Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, right on the seafront, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were also fortunate to enjoy a fantastic sea view from our room.
However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. As we had booked a half board package, we found the variety of food offered at dinner to be quite basic, with limited options. Additionally, we felt the entertainment for guests was lacking.
Given that we were in Spain, we were hoping to experience more Spanish-themed entertainment—particularly traditional Spanish music and cultural elements. Unfortunately, during our one-week stay, there was only one evening with Spanish music. The rest of the entertainment featured primarily English themes, with music from artists like ABBA, Queen, and Pink Lady.
this was not what we had expected while holidaying in Spain.
Spain has a rich cultural heritage and vibrant musical traditions, and we were genuinely looking forward to experiencing more of that. We also made an effort to be respectful to the local culture by using a few Spanish phrases and trying to learn more of the language. Sadly, we were often responded to in English, which made it harder to immerse ourselves fully in the local experience.
Overall, while the hotel had many positive aspects, we would have appreciated more opportunities to enjoy authentic Spanish cuisine, entertainment, and culture during our visit.

The hotel location is perfect, right next to the beach. Very clean, rooms are spacious. The staff were amazing, very attentive and kind. The breakfast selection was great, a good mix for all types of dietary needs. The gym is small, but well equipped. They also offer pilates & yoga classes.

The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is fantastic and I can't think of anything you couldn't have for breakfast, from salad, cakes, croissants, waffles, pastries, 6 cereals and fresh fruit to a full English. About 6 fresh fruit juices, a good vegan choice, soya, almond, whole and skim milk. Lunch and dinner are equally delicious with real paella, bolognese, prawns, lamb, pizza, fresh salads, all sorts of vegetables and a whole host of great dishes, desserts like chocolate cake, mousse, all kinds of cheeses, crusty and grain bread, and you get the idea! We had a fantastic view right over the sea, the best view we have ever had, we hired a car and the hotel was close to shops and bars. It is October so the only downside is everything is closed, but that is not the hotel's fault. Would definitely come again, but in the summer!

This is my fourth October staying at the Concord. The service and amenities are great. Their gym is well equipped, the food is good, and the strawberry mojito is excellent.

Wow! What a fabulous holiday we have had, we went all inclusive for 2 weeks, food was very good, plenty of choice, drinks were all branded which is good, now onto our room….absolutely beautiful, it has everything you need, we went for a sea view, and it was stunning!! The staff were all lovely, so helpful and friendly, would highly recommend this hotel, will add some pictures of the view from our room

Just come back from 5 night stay and had another really good experience, we first came here in 2023 and loved it so was excited to come back. The hotel is in a great spot, right by the beach which is a short walk across the road, and our sea view room made the sunrises extra special. The bus to get to Alcudia is a 15 minute walk away and the C'an Picafort Market is a 10-15 minute walk along the beach front. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful, but a special mention to Sylvia on reception, Pablo and Tacu behind the bar, Andres and Julia in the restaurant, and Alessio always said hello and gave a smile too. The food and drinks were decent for an all-inclusive stay, there was a good variety every day so always had chance to try something different. The pool is sightly bigger since our last stay which was nice and was alway clean. There were live singers on Wednesday and Friday evening, which added a nice touch. Just some things to note: the hotel is no longer adults-only which changed since our last stay, but there wasnt many kids so it wasn't a problem at all. The sister hotel is probably more suitable for children as there wasn't much entertainment here for little ones. For lunch, you have to head to the sister hotel across the road (it’s literally less than 2 minutes to walk there) and the food is basically the same good quality, but worth noting. Most of the evening entertainment also seemed to be based over at the sister hotel, so things felt a bit quieter here (which I didn't mind) apart from the singers on Wednesday and Friday. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a brilliant location right by the beach. If you don’t mind popping across the road for a bit more variety in food and entertainment, it’s a lovely place for a relaxing break. We are already thinking about our 3rd visit! Really is a beautiful hotel, very clean and the staff are lovely. Location is beautiful. Definitely recommend upgrading to a sea view room. Food has been great, plenty to choose from and all fresh. Hasn't been a meal we have not enjoyed. The gym here is very well equipped! Can't remember if this is an adults only hotel but there has been no children here, which has been nice. Pool is small. The entertainment must be held at the sister hotel a minutes walk away. Use of that spa there too. 20-30 minutes walk up the prom to the town centre where there are plentt if ships bars and restaurants. Highly recommend for a couples quiet and relaxing holiday.

It was truly perfect. The entire staff was very friendly and competent, but I'd especially like to thank Maria in the bar and Leonardo in the kitchen. Their friendly and welcoming manner made the holiday and the hotel unforgettable. The rooms were also very clean and beautiful, and the location right by the sea is perfect.
