Love A Benidorm Trip! ✈️🍺 ive got friends that live there, So travelled there regularly over the past few years. I know the area well, little 15 mins walk to main pubs, Booked here, Very Happy. Exactly what you ask for, Clean rooms, Nice Pool, Nice Staff. Recommend It. Im booking it again later in the month. X

This has got to be hands down the worst hotel we have ever had the misfortune of staying at. Its a loud party hotel designed for teens to get drunk and fight. On 3 occasions we seen staff break up fights in the bar area and one man was beating another with one of the snooker ques. The food is awful and a member of our family suffered badly with bed bug bites. The lifts were always broken meaning we had to carry everything up 7 flights of stairs. Please please don't book this hotel.

Staff were very rude, abrupt and like they didn’t have the time to help with anything. Got up at breakfast to go and get a cup of coffee and they took breakfast away from the table before we had finished saying they were closed now. Watched a member of staff filling up the juice machine at breakfast when they opened it up it was full of mold inside. Black mold in the rooms. Very strict about eating and drinking anything not purchased at the bar around the pool, very rude when communicating this slamming a sign in our face. Deposit was €150 for the room this is staff discretion and depends on age i think. Atmosphere from staff was quite hostile. Will not be returning next year!!

Booked here for a lads holiday. All the staff were really friendly & went the extra mile for you, nothing was too much. The whole hotel is really clean & maids clean rooms everyday, shampoo & shower gel is provided in rooms. We had pool view rooms which were spot on all rooms have plenty of storage with hanging space as well as drawers , bedsides & dressing table Safes are available in all rooms but are chargeable, as are fridges. We had breakfast on our last day which cost 10€ & was paid at reception.....well worth it. Cereals, pastries, cakes fruit, full cooked breakfast with hash browns & black pudding, breads, toasts, hot & cold drinks. Hotel bar is great & well stocked with good selection of drinks Dont hesitate to book here the location is spot on with everything you need on the doorstep. We will definitely be back

I didn't pay for a safe but his our cash. Unfortunately, I realised I'd left it and rang the hotel from the Airport.

They went to my room and found the money and saved it for a friend to collect. £2380 was all returned to me in full. Ty for your staff honesty.

I had a disappointing experience with Silvia, the receptionist, during my recent visit. Despite leaving on time as scheduled, she was quite rude and unprofessional in her interactions. When I requested to store my bags in the baggage room for later collection, she refused without a clear reason and insisted on taking a deposit. This behavior was frustrating, especially since I had been punctual and simply needed a reasonable service before my flight. Overall, the encounter was unpleasant, and I hope the management considers providing better customer service training to staff like Silvia.
