The staff was good. They were friendly and open-minded. They did a good job. There were never language barriers (I speak a little spanish). They also understand partly english. Receptionist normally can speak in german and/or french and english. Room - clean - unfortunately, the safe costs a heavily 39 € for 7 days (+ 10 € deposit) (in Turkey, you have only to pay a deposit). - Wifi connection is available, and the speed is good - bath and shower were both clean, and in my room, no mood was visible - room maid made a great job and was friendly (clean and tidy) - some stains on a cushion and on curtain - wall painting has to be redone (next to the bathroom) - not hotel's fault Restaurant - only a few meat choices but it was ok to good (quality and preparation) - cakes tasted all quite similar - ice cream pots were available - well organized staff - quick refill (at the morning, orange juice concentrate was empty, at lunch the refill was done) - selection was quite routine (normal for 4 stars) - kids buffet is separated Overall: a fair offer, nothing bad and nothing great Terass - no Wifi available - normal number of tables and seat - cleaning was good Bar - No free Mojito or Pina Collada - Tinto Verano was not on the card - No detailed non-alcoholic cocktail list - Preparation was quite - Waiting time was good - Staff was friendly and chatty Animation - a normal schedule for 4 stars Spanish hotel - few choices - nothing special - friendly staff - Night animation was quite average, nothing spectacular, quite boring Reception - Men's toilet room is too small (only one urinoir and one closet) IMPROVEMENT - Better wifi coverage in external area (animation bar) - Free safe box with only reimbursable deposit - Level improvement compared to similar hotels in Bulgaria and Turkey (wider choice on alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails) - Evening animation - Water ices (sorbet, ...)

Lovely rooms. The whole hotel was very clean. The hotel grounds were very well maintained. Reception very slow. Food in restaurant and beach bar left a lot to be improved on. The drinks as part of "all inclusive" were cheap and not cheerful. Spent a lot of money between bingo, kids machines, trampoline etc. Animation team were good but our 9 year old came crying from kids club one day because they wouldn't give him a medal he won. Great selection of pools and slides. Really something for everyone. Guests who had too much alcohol fighting at the pool one day. The language and threatening behaviour was outrageous. Lone lifeguard blowing his whistle for help. Only when another guest ran to the bar to call for help did someone come. Very slow response and we were expected to just get on with the rest of our day. We won't be in a hurry back

Overall a nice clean and tidy hotel, the pool slides and chairs were watered down every night. The rooms could have been cleaned everyday even though we opted out and got a good tidy clean all belonging still in place but neat & tidy. Rooms were clean and tidy bathroom had a slight bit of mould.

Very well looked after garden/grass/plants.

Rooms can be 5/10 min walk away from restaurants depending where you are.

The kids and adults all loved the slides. Great for all kids and ages. Lovely pools.

They play music from speakers near the baby pool & big pool very loud all day long.

There is a kids. Club cannot comment as we did not use but looked good.

Night entertainment okay seen a lot a lot better. Games room has pool table and other paid games/toy
