Hi i went into BQ Picafort for a holiday we stayed for 5 nights the staff was evry sweet and helpful. The rooms were good but a little bit small, there was almost no space where to walk inside the rooms. The food was excellent, fresh and good food every day for breakfast and dinner

Comfortable beds, nicely furnished . Buffet breakfast good. Very clean .
Charging for an iron ridiculous . Pool hours in high season are crazy. Sitting about waiting for it to open at 10 when sun has been up for a couple of hours .
Not best hotel pools for sunbeds as sunlight is blocked .

Nice friendly staff. Good quality drinks at bar. Sangria was lovely. Food at lounge was very good

Overall pleasant stay

Rooms are perfectly clean and modern, and there is plenty of space. The hotel is clean and spacious. Having two pools is an added bonus, the better pool being the one with the BQ lounge, great service and amazing pool, always plenty of sun loungers around the pool. I just wish staff sat around the pool were provided umbrellas to sit under and a meal and drinks as I was informed this wasn't offered. Service needs improving at meal times, at reception there should always be two staff not one as it gets quite busy and you can spend time waiting a while especially if people have arrived to check in and only one staff at the desk. Most of the staff were friendly and polite, Arthur on entertainment and karaoke was a delight, a real bonus and credit to the hotel. Meal options could be a little better. Breakfast was plenty for choices, but main meals in the evening are sometimes lacking. I also found the food at times to be warm or cold, not hot. I did eat out at times, and food options on the seafront are plenty. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, mostly due to cleanliness and location, the pools, and most of the staff.

Nice place, friendly staff, good food, good location... just 5 minute from a beautiful white sand beach. We will come back soon! ❤️

So I recently stayed this lovely hotel from June 10th to June 15th I travelled solo. I was in room 532. Which is in the corne you can see everything from your room. I must say that the services was good location was absolutely good. I went for bed and breakfast has I like to try out the new food that they have in different countries. The only problem I would say is that they don't have much food for their breakfast in terms for there's a lot of pork. Overall I enjoyed my stay they also have a shower downstairs so if you have a late flight. You check out at 12:00 and there is a luggage storage locker room where you can store your luggage's and suitcases. And then have a freshen up before you had home. I'll definitely stay with hotel again. I forgot to mention it was also my birthday and I got a complimentary bottle of champagne.

Hotel was great, staff really friendly and rooms clean and efficient. Balcony was great for some outdoor space. Only downside was the breakfast offering was very repetitive and the English TV channels on the TV didn’t work! Otherwise, a great hotel.

It was a very nice hotel except that the room was small. The staff are always friendly, kind and helpful. The location is nice. The breakfast was good, varied and the churros we had were really crispy. The pineapples were always delicious.
