Fantastic holiday in Ciudad Blanca!! The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. The food was delicious and there was plenty of variety. The entertainment for children throughout the day was ideal; my children didn't miss a single mini disco! The room was spacious and very clean every day! We'll be back soon, thank you for a very enjoyable week!!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the very beginning, the staff were exceptional, always friendly and willing to help, which made our stay so much more pleasant. The food is another highlight; everything was delicious with a great variety, perfect for keeping the whole family happy. The children's entertainment was a 10/10; our kids had a blast with the activities and didn't want it to end. In addition, the proximity to the beach is a huge plus, allowing us to enjoy the sea at any time without any hassle. Without a doubt, it's the perfect place for a family vacation. Highly recommended!

Andrei, Mario and Nikolai good perfect animation for our kids. It was amazing time. The food was good and everything worked for us like pools room etc.

The Animatiol Team is very good,and the Kahoot‘s every evening is very Funny! We Come Here every year since 15 years and Andrej is very Friendly! Martin is the Best service Boy he remember us every year since we were little children!

Well this our second time in 2 years at this hotel @ what can I say its perfect ,absolutely brilliant holiday again, everything about this hotel is A1,,the only one thing is that myself and partner need to explore more of spain instead of coming back to our place of were you know meet every standard from hotel staff and just one great place to visit. Will miss this place next year but need to give other place a visirlt 100% van again

We have just spent 9 amazing nights in this hotel as a family with a 6 and 10 year old and have to say the hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. We had an issue with our room early on but were quickly moved and all issues resolved professionally. Plenty of choice breakfast lunch and dinner and always easy to get a table. Lots of entertainment night and day. The shows are high quality and good for adults and kids unlike alot of other hotels. All of the staff are a credit to this hotel and make it what it is. The animation team work day and night extremely hard and we really appreciated them making the stay special. Bar staff very attentive and all staff in general very friendly. Located right on the beach which is beautiful, we really hope to come back someday as a family. 5*.

We have just got home from this hotel 4 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 10. We honestly had the most amazing time. We were greeted with a glass of champagne on arrival which was lovely. We had a little trouble with our room smelling damp and being loud (ground floor outside lifts) the staff were understanding and helped us swiftly move to a better room no problems after this! The food is the best we've had and we have been to some lovely hotels! Every day different delicious options and variety. All inclusive drinks were great too. Hard to get sunbeds unless up early but its like this in most places mid summer! Pools nice can get crowded but being so close to the beautiful beach helps! For me what made this hotel stand out compared to others we've been is the evening entertainment it was honestly brilliant! We loved the rock show and the silent disco! A special mention to the lovely man from Morocco who served me fresh omlettes every morning at breakfast always made me smile! Also Ayub who served us drinks in the evening, always so polite and went out of his way for us! Would 100% return and that's rare for me! Thank you for a great stay!

Food was great, but rooms are very outdated. Walls were also paper thin. We weren’t ale to sleep in once due to all the noise.
