Globales Janeiro Hotel in Can Picafort

We've been staying at the hotel since June 25th and depart on July 9th. We've been coming to the island for years and know almost every corner of it, including, of course, its many hotels. But I must say the hotel is truly excellent. The rooms, the beds, the staff—everything is unique. And a big compliment to the cuisine—it wasn't the kind of evening where I could even offer the slightest criticism. The selection is vast, and everything tastes delicious and filling.

I absolutely loved my stay at Ferrer Janiero hotel and spa. The check-in was very fast. The rooms are very nice. The buffet pretty much changed daily so that was nice. There are two pools on the property one lap and one normal. The spa area was amazing my favorite except when kids were allowed only draw back. The all inclusive hotel is very close to the beach less than 5 minute walk. The entertainment was different every night

Stayed here in August on an all inclusive basis. It was extremely busy. No problem getting anything we wanted at the bar and restaurant. Queues (when there were any) were short and didn't take long to disappear. The food and drink we got was excellent. We thought the choices of both food and drink were excellent. Never had a problem. The staff were amazing. I always think if you make an nice effort with them, they will make a nicer effort back. Which they did. The staff appreciate you trying to speak Spanish and help you when you get stuck. The English with a few of them was not so strong but they tried their best. I even spent a few hours with some of them at a bar across the road when they finished work. It was a nice experience. I couldn't comment on any of them in particular as they were all good. I made sure I tipped for their excellent service. I enjoyed the mix of nationalities at this hotel. I spoke with around ten different nationalities. Us English are spoilt. We are so lucky they speak our language. No problem getting beds by the pool. Might not always have been in the place we wanted but good enough for us. Especially when you consider this is an extremely busy school holiday time. The spa was excellent and kids were allowed when accompanied by an adult. I've never been to a hotel that allows kids to use the spa before so this seemed quite unique to me. The hotel is a very short walk to the beach and the sea. I walked straight out of the side exit of the hotel, a few hundred metres and jumped into the sea. It is a nice beach area with a few bar restaurants within hotels that you can use. One belongs to the sister hotel. The area is not extremely busy but there are a few bars and restaurants on the doorstep. You would not go short for a change of scenery out of the hotel. If you want night life it is within a mile in a taxi. We walked to it in the day. It is a nice walk along the sea front. There are a few bike hire shops next to the hotel. One (Ditsches) also looks after what I would call proper cyclists. They looked after me nicely. I didn't use the others so could not comment. To finish off my review. I loved the hotel and I loved the area it was in.

Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Room was clean on arrival. The food was buffet style and catered for every taste. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices. Staff were lovely. Check in was easy and amenities are okay. All in all value for money

Absolutely loved my visit with my two friends! We were in an apartment across the road from the main hotel which had everything we needed and we could use the facilities in Janeiro for bar, restaurant, pools and spa, as well as in Concord slightly further down for their bar, restaurant, pool and gym! We went All Inclusive Gold, which was fabulous!

The beach is at the bottom of the road, just past the stop for the land train to Ca’n Picafort and the taxi rank. There are a few shops and other bars and restaurants in Son Baulo so it feels like a little village square, with very little traffic but always people around. Felt very safe and relaxing!

We will come back!

Superb hotel. Food amazing every meal. Staff are excellent delivering high standard customer service. The Spa is 10/10 and amazing. All included. The only thing that’s not getting a 5 is lack of music and entertainment. Apart from 2 evenings just large screen sports being shown. But overall would highly recommend this hotel for the food and service. Just 2 mins over road is access to the seafront sister hotel with a gym. Good day out on buses is pollensa. Quiet area of the Can picafort. But enough stores and restaurants. Near of great sand beach. Hotel was wonderful, delicious breakfast and lunch. Very nice staff. Every day cleaning. Great view of the sea from room. Super 25m swimming pool. Free SPA.

What an incredible hotel. The staff, the food, the facilities. Everything about our holiday was 5* and I couldn’t have asked for more from anyone. This was our first holiday in some time and I was apprehensive due to anxieties of leaving home and feeling relaxed, but everyone in the hotel made us feel so welcomed, safe and home. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and I am hoping to book for next year with my mum! Breakfast, lunch and dinner was ever changing and there were so many options available (even for us veggies having seitan and tofu available most nights was a wonderful surprise!) and the food quality was excellent and delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, our room was serviced daily and left spotless as well as the rest of the hotel. The pool and spa areas were sensational! This holiday was solely a switch off and relax and the facilities of the pool area and spa helped us with just that. We never had a problem securing a lounger as well as using the facilities in the spa. Entertainment in the evening was such a special touch and each of the entertainers were so inclusive of everyone. The location of the hotel was also perfect, a beautiful area surrounded by other lovely hotels and a stones throw away from the beach were we spent a day (close enough to pop back and forth to the hotel for lunch!). We also popped into Alcúdia old town one of our days and the bus stop was just a short 10 minute flat walk to the bus stop and an hour there and back ( would definitely recommend the markets on Sundays and Tuesdays). We also walked along the promenade one day to Can Picafort town which was a bit more of a trek but everywhere is flat and beautiful! Thank you so much to everyone for our wonderful time. A trip that we will remember for a lifetime!

Clean spacious room Staff excellent. MARINA reception lady was very helpful with helping with room, car hire and all our enquiries very friendly and knowledgeable. Bar staff also brilliant very intentive. Food was excellent varied choices with lots to eat I think I have put on a stone. Pools clean no problem getting sunbeds. Spa was exceptional loved the massage beds and float pool. An amazing holiday will come again. Few yards to the beach and eateries. Lovely walk along sea front.
