Gran Hotel Bali in Benidorm

We were staying at this hotel only because of a dance festival and we were quite satisfied. We enjoyed a nice sea view, also the hotel viewpoint available only for 1€ pp for hotel guests, good location and also some unusual room equipment such as red light in the bathroom preventing from sleep disruptions when going there at night. The only annoying thing was having to wait for the elevators, sometimes for more than 15 minutes (mind this when checking out if you need to catch a bus or plane), as the hotel has 43 floors and you cannot just go downstairs 40 floors with luggage and stroller... Also, the food variety was not as good as we were used to in any other hotel on Spanish cost that we've visited so far, but the staff was very kind and willing to accommodate our needs (food intolerance for instance) so overall we were pretty satisfied for our 3-nights long stay, but would appreciate more options, mostly veggies on breakfast as well as better bread.

Wow. Just had an hour in the spa and then the most amazing massage from Anna. What a wonderfully relaxing experience. Very friendly attentive staff. Anna and Elena, very professional, made me feel very welcome and relaxed. My massage was definitely the best massage I have ever had. Even a bit of reflexology on the feet too which was a nice touch. Very impressed and would definitely recommend you pay them a visit when you’re here! Thank you ladies x

If I could leave you more than five stars I would! We stayed January 30th until 6th February and we're missing it already! The staff are lovely, a special shout out to the stunning Emilia Clarke lookalike on reception, talk about a sweet, helpful lady. Food and drink were lovely and we were thoroughly spoilt and cannot wait to come back! Rooms were more like apartments. So spacious and immaculately clean, my brothers and I were bowled over! Gorgeous place, loads to see and do. Thanks again for an epic holiday, we didn't want to go home!

The hotel is truly impressive with its height and views — from the upper floors you can enjoy breathtaking panoramas of Benidorm and the sea.
The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff were very friendly, check-in was quick, and they were always happy to help with any questions.
Today was my birthday and when i came to hotel after walk i realised nice complimentary from hotel it was very nice! 😊 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Impressive foyer & lovely reception staff. Great breakfast, English sausages, hash browns & even black pudding. Nice big room although a bit dated. Comfy bed

Great place to stay, I didn't max out the all inclusive, far from, but defos worth paying for it, 3 places to eat that I'm aware of, really nice place, friendly staff, not lots to do around the hotel, I think 2.5 miles to Benidorm centre, nice walk, is bus service as well, outside the hotel though.

The best hotel in benidorm
It is the second time i come at Bali Hotel. My little daughter loves Bianca from the animation team. A lovely place and a a great spirit from all the people there. The old boss giving presents every night to the kids is such good feeling. He is old an i hope i will find him again when i visit Gran Bali the next years.
