Good service and hospitality, enjoy good moment there , appreciate
We had a great experience and thanks for all staff. We went to one year old baby and it was very easy to go Alhambra. Thanks to staff we were very comfortable with our baby. We will come back soon.
Lovely hotel right next to the Alhambra, they gave us a free bottle of wine for booking the suite, very reasonable price for how beautiful the hotel was, would recommend
Extremely clean, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk from the Alhambra!
This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Alhambra, which is a plus since it's right by the entrance to the attraction. Beyond that, there's not much to recommend. The breakfast wasn't good, and the service was just okay. Honestly, after experiencing this, I'd highly recommend staying at the Alhambra Palace Hotel instead, it's totally worth it. If they have availability, don't even hesitate....
The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable, clean, and tidy. The hotel environment was quite good, and the service was excellent. Great value for money!

In no way this can be a 4 star hotel. Good things: staff is friendly, housekeeping outstanding. Bad things: lots of immigrants (they were all friendly though! But not something you would expect when vacationing) we had a junior suite, it came with one tiny trash can (that was broken), there’s no coffee/tea, no mini fridge and for cups they provided plastic single use ones. Rooms are not sound proof...
Stayed here for 2 nights in August. Hotel is lovely, the staff were lovely. The pool was decent, there was lots of flys around there which was annoying, but not the hotels fault. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel charges for parking but we just parked on the street outside for free and there was plenty of space. The only downside is, it's pretty much in the middle of nowhere on what appeared...
It's a bit far from downtown, and the rooms need bottled water. It would be nice if they had slippers, too. Overall, the facilities are decent.
Great place with great personnel. Had several stays, of several weeks and not a single issue. They even keeps some things I forgot for several months until I got there again. Dinner time is late, but that's the case all around. Food is good, both from the menu and the breakfast. Coffee is great!
Generally good. The only thing I didn't like was the access.
Dmitry, the receptionist, truly stood out with his remarkable kindness and extensive knowledge of the city. Our curiosity about Granada's traditional hotspots and noteworthy attractions led us to him, and within an astonishingly brief span of 5 minutes, he crafted a tailored compendium of must-visit locales and culinary delights. Every suggestion was tailored precisely to our preferences, reflecting...

Clean and quiet in a good location on a large pedestrian square just outside the  old town. Good breakfast. Not much character but overall pleasant and good value.
Clean room, comfortable bed, good location, nice staff, good wifi.
Excellent location, close to the city center, good access from both the bus and train stations
Stayed for 3 nights, great location for all the tourist sites, restaurants/bars and shopping. We had a great view from our room (412) and it was really spacious, clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities, which are refreshed daily. The flooring in our room was slightly damaged. Real bonus to have the underground parking on site. The staff were so pleasant and friendly. The breakfast...
beautiful hotel in a beautiful place, myself and my partner were here for several nights. we used the spa and pools and loved every moment of it. the rooms were stunning, spotless and spacious, we couldn't hear anything from any other rooms which was also a plus. the staff were friendly (aside from one experience but we were coming for breakfast with only 15 minutes remaining so we do not blame him...

Having traveled to over a dozen cities in Europe and booked hotels of similar caliber, I absolutely have to come back and rave about this hotel in Granada! The staff at the front desk, both male and female, provided excellent service. The hotel itself is well-equipped with amenities, and its location is incredibly central, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I must especially thank the hotel...
The location was great, and the inside was clean. The only minor issue was that the elevator was out of order a few times, but it was still a good stay. Clean, neat, and decent overall.
Exceptional location right in the city center. The airport bus stop is just 50 meters away. It's worth reserving a room facing the main street. Good breakfast and the staff are charming.
A big part of the reason we stay at NH hotels is for the delicious breakfasts. The Victoria’s breakfast was excellent and Maria greeted us promptly each morning and remembered our coffee orders. The room was comfortable except for a leaky bathtub faucet that wasted water and reduced the water pressure of the sprayer. There was a mix-up over servicing our room one day, but it was quickly corrected...
Tidy and smart hotel right in the sweet spot of downtown Granada. Public parking in same block with direct access from the hotel lobby. Good, but not great breakfast buffet. The hostess at the breakfast, Maria, was a gem! Big smiles and very welcoming. Btw: Granada has much more to offer than Cordóba. Fantastic town. Alllow three days minimum.
Everything is perfect to me. The room conditions, position where the hotel is located and so on are quite good and sophisticated. Especially Maria, who served us at the breakfast, is so kind and friendly. She made really good and vibrant morning to us with her bright energy.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, great location and access to the spa which was delightful. Complementary wine and treats offered in the rooms. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars are 1) the beds were not that comfortable. They were quite jiggly so every time my partner moved, I would feel it (I’m also a sensitive sleeper in general) but this was a particular issue...
My mother & I had a lovely stay at the Palacio de Los Patos. The hotel property is gorgeous and very well maintained. All members of staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Very good hotel, good location, quiet, clean, good breakfast. Walking distance to the main attractions,
Fantastic location and great value for money. The hotel's interior design is beautiful, and the rooftop terrace is an absolute gem, offering amazing skyline views of Granada's main attractions. Highly recommended! I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit. It's less than 100 meters from City Hall, making it super convenient for all the Holy Cross festivities!
Ambiance: Great Service: Good attitude
This hotel in Granada is truly charming and rustic. Tucked away in a narrow alley, walking on the cobblestone streets felt like stepping back into medieval Spain. The chandeliers in the lobby, the antique cabinets, and the paintings on the walls all whispered tales of times gone by. The hotel's ambiance gave us a taste of old-world European elegance. The room size was perfectly adequate; we could easily...
The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk everywhere. However, the drive in involves a very narrow road. Parking is available at the hotel, but the soundproofing is terrible – you can clearly hear both the street and the next room.
We loved our stay at the Sercotel Palacio de los Gamboa in Granada and would highly recommend it to other travelers. We had 2 single beds (NOT pushed together, as we often get in Europe). They were very comfortable and we slept well. Our room overlooked a quiet courtyard. Breakfast was a nice buffet-style breakfast, served in the restaurant attached to the hotel. We had a fantastic stay at Eurostars Gran Vía in Granada. The service was outstanding — genuinely warm, super friendly, and always helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a great bathroom and a lovely powerful shower. Great hotel in superb location. Located within walking distance of Granada’s Cathedral and vibrant downtown. The hotel is clean, well organised and has very good and professional staff. The room was very clean, spacious, and offered excellent views as well as relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely return to this hotel on any future visits.
GOOD LOCATION, GOOD SERVICE, FREE UPGRADE, CLEAN AND CLOSE TO THE MAIN STREET
The location is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was also conveniently close to the bus stop. I was surprised to see the ruins right inside the hotel's main entrance.
They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. I don't like glass door to the bathroom that can't even shut correctly. The room was not huge, but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful l.

Great place to stay in Granada if visiting by car. Close to the ring road with cheap parking (& often free street parking available). Quite a distance from the city centre but a taxi costs less than parking in the centre and there are buses. The room is bright and has the essentials (but neither a safe nor a fridge) and the heating (for a winter visit) is outstanding. Early check-in is good value...
The locations was perfect for exploring Granada (10 min walk to the bus, which takes you straight into the city and the main attractions). It was easy to find parking on the street as well, although the hotel offers parking for 7 euros per day in their own parking. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the room service food: very tasty and healthy. The breakfast could use a few improvements...
Clean room, nice personnel, good location.
The hotel presents an average experience overall. While the service is acceptable, the room lacks some essential amenities, such as a mini-fridge and complimentary water or coffee. Furthermore, the restroom is missing basic toiletries. Therefore, I would rate the hotel as average, and I do not anticipate returning.
Great for what we needed and exactly what you would expect. Good price and clean. Restaurant food at night wasn't the best. The fish was littered with bones and the pasta portion was small for the money. Staff are nice. Maybe the TV could incorporate a few more English language channels as you are a,tourist international hotel.
As the saying goes, it's an Ibis, so you get exactly what you pay for. The room was perfectly fine for a short stay—it was clean, though a bit on the small side. My main issue was the strong cigarette smell coming from the bathroom, which was really annoying. The staff experience was a bit weird; some were lovely and super welcoming, but others seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else. I skipped...

Brilliant location, close to all interesting sites.  Only disappointment was the cooked breakfast I.e scrambled eggs/bacon etc were not very warm, which was a shame because there was plenty of it.  Everything else was great.
This hotel is a converted monastery, so it might be a bit old, but it has a really great atmosphere! The staff at the front desk were also very friendly! The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit far; you have to walk for about 10 minutes with your luggage 😅 If you're staying here, I suggest getting out of your car on the main road in front of the entrance to drop off your luggage first, because...
Rooms are nice but a bit on the small side. Located next to elementary school, so noise can be an issue. Overall good, not great.
The hotel is housed in a former monastery; the complex includes a church with an active congregation, and next to it, on the same grounds, is a school with various sports facilities used daily by the school and presumably also by clubs – yet there was no significant noise disturbance, neither in the mornings nor in the evenings. The hotel building's interior has been rather blandly renovated, and the...
I highly recommend this place for its friendly service and excellent value. However, please note one essential point and one drawback. The essential point is that you must book a room with a terrace to fully appreciate its charm. The drawback, of course, only applies to those traveling by car: there's no parking. There's a good parking spot within five minutes, but as of November 2025, it costs 24...
Great Location! Nice but small rooms with modern showers. Don’t expect to be greeted with open arms. At dinner, they ignored me and fed everyone but me. I waited for 40 minutes then became furious when I had to flag down a waiter who had like 100 people to tend too. I stormed out. Eat elsewhere. Pros: great location, fair (not cheap prices), solid customers service and housekeeping Cons: they need to fire their plumber (bathroom had sewage smell coming off from toilet and bidet), and AC tech (they turn off cooling in winter, thus no other way to circulate air or cool the room down but opening windows). Electrician also showed up on day 3 to swap out faulty bathroom switch).
We stayed here for 3 nights. It’s quite close to the center, around 10-15 mins walk, but it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Staffs were polite and attentive, we didn’t have any issue. Spent a night there, good choice, walkable distance to city centre, for parking you can use near underground garage for 10 EUR a day (if you pay through parking web sites). Our room was situated into inner courtyard (seems that hotel is made from more buildings), so don’t expect some city view 🙂 but room was clean, a bit smaller shower, but reasonable. Nice hotel staff. All fine 👍
Room was nice but one of the smallest; bed also small and first night was not nice; warm water sometimes cold, in morning noisy airco outside. Breakfast is good with excellent yoghurt. Swimming pool is small but refreshing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is not possible with the hotel and a 3 day stay is expensive when parking in a garage.
The location itself is good, but that also means noise. We slept on the street side, and there were quite a few noisy people passing by. The bathroom facilities are outdated. Internet access isn't guaranteed when the hotel is crowded.
Everything was great and very close to the center. Well-connected in general.

The location is really great and the room heats up well. The bed was comfortable, which I appreciated. The only thing that really bothered me was the shower head—it was moldy, and I’m quite picky about little hygiene details like that. Breakfast was okay for me, I didn’t have high expectations, and it filled me up. The only downside was the coffee, which was unfortunately quite bad.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The breakfast was nice as well, but what really stood out was the staff: incredibly helpful, polite, and genuinely welcoming. We lost our power adapters, and they immediately offered us a couple to use. When we weren’t entirely sure about the room we had booked, they kindly showed us another option without hesitation...
I booked this hotel for a one-night stay to see the Alhambra, and the location is great. Despite being a three-star hotel, it's incredibly clean. I highly recommend it.
Hotel was at center of Granada and all the attractions are accessible within 30 minutes walk. Staff was really helpful and guided us briefly.
Location was great and room looks like the photo. The main issue of this hotel is the breakfast. I paid extra to get breakfast but they only start the breakfast from 8am so I couldn't get them in both days. Alhambra opens at 8.30am so there are tourists need to leave hotel earlier. I have travelled a lot but haven't seen any hotels offering breakfast only after 8am. This was a big waste of money.
Very happy about our stay. #1 the location was spot on! It was a quick and easy walk to centro but was not loud at all from the street noise. AC in the room was cranking so that was very nice to be able to comfortably sleep! Staff was super friendly and for the price the rooms were excellent. Would definitely recommend.
