Granada, C. Navas, 5, Centro (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location is really great and the room heats up well. The bed was comfortable, which I appreciated. The only thing that really bothered me was the shower head—it was moldy, and I’m quite picky about little hygiene details like that.
Breakfast was okay for me, I didn’t have high expectations, and it filled me up. The only downside was the coffee, which was unfortunately quite bad.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent stay! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The breakfast was nice as well, but what really stood out was the staff: incredibly helpful, polite, and genuinely welcoming.
We lost our power adapters, and they immediately offered us a couple to use. When we weren’t entirely sure about the room we had booked, they kindly showed us another option without hesitation...
I booked this hotel for a one-night stay to see the Alhambra, and the location is great. Despite being a three-star hotel, it's incredibly clean. I highly recommend it.
Hotel was at center of Granada and all the attractions are accessible within 30 minutes walk. Staff was really helpful and guided us briefly.
Location was great and room looks like the photo. The main issue of this hotel is the breakfast. I paid extra to get breakfast but they only start the breakfast from 8am so I couldn't get them in both days. Alhambra opens at 8.30am so there are tourists need to leave hotel earlier. I have travelled a lot but haven't seen any hotels offering breakfast only after 8am. This was a big waste of money.
Very happy about our stay. #1 the location was spot on! It was a quick and easy walk to centro but was not loud at all from the street noise. AC in the room was cranking so that was very nice to be able to comfortably sleep! Staff was super friendly and for the price the rooms were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is right next to Granada Cathedral, just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly. Since we arrived around 10 AM, we were told there were no clean rooms available and we wouldn't be able to check in until 2 PM. Fortunately, they could leave our luggage in one room and lock it, which was very reliable. The room wasn't large,...
Great location near an open plaza and markets to explore the city. Friendly, helpful staff.
The location is excellent; the shopping street is right outside.
The hotel was atmospheric and friendly but the room we were in needed updating
Great hotel and location. Parking lot is a bit far from hotel
Nice room with comfy bed and good shower and towels. TV had very poor reception so couldn’t really use it.
Mostly quiet at night but at times there was quite a lot of noise from other room and corridors.
Most staff were lovely. The young lady at reception was very helpful, and the chambermaid, the bar and restaurant staff.
The hotel was a bit disappointing as we were expecting a historic place...

We stayed for 3 nights. It is very ideal for a 3-7 day stay.
But i do have some feedbacks;
Maybe a bit more olive oil packs (full of 2-3 ml by the way)Because for the third morning we could not make a omelette.
It was very clean when we arrived there. It smelt really clean so we even did take our shoes off in the sitting area.
On the last evening there was a electricity shortage for couple of hours.We...
Wow these apartments are fantastic. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and fully equipped with everything you need. Fantastic location and access at additional cost to secure underground private parking. The lady on reception was super helpful and friendly and can highly recommend, we only stayed one night but it was so nice have the extra space as opposed to a hotel room. Don’t hesitate...
Everything was perfect: extremely clean and fully equipped. Christian, the receptionist, was extremely kind and helpful: he promptly answered our questions with patience and kindness and always accommodated our needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in Granada, especially for its excellent location in the city center: you can get around on foot and even take a taxi or bus, as the stops...
this hotel/apart is a real *havre de paix* , where we fully enjoyed the tranquility. the apart stylish and spacious, very well equipped. Already the patio invites to stay here. The personal helpfull . We love granada its history, tradition, and beautiful buildings. Unfortunately 5 h drive from gandia, but worth the trip.
beautiful building in the city center, beautiful apartment, huge, fresh and equipped with every comfort, reception lady kind, helpful and speaks English, agreement with a characteristic flamengo quarry with a small tour of the neighborhood included, parking very close. To return
I liked it all ! Excellent location, it is in the best place, close to everything, in the center of everything. The GPS leaves you perfect, don't pay attention to what they tell you to get there. The apartment is SPECTACULAR, comfortable, super equipped, truly top-notch. Everything top quality. Everything impeccable, very clean, coffee, wine, water all included. Don't hesitate to book. Granada, C. Recogidas, 16, Centro (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Very centrally located, the beds are very comfortable and the facilities are good, as expected for the hotel's category. In my room, there was no street noise, even though it was right in the city center, but you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms.
Excellent value for money, I would stay again.
The location is good, but the facilities and cleanliness are very poor. It's okay if you're just using it as a place to sleep after being outside all day.
The hotel has a great location in the city center, about a ten-minute walk from the cathedral and royal chapel. It's very clean every day and quiet at night. There's a common area on the first floor with a kettle and microwave. There's a coffee shop on the sixth floor offering à la carte breakfast, but I didn't try it.
This was OK but not great. Room (108) was very dark and we found it quite noisy. We were disappointed not to have the facility to make a hot drink in our room.
However, it was OK for a couple of nights.
A modern hotel center of historic district

Easy access with bus, subway.
Parking space little bit far but safe.
Kind staff.
Really tidy and cozy place to stay in. Friendly staff, but really average breakfast (I would skip that 🙃)
The hotel is the same as I remember, it's why I chose it for my trip. The restaurant is top, super worth the experience. The water is inclined, the tapas are awesome. I forgot to tell my entrecote to be well done, it was a bit raw for me unlike previous visits. Overall a good experience and staff, the receptionist was super friendly, helped me with taxi service. Rooms are comfortable and beds are perfect...
The room was clean, and even during my two-day stay, they even came to clean it midway through. The location is excellent, right in front of Granada's Mendez Núñez Station and next to a supermarket. The staff were very helpful!
The room was a little small, but the facilities were unique and interesting!

The location is great, with many restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and the rooms are good value for money.
Fantastic location. On a famous lane full of nice restaurants. Very convenient to going around to all the interesting view points. Very friendly staff. One bus from airport and one tram to train station. Highly recommended!
It offers good value for money, has a great location, and is surrounded by restaurants downstairs.
The location is excellent, nestled in an alley next to the City Hall. The most famous shopping street is right outside, and there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel. We picked this hotel for it's proximity to the Alhambra complex and truly we needed less than 5 minutes to walk to Generalife (the main ticket pavilion). At 8:30am we had the Jardin all to ourselves. How romantic is that 😊.
Also, our room had a great view of the Alhambra which was lovely at night.
Kudos to the super helpful night manager and staff who gave us touristy advice despite our ungodly checkin...
old Amenities but good location
Few metres away to entry of Al hambra.
Staff really helpful and informative on navigating us within Granada
Very lack of power point. Have to charge from toilet and behind tv cabinet.
Away from central. Parking at alhambra with additional charge.
No tissue inside room. Only toilet tissue.
Only suits to those intend to go to alhambra.
* Very friendly & helpful hotel staff
* Hotel room was spacious & clean
* Very good breakfast
* Perfect location in front of the Alhambra, bus stop to the city center at 100m (1.6€ on way, every 10min)
The hotel is right across from the Alhambra, and the window looked over a small part of the grounds. This added a restful aspect to the room.
However, as a result of its location, hotel wasn't that close to other sites, so we had to take taxis or buses to them.
It is near the Alhambra. So it is convenient for getting to the Alhambra’s front gate, but not very convenient otherwise. Depending on the time of day, it might be hard to get something to eat in that area. It was easy enough to get a taxi or a bus to take you into town and back, though. The room had a great big bed, AC worked well. The toilet took getting used to. We wanted the room for the convenience...

The rooms are very clean, only the breakfast wasn't very varied and there was no open buffet option.
The location was close to places we want to visit.
Everything was great, the room was well-equipped and clean. Quiet at night, and the staff were friendly. Great location if you're coming by car, right next to the highway and the city.
The location is good. There is a large shopping mall next to it. Because it is an old hotel, the facilities are a bit old, but overall it is good
The price was very good and the bathtub was clean. It took about 30-40 minutes to transfer from Granada Station using a public pass.
The most outstanding thing about the hotel is its affordable price. All services are basically in line with three-star standards. There is basically no road noise in south-facing rooms. There are many free parking spaces outside the gate. Since there are too many restricted areas for vehicles in the city, it is best to take a taxi to the old city. District tour

The location of this hotel is absolutely excellent. It is incredibly central, and you couldn't ask for a better spot to explore the city. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.
The structure itself is very old and poorly maintained. The entire place feels dilapidated and neglected, with many things either broken or in a state of decay. Our room was in bad shape and clearly lacked proper care...
We would recommend this hotel to anyone! The location of the hotel (in the middle of the Old Town, surrounded by cafés, restaurants and stores) is fantastic. Another pleasant aspecht was that we were able to store our luggage at the hotel after check-out. Not to forget, the staff was...
Perfectly situated in the city center, this hotel offers a lot of value for the money. The building is somewhat old (and the elevator is really slow) but it's very well maintained, the room was immaculate, and the bed was comfortable. The only negatives were a slightly off-putting smell in the common area and distance from the affiliated parking garage. I will definitely stay here again.
This is a beautiful old hotel in the centre of Granada. The entrance and public areas are decorated with the traditional colourful tiles of the region. My room was a small single in the interior of the building. It was basic but very cosy. The bathroom was large and even had a bath. The area is perfect with lots of restaurants and bars and it is just across the road from the cathedral and an easy bus...
The bathtub had grime stuck to it and wasn't properly cleaned. The room on the first floor was dim even during the day, with very little natural light. The only good thing about this place was its location.

Nice hotel but there is no bell boy to carry the bags and no room service
Solid room. The style was a little funky but it was nice and in a great location. Service was a bit inconsistent. Some staff bent over backwards, in other instances we had to ask several times for things (eg to have ac fixed) or they couldn’t answer basic questions and didn’t take initiative to get answers. That said, I’d stay there again and these are things that are easy enough to fix.

My second stay in this charming family-owned hotel, and I would gladly return for a 3rd. The staff- both Lolas, Rafael, and Ingo are amazing. A yummy breakfast is included, and the location is perfect- a few steps from the square overlooking the Alhambra. Delicious restaurants are nearby, also with views of the Alhambra. The hotel booked our flamingo show and our Alhambra tour.
The room was lovely, with a little sitting area and the hosts were incredibly kind. It’s a family owned and run place and they are delightful. One of us was sick during the stay, which is never fun, and the hosts were willing to go out of their way to help. If you are coming by car pay close attention to the arrival directions. Driving a car in the Albaicín is no joke!
It was a great and unforgettable experience. All the staff members were so nice, helpful and friendly. I really felt as in a family house. Everything was clean and breakfast was always delicious. Location is excellent, safe, near transportation, minimarkets and restaurants. Just a few blocks from Mirador de San Nicolas, with amazing views to Alhambra.
Nestled high in the historic Albaicín district, this small family-run hotel offers an authentic Granada experience. Quaint and stylish little hotel in Granada centre, down a few back streets with lots of Graffiti which is a shame as it doesn't set the correct tone for the hotel. It was comfortable, and served our purposes, lovely little courtyard garden and seating area.
The location was wonderful and very pleasant, with a beautiful basilica just nearby and a couple of lovely cafés right on the street. What we appreciated most was the thoughtful attention to small details — an extra heater in the room, another in the bathroom, and the warm hospitality of the staff. The courtyard was beautiful and cozy, a perfect place to unwind after exploring Granada
As a small suggestion...
Nice spot and location in the city. Only reason I gave four instead of five is the walls are quite thin and you can hear your neighbors a decent amount.
I like they have a pretty garden. Room decoration is very traditional. The staffs are very friendly. They provide umbrella for us when it rains. The hotel is not far from train station and also 5 min to bus(21/33) stop to autobus station and Alhambra (C32). We also like they provide a water pot to boil water. I am regret I should pay little more for garden view room.
Lovely hotel in very handy location. 5 minutes from the C32 minibus which goes to the Alhambra entrance. Nice big rooms around a courtyard. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Good shower. Comfy bed. Super value for money.
