A Great little hotel. I booked at last minute and normally stay in an apartment in Benidorm. I was not disappointed. Lovely room, clean and perfectly positioned 5th floor overlooking pool so got the sun most of the day. Food was great some of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Didn’t do the entertainment so can’t comment. Staff were welcoming, polite helpful. If your a reader which I am great library store to change your book. Centrally situated just a short walk from the strip and the beachfront. Highly recommended.

Just back from a week stay Not been for a few years but was great to be back All the staff work there socks off above and beyond what they should do and the new manager and Lisa what a great addition to the already wonderfully staff Food was brilliant really good selection lunch is by far the best has it caterers more for the Spainish then us british Rooms always spotless great location Can't wait to return in October

Honestly can't say enough good things about this hotel everything is bang on from the cleaning staff right up to the management fantastic every single one of them stayed in 16 hotels in benidorm by far the best by far . Only a 3 🌟 yes but punching far above her weight. ROOMS . SPOTLESS FOOD .GREAT BEER.COLD SUNBEDS .PLENTY SWIMMING POOL. JUST RIGHT RECEPTION. KIND HAPPY &HELPFUL you will not go wrong staying at this wonderful hotel All I can say is thank you once again and we'll see you soon

Great hotel lovely staff was in room 203 pool view, food was fantastic waiting staff were very attentive Only downside was walls were paper thin could hear conversations in next room Would definitely stay there again

Clean, Tidy and well presented Hotel. We had room service each day, clean towels each day. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast choice was really good with lots of hot and cold options. Location 5 minutes if that walk to beach. Also close to nightlife areas. Only grumble would be rooms not great soundproof wise, from outside and room next door

i cant fault the hotel, for what we need one of the best i have stayed in in Benidorm. that includes the don pancho to the lido so all stars over 15 years.

room was comfy and clean, shower was the best. breakfast was as good as eating out in the town although some things could be cold but we have that problem too. staff great ceasar was a nice guy in the bar. housekeeper was fantastic, room spotless .all in all nice job..

We went for a Lovely weekend. Hotel is nice and clean food is good. The staff are wonderful. I chose this hotel cause it said no stag and hem parties. I know what Benidorm is like. Having been before, but the hotel needs soundproofing as he can hear everything I could hear my mother in the next room talking to my daughter and she is quietly spoken. There was a group of lads who were loud and everyone on the hotel was moaning about them. It’s such a shame as the staff and hotel are in a good position but would I stop here again … no just because of the lack of sleep

Just back after a lovely 8 nights spent at the Rialto. I stayed half board and it was definitely a good choice as the food was excellent with a wide range of options to suit most tastes. The room was a small single but it was adequate for one person and had a balcony and English options on the TV plus a decent fast WiFi signal. It was sometimes a little noisy with guests arriving back from a night out and a big downside was the fact that the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything!! The staff are all very helpful and put up with my feeble efforts to at least converse in pigeon Spanish. Overall, a really nice stay and hotel.
