Great hotel visit again! My wife and I went to the Avenida Hotel for a week and what a great stay it was. Our balcony room was clean, bright and airy and well cleaned every day. The food was lovely, mainly catering for the Spanish visitors but also plenty of choice for us brits and the desserts you could die for! The Staff are brilliant and nothing too much trouble. The beach is 90 seconds away with loads of eateries and bars. The front balcony rooms can get noisy until about 10 at night but great for people watching! We would come back anytime!

Great location, Staff friendly and easy to get on with very helpful, Food was very nice as expected although more choice than other hotel's in the area. Rooms were spotless and very modern. We were there for 1 week end of October so the snack bar and air con were not on this in no way made a difference to the great holiday we had. I must say my son and I had a great holiday enjoying all of the hotel's features the WIFI was probably the best I've ever had in a Spanish hotel. Thankyou I am fetching my wife next time so it will be better as im coming in July/August x

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location right in the centre of the old town. Rooms are always really clean and fresh. Wide variety of food and great staff. This visit was my 5th or maybe 6th and we took 6 friends with us who all loved it too. Yes, the lifts could do with updating, but they were there when the building was first built. I love this hotel and we will definitely be back again for Christmas. I stayed for my 60th and they couldn't have been more accommodating, helpful or friendly. Great place - it takes some beating. Thank you for making my birthday special.

We have been to this hotel before and enjoyed our visit, so we booked again. The food and service were generally good and the staff were lovely. However, the air conditioning in our room did not work. Our room was unbearably hot and stuffy. There was only one window, which opened onto a balcony which was accessible from a balcony alongside the corridor. We did not feel safe leaving it open. We spoke to reception who said the aircon was set to heating because of the time of year, even though temperatures were around 19/20 degrees. They refused to move us to another room, but gave us a fan. Which did nothing more than move already hot air around. As a result, we had several uncomfortable nights of very little sleep and went home feeling more exhausted than refreshed.

Arrived Saturday 14 February with Jet 2. Some sun! Reception were great, room 242 looking sideways to the beach from the balcony. We didn’t want to walk far for things to do and the hotel is perfect for that, lots of shops bars and entertainment minutes from the hotel. Room is fine, big enough for two. We stayed full board plus and the selection is varied, healthy to stodgy, all well prepared. Rooftop pool is fine for getting the sun, although there are no umbrellas for us folks feart from the sun. Bar is fine for winding up the night after being out The hotel staff are great, friendly, funny and helpful all the time. The lifts take a little time to get to you but you’re on holiday, what’s a few minutes?

Nice hotel in a busy pedestrian thoroughfare, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and a few minutes walk to the beach. Hotel rooms are pleasant and adequate but a bit tired. I missed having a kettle and tea making accessories in the room, you could buy coffee at te bar and you would get a small cardboard take away cup, buy or take a mug with you for this. We had a few rainy days, but the TV only had ITV2 in English, and it was programmes from 30/40 years ago. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss, the same repetitive piano player most nights,then another act about 10.30. I wasn't over impressed with the food at the buffet, repetitive and uninspiring. The staff in the hotel were lovely. The rooms were clean and adequate

Excellent for a stay in Old Town Benidorm. All shops and venues within easy walking distance.Minutes from seafront promanade and restaurants. Clean well kept hotel. One week stay as bed and breakfast. Breakfast was superb. Breakfast staff helpful , friendly and efficient. Rooms very clean and tidy. Regular clean towels from wonderful staff. Reception staff always very pleasant and helpful , their english is very good. Special mention for the bar staff, always great. Bar very well run. Would highly recomend for a stay in the old town area.

Staff 120%,,,could not fault the service. All were friendly, jovial eager to please, and polite. Our stay was in November and all inclusive...there was so much lovely prepared food, and the drink measures were unreal. The lady doing the daily entertainment (except Sunday) was so friendly and enthusiastic, and knew how to work the elder crowd that seemed to be staying at the hotel. This hotel is not really for the young...id say 45+ is realistic...most here were retired at our stay time. The beach was less than 5 minutes away, the promenade similar, and the old town with its shops and eateries was right at the door. Thoroughly recommend and will be back again for some winter sun. PS was 23° daytime and 15° nighttime in mid November, with a couple of light showers.

for me it was perfect tho not everyone's taste. staff were good entertainment a bit hit and miss. food good.room ideal.a bit strange tho you have to pay for bar in room even tho on all inclusive

From the time I went there It was absolutely spotless.The staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was quite nice too.My bed was a little hard but the Pillows was so soft.
I stayed there from 17th until 27th and would go there again because it was so clean.
The only thing I would like to see there is maybe is a Disco or Kareoke at least once a week, being English speaking it is hard to enjoy Spanish singers.

A lovely hotel made all the more special by the fantastic and hard working staff. Situated next to the old town and a couple of minutes walk from Levante beach it's a brilliant location.
Rooms were clean and bright, beds are comfortable, shower is lovely and powerful.
The buffet restaurant is brilliant, a large choice of dishes on offer. Food is fresh and tasty.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff, every single member of staff we met were super friendly and professional. The restaurant staff were very special, I watched them chat to everyone and make everyone feel special as well as working hard. I would certainly go back to this hotel. Thank you for making our holiday so comfortable and welcoming.

We just got back from a week staying here and it was an excellent, reasonably priced hotel. I would look to stay at an RH hotel on my next visit to Spain. My daughter turned 9 years old while we were there and she was so happy to find a happy birthday balloon in our room with a little message in a card. It made her holiday extra special and one of the waiters coming to sing her happy birthday in the restaurant was so wonderful for her. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and all of the facilities, particularly the swimming pool and the staff were excellent. The food was outstanding too.

The hotel has more than 10 floors, but only 3 very small lifts. Not ideal for a family with prams and suitcases.
Rooms are a good size but a little dated.
The staff were all polite and friendly.
Not too far from the beach and bars and restaurants.
The spa area was really good value for money.
