Hotels in Granada

No feedback can be provided. My trip was cancelled due to middle east crisis and my hotel booking is with non cancellation. My trip was cancelled beyond my control as my flight was cancelled by the airline. I have wrote to hotel for refund or appeal for credit or postponed my stay and was rejected by the hotel. Trip.com was not able to help on this matter.

Really modern hotel near the train station. Room was lovely and the staff were great...offered us a breakfast picnic because we we're leaving before breakfast! Lovely gastropub with good selection of affordable cocktails.

This hotel was vert close to the train station and very reasonably priced. They had all the facilities we needed, a restaurant with great service and helpful staff. Reception staff were exceptional and helped me print rickets as well. Would highly recommend this hotel if you're travelling to/from the station in granada.

The hotel was basic but well located close to the long-distance train station, right outside a bus stop that would take you straight into the historic centre, and not far from the Metro either. The staff were very friendly although the hotel was a little run down in appearance.

Great hotel. Located near granada rail station. Bus stop in front of hotel. You have to carry your bag up the stairs to the recepcionist. Breakfast is normal. Very close to the centre, the hotel is lovely, always clean. Staff is lovely, Ana was wonderful and such a great person of staff, made our stay that much more personal. Only issue we had was parking, if you’re trying to find some for free it’s quite difficult .

Extremely clean, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk from the Alhambra!

This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Alhambra, which is a plus since it's right by the entrance to the attraction. Beyond that, there's not much to recommend. The breakfast wasn't good, and the service was just okay. Honestly, after experiencing this, I'd highly recommend staying at the Alhambra Palace Hotel instead, it's totally worth it. If they have availability, don't even hesitate....

In no way this can be a 4 star hotel. Good things: staff is friendly, housekeeping outstanding. Bad things: lots of immigrants (they were all friendly though! Stayed here for 2 nights in August. Hotel is lovely, the staff were lovely. The pool was decent, there was lots of flys around there which was annoying, but not the hotels fault. It's a bit far from downtown, and the rooms need bottled water. It would be nice if they had slippers, too. Overall, the facilities are decent.

Great place with great personnel. Had several stays, of several weeks and not a single issue. They even keeps some things I forgot for several months until I got there again. Dinner time is late, but that's the case all around. Food is good, both from the menu and the breakfast. Coffee is great!

I was slightly disappointed with the "boutique" hotel. On the surface , looks like a very nice posh hotel but the room had areas that were showing signs of wear and tear, the bath area wasn't well designed , had water spilling into the bedroom and strangely enough there wasnt a bit in the room. Tidy and smart hotel right in the sweet spot of downtown Granada. Public parking in same block with direct access from the hotel lobby. Good, but not great breakfast buffet. Everything is perfect to me. The room conditions, position where the hotel is located and so on are quite good and sophisticated. Especially Maria, who served us at the breakfast, is so kind and friendly. She made really good and vibrant morning to us with her bright energy.

Really nice people at reception, they really are helpful and genuenily kind, the hotel visibly renewed just one minute from Einstein square. Plenty of parking but you have to pay I strongly recommend the app teleparking to make things easy.

Ate at the cafeteria during my visit to Alhambra, cannot comment on the hotel. The cafeteria is fine but quite pricey. Paid 15 EUR for a tiny portion of tortilla de patata and a shot of salmorejo, which is quite overpriced!! Rest of the dishes were ok but still very expensive so what it was.

You can have the best experience staying inside a palace. However, if you ask me if it's worth the price... I guess it's because I was expecting a more palace-like feel, but inside it's a pretty normal hotel. Of course, there's nothing to be inconvenienced about. They gave us room number one and honestly it was the worst thing that could have happened to us. We could hear the noise from the reception and the cafeteria that's right next door. Obviously, this hotel is not an option for resting.

The location is superb, and I stayed on the rooftop terrace. I loved the apartment and stayed an extra night. Perfectly situated in the city center, this hotel offers a lot of value for the money.
