Brilliant location, close to all interesting sites.  Only disappointment was the cooked breakfast I.e scrambled eggs/bacon etc were not very warm, which was a shame because there was plenty of it.  Everything else was great.

Great Location! Nice but small rooms with modern showers. Don’t expect to be greeted with open arms. At dinner, they ignored me and fed everyone but me. A fancy old european hotel located near a really old district in Granada. The room is spacious enough and the bathroom is fancy. Everything is clean though they are old but well-maintained. It is not very near to bus stop and need some walking.

Cute location, but noisy and no shades on the windows which face the apartments, so someone could literally look right in as you shower. Breakfast was okay but there are also vending machines which is nice. Close to most notable tourist locations and plenty of nearby restaurants.

I paid extra to get breakfast but they only start the breakfast from 8am so I couldn't get them in both days. Alhambra opens at 8.30am so there are tourists need to leave hotel earlier. Very centrally located, the beds are very comfortable and the facilities are good, as expected for the hotel's category. The hotel has a great location in the city center, about a ten-minute walk from the cathedral and royal chapel. It's very clean every day and quiet at night. There's a common area on the first floor with a kettle and microwave. There's a coffee shop on the sixth floor offering à la carte breakfast, but I didn't try it.

The hotel is right across from the Alhambra, and the window looked over a small part of the grounds. This added a restful aspect to the room. However, as a result of its location, hotel wasn't that close to other sites, so we had to take taxis or buses to them.

It was nice, clean, and situated in a fantastic location right in the heart of Granada’s old town. Being steps away from everything made the stay incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It’s a great choice if you want a spotless spot in a prime, central neighborhood.

The rustic charm of this place and friendly staff would normally make this a better score but the property has paper thin walls, is in a noisy area (partly because of construction work) and the bathroom did have slight sewage odour despite the valiant efforts of the housekeeping staff. Very good location, but air conditioner was totally broken. Declined to change rooms because it's fully booked. Staff brought a heater instead of changing room, so the room temparature became good enough but no outlet to charge my phones as the heater was connected all the time. USB charger beside an outlet was also broken, it never worked. It wasn't a good experience with that price.
