Room was good but there is only one extension to charge phone only one like how I had to charge another phone in bathroom and the breakfast was just ok but good

The hotel is showing its age; unfortunately, the tiles in our room were badly damaged. The toilet was cracked all over, making it difficult to sit down. Otherwise, everything was dated. The cleaning staff did a great job and cleaned everything to our satisfaction. The hotel's food was substandard; all the food was cold to lukewarm, and the taste was unfortunately not that great. Dishes and cutlery were often left dirty on the shelves. Parking and Wi-Fi were not available as advertised. 🤷♂️☹️

It's definitely a good holiday place for families with children, the staff is nice and friendly only thing is if you pay for a full board, you will also have to buy water during meals and that annoyed me a bit because I had already spent so much.. for the rest it was nice to go there, also very close to the beach 🏖️ very quiet and calm place if you want some peaceful place.
The buffet is also good with plenty of food to choose from, I definitely recommend it 😄

Excellent food, varied and plentiful. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Great facilities. They leave you a free shower and towel on the day you leave. Highly recommended

Rooms and hotel looks old. But everything works.

We wouldn't rate this as a four star hotel, three at best. Reception area was clean and tidy. There is a large bar area, although the table service was poor. Rooms were clean and tidy and of a reasonable size. There is no kettle. The room had one spare electrical socket. The pool is small. The dining room was large. What really let the hotel down was the food. It was at best lukewarm. A lot of seafood. a couple in our group had the seafood paella and had severe vomiting and diarrea. We will not return

It is mainly a Spanish tourist place to stay. But you also get French and German. The reception can usually deal with English. The Restaurant usual has an English speaker. For an English tourist you get a better understanding of Catalan, Spanish holiday Hotel. Not a young persons place. But you do get couples with children.

A vacacional hotel with very entertaining offer, great pool. Staff and hotel a little old-fashioned and close minded but polite. Chaotic breakfast. I believe that of the area is one of the best but with a lot of things to improve. The area and the village is fantastic and just 2 min walk to the beach.

We stayed here in July with my wife, daughter and nephew. We had read mixed reviews of the hotel but we took a chance.
The hotel is quite big and we were on the 4th floor. The lifts were always quite busy so we got some exercise by walking up the stairs!
The lobby area is big and spacious with a bar/social area on the left hand side as you walk in. At the end of the lobby you have the lifts and the games room. Access to the pool is from the first floor.
The room was big and comfortable and we had a fridge which was handy for storing water and soft drinks.
Beds were big and comfortable as was the bathroom. The overall state of the room was very good.
There were queues for the lunch and dinner but we found going 45 mins before they closed was the best option (the dinning times were more "Spanish" meaning we could eat later)
The food was fine and quite varied. Obviously if you stay for two weeks there will be repetition of dishes. However, we found there was always something to eat and in general the quality was good. There was a good choice for the kids.
Salads were always fresh.
Pool was a fair size, we always got sun loungers, and the slide was a great hit with the kids.
Speaking of kids this is not a place for a romantic get away! There were plenty of kids around!

It feels more like a 3 stars and not a 4 one. The premises are quiet old and we didn't like the breakfast at all. The orange juice tastes like chemicals and the omelette is very oily.

I haven't enjoyed food like this in a long time. These are actually typical local dishes: rice, seafood, and fish. But the ingredients are top-quality, the very best. If you ever want to entertain someone or yourself, success is guaranteed. And the service is on par with the food.
