The location is really great and the room heats up well. The bed was comfortable, which I appreciated. The only thing that really bothered me was the shower head—it was moldy, and I’m quite picky about little hygiene details like that. Breakfast was okay for me, I didn’t have high expectations, and it filled me up. The only downside was the coffee, which was unfortunately quite bad.

Location was great and room looks like the photo. The main issue of this hotel is the breakfast. I paid extra to get breakfast but they only start the breakfast from 8am so I couldn't get them in both days. Alhambra opens at 8.30am so there are tourists need to leave hotel earlier. I have travelled a lot but haven't seen any hotels offering breakfast only after 8am. This was a big waste of money.

Very happy about our stay. #1 the location was spot on! It was a quick and easy walk to centro but was not loud at all from the street noise. Very centrally located, the beds are very comfortable and the facilities are good, as expected for the hotel's category. The hotel has a great location in the city center, about a ten-minute walk from the cathedral and royal chapel. It's very clean every day and quiet at night. There's a common area on the first floor with a kettle and microwave. There's a coffee shop on the sixth floor offering à la carte breakfast, but I didn't try it.

This was OK but not great. Room (108) was very dark and we found it quite noisy. We were disappointed not to have the facility to make a hot drink in our room. However, it was OK for a couple of nights.

The hotel is right across from the Alhambra, and the window looked over a small part of the grounds. This added a restful aspect to the room. However, as a result of its location, hotel wasn't that close to other sites, so we had to take taxis or buses to them.

It was nice, clean, and situated in a fantastic location right in the heart of Granada’s old town. Being steps away from everything made the stay incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It’s a great choice if you want a spotless spot in a prime, central neighborhood.

Perfectly situated in the city center, this hotel offers a lot of value for the money. The building is somewhat old (and the elevator is really slow) but it's very well maintained, the room was immaculate, and the bed was comfortable. Solid room. The style was a little funky but it was nice and in a great location. Service was a bit inconsistent. Some staff bent over backwards, in other instances we had to ask several times for things (eg to have ac fixed) or they couldn’t answer basic questions and didn’t take initiative to get answers. That said, I’d stay there again and these are things that are easy enough to fix.

The room was lovely, with a little sitting area and the hosts were incredibly kind. It’s a family owned and run place and they are delightful. One of us was sick during the stay, which is never fun, and the hosts were willing to go out of their way to help. If you are coming by car pay close attention to the arrival directions. Very good location, but air conditioner was totally broken. Declined to change rooms because it's fully booked. Staff brought a heater instead of changing room, so the room temparature became good enough but no outlet to charge my phones as the heater was connected all the time. USB charger beside an outlet was also broken, it never worked. It wasn't a good experience with that price.

I like they have a pretty garden. Room decoration is very traditional. The staffs are very friendly. They provide umbrella for us when it rains. The hotel is not far from train station and also 5 min to bus(21/33) stop to autobus station and Alhambra (C32). We also like they provide a water pot to boil water. I am regret I should pay little more for garden view room.
