Everyone here was so welcoming and kind. Loved every minute. Very inclusive and never left with an empty drink for more than 2 mins

I stayed at this hotel for the second time and really enjoyed it. The main reason I came back is the people I had the chance to meet here. I hope to return again later this year. The bar staff – Barto’s team: Maria, Dani, Xisco, Jona, Gabriel, Lazaro, Dylan – were amazing. And in the restaurant, the best manager Cesar and the grill chefs Juan and Emilio. Great service, close to a beautiful beach, and everything was very clean. I recommend getting the All Inclusive Premium package – it’s definitely worth it if you appreciate quality. Also great for solo travelers

This hotel is fab and location is excellent for beach and old town. Staff are all very welcoming from reception to the cleaners. Bar staff work hard and are excellent shout out to Dani, the lassie can’t remember her name sorry). Entertainment team especially Milayna (think that was her name) she was great. Hotel pool is lovely and was a saving grace as it was hot when we were there last week. Plenty of sunbeds if not around pool then there are loads on the garden. Food well what can I say best hotel I’ve been to for food choices for brekkie, lunch & dinner all fresh and lots of choices. Excellent gym facilities and the bike facilities are second to none for being able to store the bikes we hired for the week from the bike shop across from hotel. Will defo be back and that is credit to this hotel and their staff

Just back from a 7 night stay. Great hotel, nicely decorated and super clean. Excellent facilities and the staff were exceptionally friendly, particularly the restaurant and catering staff. Only one thing that annoyed me was getting told off for getting a glass of water for my toddler at dinner time (only for all inclusive guests...not half board!) one isolated, grumpy member of staff to be fair, not a reflection on the rest.

I could not praise the staff highly enough - they were all so friendly and helpful. The food was very good, amazing selection. Hotel is very clean. There's plenty of evening entertainment in the bar. I would definitely stay in Hotel Bahia d'Alcúdia again.

The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet street yet close to the beach and town centre. I requested a view and certainly got that. The breakfast choice was vast and fresh. Unfortunately the weather was very English, however there was a host of activities provided enthusiastically and with passion by the entertainment team Deme and Milena. They both excelled in making it an uplifting break.

I love this place! The entertainment is amazing and everyone is so funny and welcoming! Big shoutout to the people behind the bar - dani, joan, maria, barito, lajano and raul - for really making our stay worthwhile with the uplifting atmosphere and delicious drinks!!

My partner and I came here for a break away and we’ve both had the most amazing time, the staff are even more amazing. We can’t thank Barto, Xisco , Jona and Deme enough, they have made our time here so enjoyable. Can’t thank the hotel staff enough for their hard work. Drinks, food, entertainment, cleanliness 10/10

Had a day/night in the hotel to enjoy the spa. We went all inclusive, first time I've ever tried AI. I was pleasantly surprised! Food was good and hot, the wine was good. Hotel entertainment not so good, but we were only there for 1 night so didn't bother us. Spa was lovely, very relaxing!
