Amazing hotel we brought our two daughters 6 and 3 and they didn't want to leave. Kids entertainment was amazing and alot of effort put in. Girls loved the loom band making and pumpkin carving. Love the fact its on the beach so you have the best of both worlds swimming pool day or beach day! Plenty of food choices at buffet something for everyone and very tasty!! Thank you to everyone for making our trip memorable!

It's a nice resort, well located, just by excellent beach, one of Majorca's Top 5. Food is okay, don't expect anything extraordinary, just fine food, with some bits so-so and sometimes something very nice. Rooms are spacious, with balcony that is of great use in the evening, especially if you're lucky to catch west-oriented one as we were. Cleanliness great, lots of nice staff, they are all very friendly, so just appreciate their work. Can't say much more about the resort, we've not used any non-heated pools or evening entertainment (which I'd rather call a nuisance), it's the beach that is the best asset of this place and it was the main reason we went there - apart from heated pools. However, with beach proximity, heated pools were not really important. There's one heated pool for adults only and one mixed, so it's full of kids. Pool for toddlers was cold, what was a bit disappointing, same as all other pools - baltic. Respect to all kids who used them. But overall - wouldn't mind coming back there, but I'm certainly not coming back to the same places.

Just back from our third stay at this hotel and wanted to share how fantastic it is ! The service from every single member of staff is exceptional! Special mentions to Marc and Antonia for making us feel so welcome again! Everything is lovely and clean, food choices are great and the hotel is in a beautiful location. All in all Zafiro Bahia is the perfect choice for a perfect family holiday and we are already booked further next year!

We loved our stay at the Zafiro Bahia. Firstly, the room was spotless and spacious. It had a very luxurious feel to it, comfortable bed and all we needed for a week's stay. The staff were brilliant. Everyone that we met was cheerful and happy to talk to us and our son. The food, both in the buffet and in the a la carte restaurant was delicious. There was lots of choice and everything was very fresh and hot. The buffet restaurant had different theme nights and every one was full of delicious food. Our son is very fussy but there was always something for him to eat, be it big chicken nuggets or fish fingers. They also have a great pasta station with different shapes and sauces. Cocktails were brilliant. Breakfast was fantastic. So much choice and the chefs were happy to accommodate any requests. There was a selection of milks too, Oat milk, almond milk and soya milk were available. The entertainment team work very hard. They were great with the kids and spoke many different languages. A true credit to the hotel. The bouncy bubble pool was my son's favourite, the kids slides a close second. There was a heated outdoor pool which was nice on the colder days. Being right on the most beautiful beach is a fantastic advantage. It felt incredibly safe with lifeguards and was very shallow for a long way out. There were a couple of very stormy days when we visited but all of the entertainment just moved to the indoor stage and continued as usual. Definitely did not put a dampener on our holiday. Loved everything about this hotel. 100% recommend it to anyone, lots for the kids to do while also meeting the needs of the adults.

I’m sorry to say that the hotel did not live up to my expectations, even though I can see great potential here. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the food was very good, the beds and sun loungers were comfortable, and the beachfront location is lovely. The biggest disappointment was the so-called “chill out pool.” The atmosphere was anything but relaxing, with both children and adults splashing around. The noise level was so high that even the best noise-cancelling headphones couldn’t block it out. The lifeguard himself wore headphones, which says a lot. I would strongly suggest either renaming the pool, or better yet; ensuring it truly lives up to its name. This would need clearer signage on-site, not just online, and more effort from staff to keep the setting calm. It was difficult to find space at the adults-only pool where the atmosphere was much more pleasent. More shade options such as curtains and parasols would also have been very much appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for families with wild children, but unfortunately not for adults seeking peace and quiet.

A wonderful hotel, exceeded expectations. We stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The room was spacious and clean. There was a large bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The room was the perfect size, and there was even a small kitchenette, which is great if you’re not on an all-inclusive package. Room and cleanliness: 10/10. We had all-inclusive. Breakfast was the same every day, but the selection was good. Coffee from the machine was tasty, and their chocolate pastries were absolutely delicious. Lunch was different every day, and everything was tasty — we especially loved the Patagonian squid :) We also tried the food at the lunch restaurant – excellent, served like in a real restaurant. Dinner was also varied, with a different theme every evening. Overall, I would rate the food 9/10. (P.S. George welcoming guests is a real gem! ) The surroundings – very clean. A big advantage near the pools is the non-slip decking, which is a huge plus when vacationing with kids. The sunbeds were nice, and no one reserved spots at the pool in advance. A major bonus is that the sea is just one second away, so you can spend time both at the beach and by the pool depending on your mood. Environment: 10/10 The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The animators were amazing! Truly dedicated to their work and gave their all every day. My kids fell in love with Pepe and Karolina, but all of them were great. Staff and animation: 11/10 :D A truly family-oriented hotel. From what I saw, it was mostly families with children staying there. Many German guests. All guests were very polite. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely! Would I return? Definitely! We’re sadly leaving tomorrow, but we’re already planning our next visit!
