A super 10 for our stay at the hotel Servigroup Romana. We have been clients of Servigroup hotels for many years (I went with my parents when I was a child). It was the first time we went to Alcocebre, everything was perfect! The room was amazing, the kindness of the staff, the food.... And above all, I want to highlight the animation of Raúl and Joan (it was his first days). Raúl is a crack, he made us laugh, he made us exercise our muscles, he played with our daughter....
Without a doubt, we will repeat. Thank you very much to the all team.

The Hotel Servigroup Romana, is a newly discovered gem, ideally suited for a quiet, relaxing beachfront (a few metres walk across the road) getaway break.
Our room, (perfect in every way *) and the entire hotel in fact, is kept immaculately clean and fresh.
The Reception staff who I had dealings with (Silvia and Patrick) were consummately efficient and professional, with a constant smile and "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
The staff in the restaurant too.
Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

*As a minor criticism, may I please identify that my wife brought a number of long, full length dresses to wear for dinner and evenings, but due to the fact that the room was furnished with a half/three quarters wardrobe with a clothes press (set of drawers at the base), she had nowhere to hang her dresses other than a hook on the entrance wall opposite the bathroom.
We failed to bring coat hangers with us on this occasion.

10/10 hotel. Location... right in front of Roman beach. Very good beach. Room... spacious and cozy. Facilities... perfect. Reception... Very good, professional, and very attentive. Nis is a wonderful person. Dining room... a TEN in capital letters. The staff was brilliant, Fani, Loli, Vanesa, etc., not to mention Pedro the maitre d'. They treated us phenomenally. Thank you very much for everything. We will return.

We've been coming here for a decade and everything has been great. We haven't stopped recommending this establishment. Until today, I ended up having an unnecessary argument with the receptionist and an employee (I think they're new this season). It was a very unpleasant situation. At this point, with the unprofessional practices I've seen, I don't think I'd come back again.

Everything. The location is great, a few metres to the beach and a short walk from the town centre. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly. The hotel facilities are good, the restaurant service amazing with a terrific choice of food.

A 3-star hotel that could be compared to a 4-star hotel, excellent food, modern room with everything you need, very good cleanliness, very good entertainment, good pool and just a stone's throw from a wonderful beach, we will visit again as the stay exceeded expectations.

Basic Beach Hotel! Clean but staff does not go out of their way.
One thing is at breakfast you have staff standing guard and over you while you eat.

We have stayed here several times over the last few years, staff and service has been excellent as has been the facilities and entertainment.. The reception staff are professional and polite, the restaurant staff hard working and very competent. The facilitites are superb, the location incredible.

The sofas in the apartments are not very comfortable. The cleaning of the apartment is not bad but it would need a greater cleaning, at least, between entry and exit of clients.
The menus have a lot of variety and the food is good. The animation for children is great, they have a great time!
