Aparthotel Iris in Malgrat de Mar

These apartments are by far the best self catering I have stayed in. Came to Malgrat de Mar last year and stayed in a hotel on the front which we did not enjoy. The Iris is perfectly located at the start of old town with a spar right next door, the beach a couple of yards away. Apartments are modern, clean, roomy and very comfortable with great WiFi provided as well as air-conditioning, a safe is provided for a small payment It's a one bed apartment with a pull out sofa in the living area but as there were only 2 of us we didn't need it. The beds were really comfortable, bedding and towels really clean and extra provided in wardrobe which was a full proper wardrobe The only thing missing was a full length mirror and the balcony fell a little unsafe, tho my partner assured me the slope was nothing to worry about. Definitely well worth money which wasn't a lot and definitely well worth a stay - the people who own it and run it are so so lovely, you will not regret a stay here, will definitely return

This apt has everything needed and an amazing view of the beach and sea.

I had a great experience overall, with easy access to the train, groceries-with amazing choices- and an excellent cultural enrichment.

Close to the beach. Rooms are quite basic but ok. Crowded boulevard in front of the building. For those without big expectations related to accommodation, this can be ok.

Spacious, beautifully remodeled apartment with balcony view of Mediterranean. 5 min walk to commuter train and beach. Wonderful manager. An excellent location to use as base to explore the Costa Bravo, north of Barcelona.
