Hotel Brisa in Benidorm

Perfect hotel, staff could not be more friendly and helpful, our shower was leaking so we told reception and within 20 mins we came back and it was re-sealed and fixed.

What a fantastic hotel! The view from our room was stunning! Rooms are great if a little tired in places, cleaned everyday with fresh towels, all staff very pleasant and polite, acts we saw were good standard. Only had breakfast but restaurant was very clean and food was plentiful, well cooked and well presented!
Cant wait to come back here!

We had a wonderful stay!
The hotel staff are extremely friendly, kind, and always helpful. The food was delicious, and from time to time there was even live entertainment, which we really enjoyed.

We chose this place mainly because of the pool and the proximity to the sea – and we definitely did not regret it! ☺️

One small suggestion: the pool closes after 8 PM, while in many other hotels it is possible to use it later in the evening. We believe more guests would also visit the bar if children could enjoy a swim after dark, especially since parents wouldn’t take them into the sea at that time.

Overall, a lovely experience and we would happily return!

Excellent location and fantastic staff. My only complaint would be that the hot items are breakfast were usually cold/warm. Peter on reception was very helpful with suggestions on Spanish bars/restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is lovely right on the beach with lively views . Rooms where clean and bright pool area was spotless thou not massive. Breakfast was average. Location of hotel was a bit too far away for us right down near the Burger King and McDonald’s

The hotel was in a beautiful location, with balconies, and beautifully decorated common areas.

Good points:
- blankets are provided in winter along with bedding
- staff are extremely helpful and friendly (special mentions: Peter, Flaviân, and Bianca on reception // David in the resturant/bar area
- the common areas are well decorated and clean
- the layout of the food is nice, and the chefs are constantly replacing anything that’s running out
- they offer table service in the cafè/bar area
- the rooms come with a TV, safe and a fridge
- the shower pressure is extremely powerful
- the view in the balcony is beautiful

Suggestions/Improvements
- an ice machine in each level for the rooms - otherwise you have to keep going to the bar whenever you’d like ice (they’re happy to give it but it would be easier with a machine)
- corridors could be decorated nicer with some plants & pictures - they seem a little dark and dingy, but they could be made really nice
- lights in the bar, and rooms are a little too bright - they should be dimmable with bedside lamps so you don’t have to have the main overhead lights on all the time as they’re very bright
- the chairs on the balcony are a little uncomfortable, but the chairs round the pool are very comfy, a chair like this on the balcony would be so much comfier
- some of the wallpaper in the room we were in was peeling a little, it would be a super quick fix and makes the hotel just look a lot better, but it isn’t the end of the world
- the food options each night were mainly meat just providing salad and fries, to vegetarians, I think that they should offer a main vegetarian meal each night too - for example mac & cheese, pasta with vegetables, or cheese pizza - this way the food would accommodate all.
- also, the food was badly labelled, for someone with allergies it could be a nightmare, the menus each night didn’t always correspond with the food served, and barely any food was labelled, I think it is imperative that good, clear labels for each food item is there each night

Overall the stay was lovely, hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and very helpful, which made the stay very enjoyable. There are just a couple of suggestions, which are easy fixes. Would definely return.

Brilliant choice of hotel for our four night stay. Excellent views from the pool area, bar terrace and out room. Great location. Rooms were very good. Staff were very good. Only issue was a pretty poor breakfast but food is of course very subjective. Would 100% stay here again if the price was right

Great value for money. Rooms were clean beds were comfy. Great seafront balcony.
Perfect for people watching. Powerful shower excellent pressure.
