Hotel is at the top of the Island so transfer took 2 hours as we had several drop-offs which we knew about. The location is 10 min walk from the town, the buses are easy to use, we went to Alcudia (35 mins) and Playa De Muro (10 mins) which has a stunning beach, much better than Can Picafort so worth the short bus ride. Hotel food was amazing and so much choice, we used the buffet and restaurants. Our room was fine and all of the staff were great. Entertainment finished quite early at 10pm and the kids disco didn’t last very long which is a shame as I think more music and less quizzes would have been better. Whitney Houston tribute was brilliant.

We had such a lovely family holiday here. The staff made the stay so memorable. They are very friendly and go out if their way to make your stay enjoyable. Our children didn’t want to leave and were so sad to come home! The kids club was very entertaining and it was nice that there were activities on almost all day for them. It was a nice idea to incentivise 6 or more kids club visits with a certificate and medal. My daughter was so proud to receive hers and took it in to ‘show & tell’ at her school today. Kids are asking to go back again next year. Food was great and kitchen, waiter staff very good again. Barman came over to use every evening to get us drinks. We upgraded to a pool side suite and it was much bigger than we expected and newly refurbished so we were really surprised how good the room was. Our son was obsessed with the inflatable bubble in the main pool providing hours of entertainment. Both our children also made friends which was lovely. Thoroughly recommend this and would definitely go back again . Thank you!

Had a lovely time, staff friendly and helpful, towels changed daily, room cleaned daily. Good variety of food. My daughter was poorly late at night and within minutes staff were out with fresh bedding. Very helpful. Wish the pools were heated as we couldnt stay in them very long. Lovely stay.

Just back from a weeks stay here and had a wonderful time. The newly refurbished rooms are lovely, the food was great (always with plenty of choice and different every day) and the staff were so friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Manuel in the buffet restaurant who was absolutely fantastic with our two young kids. Our only slight disappointment was that the pools were so cold!! Could really do with being heated a few degrees warmer and the kids would have used so much more.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel during September 2025. We spent 12 days as family with 3yo kid and it was nice experience. The resort is very spacious with lots of greens and many swimming pools. Animation program (mini disco, aqua aerobics, foam party for kids, yoga for kids, evening shows) was nice as well and in general service was just perfect, everyone was very nice and helpful. We had breakfast included which had quite a lots of options. Occasionally we had dinner or lunch in the hotel as well which were fine. In general I would recommend the place for family with kids :). You can reach the beach by walking distance around 15 minutes , but it’s not very big beach, so as we had car we drive for nice beaches in the area.

Had a lovely family holiday (kids aged 5 & 8) here in Oct '25. Staff were super friendly throughout but a special mention for those working at the Kids Club, who I thought were outstanding, and went well beyond expectations in keeping the kids safe & entertained. Overall facilities were v good, albeit room decor is dated. We were self-catering so can't comment on the food. Pools excellent for kids, but too cold for adults at this time of year! It was a great stay at this hotel. The service and the staff were very friendly and nice to children, the wide range between bars, pools and restaurants was amazing. The food in the buffet area was nice and the pool bar+ a la carte restaurants were fabulous.There are little activites around the hotel like table tennis, a little arcade wth pool and airhockey (WORKING CLAW MACHINES NOT RIGGED😆), mini golf and a kids club. There is entertainment on every night in the lounge bar later in the evening and a kids entertainment early. I would definitely stay here again and love it. Great stay. Great hotel. Great place to go for a holiday.

We have just come back from a wonderful 7 days at Zafiro in Can Picafort. A four-star resort about 10 minutes' walk away from the beach. I did a lot of research before coming. I have been to several resorts over my life, but this was the first time coming with my daughter, who is 9 years old. So, first of all, let me start with the location. Can Picafort is a pleasant and clean town on the east side of the island. It’s an hour away from Palma (the capital) and generally about 20–60 minutes away from the main attractions within the country. Can Picafort itself has a long beach with golden sands and exotic blue water. It was fun to swim with little fish and bask in the sunshine. Sun loungers and parasol for 3 cost €24. Public toilets are available. There is a wide range of cafes, bars, and supermarkets spanning the beachfront. I would highly recommend Club Nautico for food; check out my review on their page. One of the things I loved about Majorca is the number of small play areas that are free for kids to use. The hotel is at the top of a slight incline. For those who struggle to walk, this may be an issue depending on your mobility. However, the bulk of Can Picafort is flat. There are several supermarkets within about a 5–10 minute walk; they sell really nice pastries and everything you should need for your holiday. There is a bar on-site; however, some other popular spots are fairly local, including Trotters Bar. I didn’t get a chance to visit, but it looks great. Regarding the hotel itself: we arrived around 1 AM through a Jet2 holiday package. We were self-catering. We were greeted at a wonderful reception by friendly staff who provided us with plenty of information and directions. We found our room and crashed... looked nice! Upon waking up, we discovered we were on the second floor of block 3, about a 2-minute walk from the facilities. There are several pools of various shapes and sizes; some can be heated in the cooler months. Today, it was 24° C, and it was wonderful to sit in the sun and take a swim. The facilities for kids are excellent, with loads of slides and a giant bubble in the pool to jump in and slide down. There are clubs and entertainment throughout the day. My daughter was too cool for school, though, so I didn’t try them. The food on-site was lovely, catering to both fussy eaters and those who like to push the boat out. I am fairly fussy, but my partner enjoys tasting local cuisine. We were both pleasantly surprised. We had the buffet twice; it cost €28 for an adult and €14 for a child. This included unlimited drinks (alcoholic, non-alcoholic, coffee, and tea), and a range of foods including various fresh-cooked meats, vegetables, pastas, pizzas, rice dishes, salads, etc. Our favorite was the desserts—wow! In summary, the staff are all friendly, the site is clean, and the facilities are well maintained. There is some general wear and tear, but overall, for the price we paid, we are very happy and would definitely come
