The hotel is brand new. It is very close to the centre of Novi Sad (5mins walk), in a very quiet neighbourhood. Staff is very polite. It also has a closed parking which was very important for our bikes. If I visit Novi Sad again I will definitely choose it

Beautiful fitted and equipped apartment in a quiet location and easy access to city centre. A lot of thought has gone into every little detail of this apartment to make your stay truly restful. The massage chair is divine. I liked the fact the apartment was stocked with drinks (for you to buy) but also at reasonable prices.. nice touch.

I had a great time visiting Aurora spa apartment. Great welcoming, cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was super clean and well decorated with lots of fun stuff to do such as sauna, jacuzzi and a chair massage. I've been in hotel President, two times, in last twenty years. It has great location, in the big park, just two minutes walk to Palic lake. It is surrounded by the great nature, beautiful park, verry well meintained. Hotel, itself, is cosy, the personnel is helpful... Rooms are not big, maybe, they need renovation. Also, there is spa and pool, inside the hotel. My recommendations😊

For the price it's okay I suppose, however if you're willing to spend a bit more then do so, this place is kinda dirty, broken doors that don't close, creaking floors, broken hair dryers etc are all common things here as I went with a larger group and got a couple of rooms. The location near the lake is great however there is almost nothing else here and isn't close to the city.

I had a really nice stay at Hotel Junior in Kopaonik. The food was very good, with plenty of options after a long day on the slopes. The gym was also well equipped and perfect for staying active. One of the highlights was the ski slope nearby — very good conditions and super convenient, especially if you’re there mainly for skiing.

The hotel is not bad. Most importantly, there is parking for hotel guests. The rooms are tidy and bring new towels every day. The food is great, but honestly what is not good is the hotel ski slope. The hotel does not have any ski pass discount for hotel guests. The ski pass is quite expensive for about 400 meters of trail. The price for a ski pass is around 15 euros Per/Day.

The room needs a lot of repairs. Also the lack of an elevator makes the situation a bit difficult to carry suitcases. The breakfast is very poor and generally not worth the 125 euros we paid for one night. The highlight of all was the broken glass and the broken handles in the bathtub

I stayed there on our way from CZ to BG and back in August 2022. There is nothing I could possibly complain about. There is a few things I would like to point out: - close to the A1 highway - secured parking - spacious and clean room - restaurant - friendly staff - supermarket just a few meters on the same side of the road - you can pay by card everywhere

I'm rarely rate hotels on Google, but this one is extraordinary. Yes, it's usual hotel near the highway. But their workers do the difference. I made booking for wrong dates. They helped me to cancel it for free and match the price. We arrived after the kitchen was closed - the waiter in the restraint ordered pizza for us in a delivery service! I've visited the pool which is fantastic, it's being filled with a unique natural thermomineral water. My visit was great. The only downside is that the saunas weren't functional this time of year. Overall, I'd recommend this place.

We were very happy with our stay here. Breakfast at the restaurant was incredible and the person in charge of the restaurant, Milosh, was a delight. Filtered water was available on every floor and in the lobby, the parking area was perfect, it was in a secure gated area, and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had an amazing experience at Flow Hotel. The room was clean, the view is amazing with the bridge at night and the bath! The service is beyond everything. We got service from the nicest person, his name Siniha (if I'm not wrong) nice guy with glasses. Such a hard-working guy with a great attitude. Overall, we are very happy to stay at Flow.

The cleaning service was not very good as the laundry service either since after the first time they stopped giving it to me. Recepsionists were kind.
