The view and location are excellent. Close to the Europe Balcony which allow us to the see sunrise in the morning. But as in pedestrian area, parking is a little bit pain. The google navigation not helping, it took us more than 30 min driving around and end up in a public parking which cost 23 euro for 12 hours. Then carry over all the luggages for another 5 min walk which u expect luggage would send to the room for a 4 star hotel. If u drive there and no Spanish, make sure check the parking with hotel before hand.

Prime location but at certain times almost impossible to get served. We waited a good 20 minutes outside and watched many people get up and leave before we eventually got served. We were told there was only one bar man on duty. Poor show and such a shame.

Excellent location,within easy reach of the town
Good choice at breakfast with superb views if you can get a table by the window.
I was a little disappointed that you could not get extra tea/coffee for the room other than when the maids cleaned your room

The location is excellent. Our room overlooked the sea, which was lovely. Food and drinks are good. The beach is described as private, but it isn't. We watched people walking from other areas, taking sunbeds and parasols from the storage area. I was even asked by someone if he could have my parasol as none were left. He didn't even stay at the hotel. They are free to hotel guests, but it looks like others have discovered this and are taking liberties. The bar is operated by a call bell system from the tables. Be warned some of these devices don't work, and if you try and catch a waiters attention you maybe subjected to the same embarrassment as being shouted at that "i can see" and hand gestures which were quite rude. As my husband remarked, if he can see why have we been sitting here so long... and I mean long!

This hotel is in the most quaint quarter of Nerja, over looking the stunning coastal area.
The hotel is Spotless with the most wonderful staff ,in every area of the hotel.
The choice of breakfast is excellent, freshly made crepes/ Omelettes to order.
Small but refreshing pool and hot tub,overlooking a small beach with guest sun beds .

Not a bad hotel. They should consider putting a tea kettle in the rooms so guests can fix a tea or coffee in the room and not be obliged to go to the in-house cafe that doesn't open until 9 am.

Came for some nibbles and wine and it didn't disappoint! Service a little slow but pleasant. Great menu and food is lovely

Best Hotel in Nerja. Staff are very professional and helpful. Hopefully we will be going back in 2022.

I was at the cafeteria of the hotel. There I attended very nicely. The workers where so polite and talkative.

Great value 3 course menu with very good food; excellent, friendly service and a beautiful setting on the terrace with mature planting.

If you're looking for white table cloths and discreet service this is the place. With a slightly up market menu this is not for a quick bite, but you'll enjoy the wine and the dedicated service throughout. Beautiful terrace at the back.

Then, normal á la carte.
Also, saw pizza being served.
Food was good. Can't rate properly as stupidly ordered from daily 3 course menu and portion sizes were small (prob more suited to small adult or child.)
