Location: 55 km from Barcelona airport, 40 km from Reus airport, 300 m from the tourist center of the city Komarova, 5 km from the town of Calafell, 200 meters from the beach.
Consists of one 7-storey building.

Hotel was better than I expected!
Despite so many bad reviews we choose this hotel for it's affordability, location and a new adventure in smaller place outside of crazy Barcelona!
Room was clean, with nice view on the Sea. Occasionally it was a bit smelly in toilets but that's happening everywhere..
People who are working in hotel are very polite and helpful, despite the fact that they are having quite stressful daily situation with asocial guests around!
Beach is only few minutes away from the Hotel ( by walking).
Food was good and fresh. There's always something to find for everyone.
Restaurants offers very wide options of possible menu with very strong chairs and tables since there's so many overweight people who are enjoying daily in their meals so long dinner is served 👍
Hotel combines different people of guests with lots of people from Spain itself which is very nice to see. So, if there's chance to come in the same direction I would be staying again in this Hotel 🌴👍

My partner is disabled we have a wheelchair i wouldn't say this hotel is disabled friendly the lifts where a bit of a struggle with the chair as the doors in front of the lift door was hard to get in the lift with them, it made it a struggle. the the location is superb we loved san salvador it's a sleepy friendly place to be we would definitely go back perhaps not the hotel not that we didn't like it just had a few niggles like having to pay for water in evening and afternoon meals we where half board we ended up sneaking our drink into the dining room the pool was lovely but it definitely needs a lifeguard as was very chaotic at times and at 1 point my partner was kicked by a swimming child in the face it left her stunned and nervous in the pool it definitely needs someone policing it not just a few rules written on a sighn that guests ignore . entertainment at night we made our own as was very poor at the hotel . It's a shame we felt the hotel was lovely ,and the staff were as helpful as could be but it just seemed lacking they seemed set in a routine every day and where very focused on that we had a lovely time though we made the most of it and enjoyed everything we could

Lovely hotel, spacious room with a nice balcony. Food was really good and well priced. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet 5* - loads of choice and a good variety of food. The staff were lovely, so friendly and welcoming even though I speak pretty much no Spanish they did their best to help. Brilliant location, literally 4 minutes walk to the beach, supermarket just down the road - perfect holiday I didn't want to leave and I will definitely return. Thank you Ibersol Playa Dorada

Really enjoyed our stay here. Was slightly disappointed with what was included in the “all inclusive”. They only provided minimal drink options, and water bottles were not included. Food was fine, but did get old quickly. Staff were all very friendly and the entertainment at night was a great time. Definitely more elderly population but my friends and i had a great time

Awful service by Mourad on reception. he decided to do check in again in the middle of the night (01:20)!!! With no respect to the fact that we had to bring our tired child to the room.
The hotel itself is totally outdated with strong smell of sewers in the lobby. It's price may be low, but still higher than the quality and service that you get.
No fridge in the room. So no way to keep food for child fresh (

Great value for what you get! The buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were amazing. Very kid friendly with a kids pool and playground.
The only thing is, Wi-Fi was a little spotty at time and the location is a little far from Barcelona. Other than that, everything was great. It was very close to the beach as well!

Had a wonderful stay. Staff and everything are brilliant. Rooms are lovely and clean and the domestic staff take good care to ensure that they are well kept. The food was great while we were there.
The beach is a 10min walk from the hotel. We. Were very well. Looked after and would go again!!!
Our kids were kept entertained at all times!!! The kids club and mini disco were an absolute God send!!!

Expensive for what it is

If you expect a 3 star hotel you won't be disappointed. Excellent for the money and wonderful staff. Evening entertainment seemed none existent but not a problem for us. There was no room safe. The breakfast coffee from the machine is truly awful (and usually I'll drink anything) and the dishwasher did a poor job of washing the plates. Mainly French, Spanish and Russian tourists, all perfectly polite. As the only Brits in the building we got a surprisingly warm welcome, being excitedly whooped by staff on occasion. Didn't have the heart to say that they didn't have to convince us how nice they are in Spain, we voted remain. Not sure this hotel would be up to typical British all inclusive standards but you can't fault it for the money. Very much a hotel for families with young children, with a shiny new splash park, holiday club and a ridiculously shallow swimming pool. 5 minute walk to the beach, kiddy disco, no late night nouse and in the middle of a quite residential area.

Beds are not comfortable, rooms are dirty, there are kids screaming at all hours, maid has taken things from the nightstand, you have to give a deposit of €20 to use a remote, air conditioning requires a remote (yet again another deposit to get), stains on mattresses, sheets, and bed covers, no fridge in room, would not stay here again.
Close to beach, buffet has a large selection, balcony does have sea view.
Overall, save your money and don’t stay here, it really is not worth it, especially when the maid decides to take things that are not hers, but wait “the hotel does not take responsibility for obects not deposited in its custody” no that is not a typo for ‘objects’ that is what their sheet says.
