It is an old hotel, the rooms are ok, there was a renovation when we stayed, it is good that it is close to the main street, you can walk in the evening, the breakfast is good, there is a pastry shop opposite, there is a wonderful smell in the morning, the cleaning is ok, it is suitable for 1 day stay, if you go on holiday, you don't stay for a long time, it is far from the center.

Would be better if there’s coffee provided in the room. They gave complimentary water on the first day, no more refills after that, perhaps its because I didn't ask for refills or perhaps it's only complimentary for the first day. It is very close to Airport City, so there are many business travelers. But why is the elevator so difficult to use, very slow and noisy. I stayed at this hotel during The Exit Festival. Despite being very busy, the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly, and the breakfast were tasty. Overall, I am grateful for the experience. If I ever visit Novi Sad again, I would definitely choose this accommodation.

I won the lottery when I found this place!!! First of all, it’s super clean, everything is renovated, rooms are fresh and there’s everything you need for a very reasonable price. The people are amazing, and I could stay with my dog and a cat! The hotel is very well located for business matters and it has a big capacity. It is very convenient for me personally, so I might be coming back, however the truth is it is much worn out. Lovely hotel, staff where extremely friendly and very welcoming, the pool area was really well presented, my only down side is maybe the rooms could do with a little update bringing upto 2026 standard, but none the less was a very comfortable stay. Extremely kind and helpful staff! let us keep our bags in the hallway well after checking out, and advised us on how to reserve bus tickets, even offering to set us up with an extra night if the buses weren’t running properly. Highly recommend, beds were also the comfiest of our whole Balkan trip

The area around the hotel is a bit noisy at night, but i guess that is a expected when staying in the city. If i have to choose an issue with the hotel itself, i would say the showers are a bit small. But if there was ever a need to stay again in that region of Serbia, i would, without a doubt, choose to stay at this hotel again. Probably one of the better hotels in this part of Serbia.

Location is superb, the parking was not cleard of snow, water in the main pool was colder than expected, staff is great but one elevator was out of order for days in mid season, so it was hard geting in and out of the rooms.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hours early prior to my check-in time. The staff offered to hold my luggage in a locked secure room behind the check-in desk. I received my luggage when I check-in, nothing was missing, all secure. The free breakfast was fantastic, with lots of food to choose from. The dining area is clean and roomy to hold many customers.

It is recommended to book a suite at this hotel in Nis in the future.

The room is very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, in the core city area. The King's Square is less than 100 meters away. The castle and the pedestrian street are all in this area. What a great opportunity to actually be in a hotel that traces back to the year 1923 and still functions perfectly well with its door-less antique lift, toilet set that works just fine a century on. I enjoyed staying at Hotel Palace! It's clean and in a great location. The best thing about it is the breakfast buffet, which is delicious and has lots of choices. The hotel also provides a driver to/from the airport, which is convenient if you have a very early flight.
