This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Alhambra, which is a plus since it's right by the entrance to the attraction. Beyond that, there's not much to recommend. The breakfast wasn't good, and the service was just okay. Honestly, after experiencing this, I'd highly recommend staying at the Alhambra Palace Hotel instead, it's totally worth it. If they have availability, don't even hesitate....

In no way this can be a 4 star hotel. Good things: staff is friendly, housekeeping outstanding. Bad things: lots of immigrants (they were all friendly though! But not something you would expect when vacationing) we had a junior suite, it came with one tiny trash can (that was broken), there’s no coffee/tea, no mini fridge and for cups they provided plastic single use ones. Stayed here for 2 nights in August. Hotel is lovely, the staff were lovely. The pool was decent, there was lots of flys around there which was annoying, but not the hotels fault. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel charges for parking but we just parked on the street outside for free and there was plenty of space. The only downside is, it's pretty much in the middle of nowhere on what appeared...

It's a bit far from downtown, and the rooms need bottled water. It would be nice if they had slippers, too. Overall, the facilities are decent.

Great place with great personnel. Had several stays, of several weeks and not a single issue. They even keeps some things I forgot for several months until I got there again. Dinner time is late, but that's the case all around. Food is good, both from the menu and the breakfast. Coffee is great!

The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk everywhere. However, the drive in involves a very narrow road. Parking is available at the hotel, but the soundproofing is terrible – you can clearly hear both the street and the next room.

The location is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was also conveniently close to the bus stop. I was surprised to see the ruins right inside the hotel's main entrance.

They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. I don't like glass door to the bathroom that can't even shut correctly. The room was not huge, but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful l.

Great place to stay in Granada if visiting by car. Close to the ring road with cheap parking (& often free street parking available). Quite a distance from the city centre but a taxi costs less than parking in the centre and there are buses. The locations was perfect for exploring Granada (10 min walk to the bus, which takes you straight into the city and the main attractions). It was easy to find parking on the street as well, although the hotel offers parking for 7 euros per day in their own parking. Clean room, nice personnel, good location.

The hotel presents an average experience overall. While the service is acceptable, the room lacks some essential amenities, such as a mini-fridge and complimentary water or coffee. Furthermore, the restroom is missing basic toiletries. Therefore, I would rate the hotel as average, and I do not anticipate returning.

Great for what we needed and exactly what you would expect. Good price and clean. Restaurant food at night wasn't the best. The fish was littered with bones and the pasta portion was small for the money. Staff are nice. Great Location! Nice but small rooms with modern showers. Don’t expect to be greeted with open arms. At dinner, they ignored me and fed everyone but me. I waited for 40 minutes then became furious when I had to flag down a waiter who had like 100 people to tend too. I stormed out. Eat elsewhere. Many bars and restaurants on the main road with great food.

Everything was very clean. My room was non-smoking, but when Golia entered, it was clear they were smoking. Otherwise, the buffet was excellent, the service was great, and the location was 20 minutes from the center.

We booked a double room with extra bed, but only two beds were provided. On the good side, the location and cleanliness was top tier. Checking in took some time but the receptionist was very nice.

It's clean and nicely furnished, but since it's not a business hotel, there is no refrigerator, safe, or refrigerator.

Spent a night there, good choice, walkable distance to city centre, for parking you can use near underground garage for 10 EUR a day (if you pay through parking web sites). Our room was situated into inner courtyard (seems that hotel is made from more buildings), so don’t expect some city view 🙂 but room was clean, a bit smaller shower, but reasonable. Nice hotel staff. Room was nice but one of the smallest; bed also small and first night was not nice; warm water sometimes cold, in morning noisy airco outside. Breakfast is good with excellent yoghurt. Swimming pool is small but refreshing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is not possible with the hotel and a 3 day stay is expensive when parking in a garage.

The location itself is good, but that also means noise. We slept on the street side, and there were quite a few noisy people passing by. The bathroom facilities are outdated. Internet access isn't guaranteed when the hotel is crowded.

Superb location, smack between shopping , shops & supermarket. Rooms are clean quite spacious for a boutique hotel. Decor slightly dated. But overall quite comfortable. My room has a bathtub that's comes with buid in jacuzzi function, I'm impressed.

The hotel is pretty central in the tourist area but it was still quiet. I was on the 6th floor and had a great view. Some parts of the room looked damaged and the hotel could use a little updating but not a problem.

Really nice people at reception, they really are helpful and genuenily kind, the hotel visibly renewed just one minute from Einstein square. Plenty of parking but you have to pay I strongly recommend the app teleparking to make things easy.

The room was nice and spacious. Luggage could be stored at the front desk. The hotel breakfast was okay, but after staying several nights in a row, I didn't feel like eating it the second day. The air conditioning wasn't very warm, so I caught a bit of a cold.

We got a less-than-ideal room right behind the restaurant. The hotel looks better in the photos. There's paid parking nearby.

The hotel is very well located in the city center. The personnel is very helpful and kind. Our room was big enough for 3 and very clean. The only remark is about the window blinds that were broken and impossible to manage.

A fancy old european hotel located near a really old district in Granada. The room is spacious enough and the bathroom is fancy. Everything is clean though they are old but well-maintained. It is not very near to bus stop and need some walking.

Not quite as well presented as the pictures suggest. Rooms need updating. Expected pool to be available - no info on web site to say not useable.

They gave us room number one and honestly it was the worst thing that could have happened to us. We could hear the noise from the reception and the cafeteria that's right next door. Obviously, this hotel is not an option for resting.

You can't do better for location. Smack in the middle of endless restaurants. Our room was smallish but very clean. The desk clerks, Kathy and Roberto were wonderful. Kathy gave us lots of helpful tips for dining and visiting the Alhambra. Recommend this hotel highly.

Perfect location for Granada tour. And old hotel but we'll maintained and had cozy atmosphere.The host was very kind and helpful. My kids were excited with the duplex structute of the room. Might be a bit noisy if other guest comes in and out late at night since the room was not very soundproof.

The location is really great and the room heats up well. The bed was comfortable, which I appreciated. The only thing that really bothered me was the shower head—it was moldy, and I’m quite picky about little hygiene details like that. Location was great and room looks like the photo. The main issue of this hotel is the breakfast. I paid extra to get breakfast but they only start the breakfast from 8am so I couldn't get them in both days. Alhambra opens at 8.30am so there are tourists need to leave hotel earlier. I have travelled a lot but haven't seen any hotels offering breakfast only after 8am. This was a big waste of money.

Very happy about our stay. #1 the location was spot on! It was a quick and easy walk to centro but was not loud at all from the street noise.
