Mercure Hotel in Benidorm

My sister and I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hotel Mercure Benidorm. The hotel is stylish and comfortable - and all the staff were lovely - without exception; they were friendly, professional and helpful. I have travelled all over the world, and I can honestly say that Hotel Mercure is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in.

The breakfasts were excellent with a huge amount of choice, good coffee, and the best scrambled eggs I have had for years!

Our (standard) room was also stylish, comfortable and well laid-out. The shower was large and good quality toiletries were provided. The beds were also comfortable - although I would prefer a harder mattress. The balcony was a great addition and a good size. House keeping was excellent.

The only thing I would change would be to add some drawers to the bedside tables - and a few more coat hangers.

Lovely Hotel and staff. Very quiet and peaceful. Decor is modern, rooms are clean and everything worked fine. My partner had a massage and that he would definitely recommend. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach front. We will 100% return.

We really loved our stay at this hotel. The location is amazing — very close to the coastline and all the main attractions, so everything is within walking distance. The design is stylish and modern, and the inner courtyard is absolutely lovely, with beautiful greenery and a cozy garden atmosphere.

The room was comfortable and well-designed, everything felt thought through. The only small funny minus 😅 — they didn’t leave the NUXE shower gel, it feels like they are protecting this cosmetic treasure because it’s always at the very bottom in hotels, haha. But honestly, everything else was perfect.

The staff is wonderful and very friendly, and we especially want to highlight the restaurant. We highly recommend choosing half board with breakfast and dinner — everything was incredibly delicious! Seafood, sashimi, paella, steaks, desserts, and fresh juices — absolutely amazing. We truly enjoyed every meal and our entire stay.

The best hotel in Benidorm for us. The moment you arrive you feel a great sense of relaxation. The decor is fabulous and the pool area is lovely with a warm pool and plenty of natural greenery.
I'd recommend one of the treatments at the hotel. It was well worth the money.
Food was slightly disappointing as not much choice but always fresh and well presented.

Just returned from our trip to Benidorm and cannot praise or reccomend the Mercure Benidorm enough!

We stayed in the Deluxe room which was absolutely incredible. The minimalistic style, cleanliness, amenities and space that the room provided was the best I’d ever experienced. The pool looked lovely and although we couldnt utilise any outdoor facilities I imagine in summer they would be so lovely. Breakfast and dinners had a wide variety (which changed each night) to choose from including fresh fruit and vegetables, breads, juices and hot foods. It was all lovely!

Staff, servers and cleaners were all incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I celebrated my 21st birthday and they had even decorated the room to mark the special occasion. The location was just up from Poniente beach, a much quieter area from the Leviante side of Benidorm but it was perfect for us as a couple.

I can’t thank the hotel enough - we are already planning another visit for later in the year!

We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Room was lovely with a great view overlooking the pool. All the staff were great! Breakfast was nice and the location was perfect! You can get to the crazy party easy enough but avoid it and stay in Poniente it's just beautiful

Located in an ideal location near the old town, the hotel is quite modern and contemporary, and the staff were very helpful.
Our suite was well appointed, but there were a couple of paint patches in need of an little attention.

Fabulous stay at Mercure Benidorm
We had a fabulous stay at Mercure Benidorm. Perfect location for us, just a short walk to the old town and the beach and a bus stop in front of the hotel. Our privilige room was very spacious with a large balcony with sun loungers and a comfy bed. Great breakfast with plenty of choice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
