Hotel Bristol in Benidorm

A wonderful warm welcome on arrival. The superior room was clean and tidy with a balcony looking over the city. Staff were so friendly from reception to evening staff. Breakfast was plenty full and lovely choices. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank u again for a wonderful stay at the Bristol.

Just back home from a fantastic few weeks at the Hotel Bristol ~ everything was perfect for us as on previous occasions.
Very attentive and friendly staff in all areas of the hotel.
Great choices for meals in the dining room and excellent prices on drinks both whilst in the dining room and the bar.
Very good location on the edge of the old town.
Looking forward to our return in November

Feb 2026. Nice hotel. Small, clean, quiet. The food is pretty good with lots of variety, loads of veggie choices and a fairly quiet dining hall. Generally people seem quite respectful. The staff are excellent without a shadow of doubt. It's a great location, very central, close to the beach and old town - literally minutes! Not what I would call a 'party hotel' instead one where you will be well fed, sleep well and if you are after the nightlife it's really on your doorstep. Would definitely come back. The rooms are clean, not dated and well looked after. There's a air of general calm about the place but that may have more to do with the time of year. Great work people!

Excellent choice of food on the buffets, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner, salads, cold meat and cheese. Hot food choices included show cooking.
Breakfast bacon, choice of scrambled, poached or freshly cooked omelettes, beans, sausage, tomatoes (and more!)with select a of breads. Yoghurts and cereals, continental and fresh pastries.
Lunch and dinners had stews, rice, potatoes, most meats and salads.
Drinks are not included but hotel prices were okay.
Our room was spacious, teas and kettle provided (bring your own tea bags) large shower, shower wash and soap provided,
Reception speaker good English and are always happy to help.
Both the old town and sea front are a very short walk away.
I would advise to upgrade to get a balcony with city view.
Pool looks good but weather wasn’t the best for us so not used.
Singers in the bar every night after dinner.

Just finished up staying at this fabulous hotel for the week. We upgraded twice and ended up with a deluxe room, well worth the upgrade as it gives you access to a private pool. The hotel is clean and modern, central location away from the main strip but short walking distance to the beach.

The food is good, and you will always find something to eat. We went full board and we never went hungry.

Most of the staff are fantastic, super friendly apart from a small few but it wasn’t the norm. Felix was fantastic and a credit to the hotel.

Only downside for us is that there was no gym, and with it being out of season the main pool and pool side bar was closed for maintenance.

Overall, we will visit again, and it would be a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and a half stars from us ❤️

What a beautiful hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained—cleaned every single day. A great touch was your room card provided you could load money onto it on arrival, which gives you 10% off at the hotel bars and the pool bar—a nice bonus for guests who like to unwind on-site.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Old Town, beaches, and New Town. You’re really close to everything, with plenty of places nearby to eat and drink, all at very reasonable prices.

Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent value.

The hotel facilities are quite good, but the breakfast is the same every day, which is a bit disappointing. Everything else is OK.

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, friendly & helpful staff. Stayed with Breakfast & Dinner which was lovely. Wide selection of food. Drinks very reasonably priced. Only downside is the pool area isn't very big so need to get there early for sunbeds. Other than that, we will definitely be returning.

Great Location

I have been to Benidorm 11 times in the past 3 years and I have to say that this is one of the best Hotels I have stayed in.
Service from Reception, Cleaning and Restaurant Staff was second to none.
The rooms were immaculate and cleaned to a very high standard each and every day.
Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff that I dealt with.
