Parasol Garden in Torremolinos

Extremely disappointed that we booked this hotel, I seen a lot of bad reviews but was hoping that was just people being really picky, unfortunately this was not the case. An absolute sham of a hotel, no idea how this has got a 4 star rating, a 2+ or a 3 at the absolute most and that’s being generous. Pool area is absolutely filthy, with lounger mattresses that look like they have never been cleaned covered in goodness knows what. Food is poor quality and extremely repetitive, desserts taste like total chemicals. Beds are made daily, but rooms are not cleaned daily. Which is unacceptable for an apparent ‘4 star’, we were also not given clean towels daily, but with our old towels removed. Also 2 single beds pushed together to make a double is a joke in again, an apparent ‘4 star’ Common areas messy and neglected. As if they don’t care now that the summer is almost over. Entertainment staff were so lovely, but unfortunately this doesn’t alter my review as the hotel itself is a total disgrace. Don’t waste your money, I wish I booked to go elsewhere, I will absolutely not be returning

Don’t waste your money coming here How the hotel gets 4 stars is beyond me it’s 2 stars at best The sun loungers are on grass and you need to collect a filthy cushion from a cellar to put on the lounger Food is terrible and I will eat anything If you visit the communal toilet by the pool bar be prepared to see open drains over the wall Don’t get room E 1 to E4 or you need to get the lift to second floor and walk down 2 flights of stairs and to access the patio doors you need a key to open a wrought iron gate to exit and enter to avoid the stairs DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING HERE
