Hotel Mediterraneo in Benidorm

Stayed at hotel start of april, 2 adults 2 kids,family had a nice weeks holiday in hotel .room was a decent size with 4 single beds in room ,bathroom was ok for the family and room also had a balcony . Food ..breakfasts had plenty of selection ,cooked ,cereal ,yoghurts,fruit coffee etc Lunchtimes had a few different selections for fussy eaters, Dinners had a good variety of various things ,was only 1 time we didnt fancy anything so we went out Pool ,,pool was very cold but plenty of room for the amount of people in hotel ,only downside was kids werent allowed floaties (rubber rings)🤷in pool Entertainment ,,through the dayanimation team did well to try to get everyone involved in various games ,pool ,darts etc Location ,,location was good for us 10-15 min walk to beach ,supermarkets close by as well as mcdonalds across the road , Staff ,,the staff were nice and friendly especially bar staff ,they was always trying to chat away with us Overall ,,nice clean hotel with good food And we would certainly go back again

The hotel didn't use wristbands and we had to use our room key cards to get a drink and we could only get one drink per card so we couldn't get more than one drink. The all-inclusive we arrived late and on the day we checked out we handed back the room cards and then we couldn't use the all inclusive anymore which meant we had to pay for our drinks. we have never had this problem before and we have stayed at alot of all inclusive hotels. There was one person who works at the hotel called Tery she was so lovely, funny and very kind every time we went to the bar to get more drinks we would always have a laugh and she even offered to make a tery special which was amazing

Nice quiet area of Benidorm ,sits across from the Benidorm Palace ,hotel is very clean wonderful staff and good food .easy walking distance to main area of Benidorm Bus stop right outside hotel door this is our 3 rd time here so that says it all

Good location for Benidorm. Food was average. Needed to enforce no-music rule by pool. People played their own on boom boxes and despite complaining, nothing was done.

Stayed here for 4 night at the beginning of December, staff were very friendly and evening entertainment were brilliant. Prime location across the road from Benidorm palace and a short walk to the beach and to old town. Rooms are very yellow, could maybe do with a freshen up and hotel room doors are bright red. Room was clean and balcony was nice over looking the pool. Would definitely stay here again when in Benidorm again. Wide range of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner for everyone. Staff again very friendly.

This is an honest review of the mediterraneo hotel benidorm.We stayed at this hotel for 19 nights over the Christmas and new year period.On arrival our checking was easy and straightforward.The hotel receptionist was helpful and professional.When we arrived at our room we were pleasantly surprised to find our room was spotlessly clean.Our beds were comfortable ,there was plenty of storage and the bathroom was of a good standard.The television had several english channels not just the usual news channels.Free wifi was also available.I could see by he layout of the room that everything had been intelligently and thoughtfully set out.The balcony was of a good size and had a pool view with mountains in the background so we were very happy.Our room was cleaned every day and our bedlinen and towels were changed regularly.The standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptionally good.We were staying half-board. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and the food was extremely good.Im quite a picky eater and had breakfast and evening meal there every day with no problems.The restaurant staff were all absolutely lovely and very hard working.In fact every member of staff I encountered from the ladies who cleaned the rooms to the reception and restaurant staff were wonderful we felt very well looked after at this hotel.The ambiance at this hotel was peaceful and relaxing.There was no loud music around the pool.The only I heard when I got up in the morning were the birds singing.Im not boring I love to go out and party when I'm in benidorm ,but I think your hotel should be peaceful and relaxing so you can recharge your batteries and this hotel suited us perfectly.We didn't sample the evening entertainment because we were out most nights also because if you purchased drinks at the hotel it was charged to your room and you pay the bill when you check out.We really don't like this system as we like to pay cash as we go so we can budget.I hope the hotel will consider offering this option in the futureas we'll definitely be back.Thankyou mediterraneo for a lovely stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mediterraneo. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Great location, beautiful views, and a real feeling of being looked after. Would happily stay again and highly recommend.

This was the third year myself and a couple of friends have spent the weekend here.

The hotel is lovely rooms are fine, the only suggestion I could make is that it would be nice if the bedrooms had a kettle in them

Room was spotless, breakfast and dinner buffet choice were very good
