Holiday Premium Resort in Benalmadena

Just come back from a 10 day stay at Costa del Sol holiday village with my son, husband and grandparents. The experience and memories we made from start to finish were incredible! The entertainers go above and beyond every day and night to make sure everyone is happy and having the best time. They are so friendly and welcoming! Massive shout out to Callum, Beth, Sam, Chloe, Joao & Dennis! The productions and shows they put on are an unforgettable experience. The singing & choreography, time and effort that goes into them you can see how much they love it. They always made time out of their day to talk to us and on our last night they made sure to do a birthday shout out for my son and he got a little gift and certificate of them! My son can’t walk currently due to a disability so couldn't be involved as other kids his age but the entertainers always were sure to include him. They always waved at him and paid him attention and he loves giving them all hi fives! This holiday is definitely one we will never forget. We were so sad to leave and can’t wait to return we will defo be back! Another shout out to Natalie & Emma in kids club they were great with my son let us have pictures and gave him hi fives. He was super excited when he got his widget teddies from the widget party and his face lit up. He can’t stop cuddling his teddy!

I do not often write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after seeing several negative comments prior to my recent stay. I am pleased to say that my experience was positive. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout. Our room was immaculate, very spacious, and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. We also had a large balcony that caught the sun, which was a lovely addition and well‑used during our stay. The food offered a good variety and was consistently served hot. It was very much what you would expect from an all‑inclusive hotel, with plenty of choice available at each meal. The alcoholic drinks were all branded, and there were no restrictions on what you could order, which was a pleasant surprise. There are only a few minor points for improvement. As this is such a large complex with sister hotels within walking distance a map or information booklet on arrival would have been an advantage. The room would benefit from having a kettle, especially as cups and teaspoons were provided. The sunbeds would be more comfortable if they had adjustable backrests to allow guests to sit up. And due to being out of season alternative restaurants other than the buffet were closed and it would have been nice to be aware of this in advance. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and felt the hotel offered very good value for money.

Lovely place grade 4 small children’s half an hour from airport very secure. We were staying for one week for Easter thank you so much. We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff kids club good choice of food we really love hotel decoration enjoyed every moment. Definitely recommend this place especially with small children’s

This is a huge hotel with separate section over the road (beach club) transport provided up and down steep hill ,every 15mins ,take in mind if bus is full will have to wait for next one . Nice clean spacious rooms, not enough info on what was going on , big balconies, food in main buffet area was lovely loads of choice, drinks good, cocktails were a bit hit and miss ,pool and pool area could do with a bit of update, nice big clean pool but surrounding area pavement bit rough sunloungers do not adjust, snacks bar at pool was not great, cold burgers and hotdogs etc.. Beach club is lovely really big with 3 different pool areas, and lazy river (extra cost) No bars and restaurants around hotel but only 10 euros to get to marina/torremolinos front with all bars and restaurants, Definitely a family hotel, we were a group of 4 adults and there was alot of kids . Overall good hotel, just needs a few adjustments, Pool loungers Snack bar More info on where and what's going on as it's a maze of a hotel

We chose this hotel because we’ve been to other Holiday Village in Turkey and Egypt and we’ve enjoyed both hotel , mainly because my 8 y.o. son loves the football academy . It’s your usual AI so can’t complain really , we got a good bargain so for the money we paid, it’s what you get really. Location - it’s on the outskirts so no nearby shops or restaurants , if you’re the type who likes to visit outside the resort Room- upgrading to a junior suite with a sea view is well recommended , big and spacious but the bed is quite hard . Also no coffee or water provided in the room which is unusual for an AI. Our TV didn’t work on the first day but it was sorted straight away . Food- it was mostly cold , not sure if kitchen is understaffed, as it’s still a quiet season Staff - they all worked hard , room cleaners , bar staff , entertainment team , reception and restaurant staff . Can’t fault them. My son met a few friends and enjoyed his stay. Happy son means relaxed parents!
