye mask and earplugs if you don't want...

Good service, clean rooms and rich breakfast

I had the big surprise (what has not happened to me so far) to forget my wallet in the room. I was on the way out, the coach motor was started ... but the hotel returned my portfolio without touching of some money. More rarely! Thank you from the heart !!! I pray for them! It's a place for a budget overnight. They have an underground garage, that feels very narrow and risky to get to it. But hey, I did not scratch the car, so can you. To exit with the car is a bit of a hustle sine your only option is via Slavija roundabout, and that place is busy from 7 am till 8 pm so good luck.

Reasonable place to stay in Belgrade. The room was clean, so was the bathroom. All the announced amenities were there. I slept like a rock, there were no noises. The staff was friendly and english speaking. We can request transport to the airport ( 25 euros instead of the usual 20 for regular taxis) but the service is great. I wish they had the breakfast option.

The place is in the centre of the old city, and with prices like that, you really get a good deal. You can park here, which is a rarity in Belgrade and the parking is under surveillance. Great service and personnel, would recommend 10/10

Beautiful fitted and equipped apartment in a quiet location and easy access to city centre. A lot of thought has gone into every little detail of this apartment to make your stay truly restful. The massage chair is divine. I liked the fact the apartment was stocked with drinks (for you to buy) but also at reasonable prices.. nice touch.

I had a great time visiting Aurora spa apartment. Great welcoming, cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was super clean and well decorated with lots of fun stuff to do such as sauna, jacuzzi and a chair massage. I've been in hotel President, two times, in last twenty years. It has great location, in the big park, just two minutes walk to Palic lake. It is surrounded by the great nature, beautiful park, verry well meintained. Hotel, itself, is cosy, the personnel is helpful... Rooms are not big, maybe, they need renovation. For the price it's okay I suppose, however if you're willing to spend a bit more then do so, this place is kinda dirty, broken doors that don't close, creaking floors, broken hair dryers etc are all common things here as I went with a larger group and got a couple of rooms. The location near the lake is great however there is almost nothing else here and isn't close to the city.

I stayed there on our way from CZ to BG and back in August 2022. There is nothing I could possibly complain about. I stayed in this hotel for a business trip, good rooms aside from the fact the shower head was broken and I had to make do. The cleaning service was not very good as the laundry service either since after the first time they stopped giving it to me. Recepsionists were kind.
