The hotel is close to beach and shops. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff amazing very polite and kind. Girls played at the park and games inside.hotel. The kids club was fantastic the ladies were sweet and welcoming and kind and helpful. Laure youre a darling the girls love it and thank you for the care of my.other.one who had a cold.
The breakfast was yummy and nice. Dinner was different and lovely too. Its ashame this year weather was not so hot to.use the pool. Overall hotel stay was great and girls had agood time and so much fun and a good christmas and present from papa Noel. Thank you and hopefully.see you again!

We actually stayed at the dynastic apartments but was using this hotel for the all inclusive options so can't comment on the rooms. The staff was great from start to finish and entertainers put the effort in. Food was brilliant for dinner and tea and snacks through the day but I like a full English for breakfast and the sausage and bacon wasn't great, there was plenty of choice though. Drinks are sound Amstel on tap with pint glasses. Plenty of top shelf and wine ect. We definitely got our moneys worth. Hotel it's self is nice and kept clean I would definitely book again.

Visited Benidorm with family for my husbands 70th birthday. Only negatives really are that there are no rails to get in and out of bath and food could have been hotter and no tea/coffee making facilities in room. Very friendly hardworking staff Good choice of foods for all meals. Great location with bars and shops all around. Fabulous bakery opposite with beautiful cakes Nice views from our balcony Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Alba was very helpful and very good at keeping us all entertained. The room was very nice and well maintained. The food on offer was good, some nights wasn’t all to everyone’s taste but otherwise all good. There wasn’t anything in terms of children’s entertainment so this wouldn’t be somewhere I’d recommend taking the kids. But overall, not a bad hotel at all

This hotel was great from start to finish, the room was lovely and clean and cleaned daily and beds made with fresh towels everyday. The food in the restaurant was good not amazing but good. The entertainment staff tried their hardest with what they was working with and we had some good laughs. The outdoor pool was crap and tiny for the size of the hotel that could be made bigger and better that would put it a 5* from me. The indoor spa on the other hand was amazing the all inclusive allowed you to go in once then you had to pay on the occasions after but worth the money.

This is the second time i have come to this hotel and each time its an amazing experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful. First coming into the hotel reception was smiling and polite, hotel is always clean and tidy. The food is a lovely buffet style, each night there is something different but some foods are there constantly, like chips, a form of pasta, salads etc. Recently i have been going to the bar in the restaurant and Pilar and marlene are very helpful and serve us with a smile, very polite. All the staff in the hotel have been kind, always made to feel welcome and not a bother at all. I am very happy with coming here and will continue to come here.

Hotel is poorly situated and is tired with the need of repairs especially in the toilets. Staff are very good and helpful THE HOTEL does not get the sun so your sat in shade after 1pm . The restaurant is ok and food is reasonable but the snack bar is possibly the worse one we have seen

We enjoyed it here even getting stuck in the lift for 40 min and got stuck in a loo . Food was good don't no why there bad comments. Good location. Candace on reception was brilliant . We will be back

Great location for lots of bars and restaurants and good selection of food at breakfasts and dinner.
It was a shame they didn’t offer tea and coffee in the room and we had to ask for a kettle. We got the kettle but were offered no cups. We noticed that using the dis and indoor pool incurred extra costs as did having tea/coffee service in our room.
The room was a great size and fab balcony on 15th floor with secure access to lifts and rooms using cards. Extra charge for room safe too was unexpected. Not much in way of entertainment and we didn’t use the bar or cafeteria as there were more interesting places around the resort nearby.
