The hotel is quite clean, well-kept. The rooms were cleaned daily. The food was tasty and varied. There is no all-inclusive, only full board, meaning drinks are not included, you have to buy them. It was quiet. Each room has an iron. The beach is a 7-minute walk away. I say the price-quality ratio is worth it. I think I will come again.

Great hotel to be close to Cataluna Center as I wanted to take the blue bus back to the airport .  Clean well partition room and bathroom spaces with added perk of balcony seating. Hotel was so nice to keep my luggage.  Great perk to provide complimentary cava sparkling wine and coffee Nespresso machine capsules.

we had a balcony with seaview , that was really good . there are many diner options surrounding the hotel. the small swimming pool is placed strangely , as in a shop window.... do not understand. the breakfast was not super , the coffee was old the bread hard.

Location is good. The corridors when walking towards your room is very dark and warm - no ventilation. Lobby space is very small, limited seats.

The hotel initially assigned us a terrible room right next to the elevator, with a constant dripping sound and a window facing an air shaft, making the air circulation poor. After communicating with the front desk, they changed us to another room of the same type, which was much better. So, if you book this hotel, remember to speak up if you're not satisfied. The room was quite new and spacious enough for two large suitcases to lie flat. The bedding was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. OK but don’t pay for “Gran” Ultonia There are two hotels here - the 4 star ‘Gran’ Ultonia and the regular 3 star Ultonia. I paid for a Gran Ultonia room but realised after the first night I’d been placed in a regular Ultonia room. Not the end of the world but no real point in paying for the nicer hotel and room since it seems you can end up in a more basic room anyway.

Major renovation on the entrance and ground floor meant the cafe which was listed as a feature was under construction. There was no mention of the renovation at the time of booking. The roof terrace is a great feature but there was a private party on the evening we were there which occupied 80% of the space where all the best seating and views are. Very modern style of hotel, may not be to everyone’s taste but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was very good but during busy times in the dining room not such a pleasant experience, as queuing seemed to be disorganised. The swimming pool was dated and cleaning system really needed to be maintained a little more. Didn’t use because of this but the beaches were only about a 5minute walk away.

We just back from a week at this hotel. I understand the figuration of the shower is strange but it's functional. The staff team were excellent throughout the hotel. The food was varied and there was something for all tastes. We throughly enjoyed our stay, it's close to all amenities. Particularly liked the jacuzzi and the night they had a chocolate fountain.

Very friendly personal. We had a problem with the toilet which was very fast repaired also if it was Sunday. The room was super clean, there is a glas bottle of watet for free also to fill up. They had also an iron which was useful as we headed to a wedding. Everything fine for the prize. Can really recommend this hotel. The view out of a window was also ok.

the location of this hotel is amazing. transport, cafes, bikes, pharmacies, metro, trams and etc. everything’s in close proximity. The hotel itself is okay, the breakfast buffet is expensive though. What I really love is the refillable water stations (and coffee machines with capsules) on some of the floors.

It's a real bummer. I don't recommend coming here. I don't recommend any hotel near the beach in Lloret de Mar. They are very run-down, with poor facilities, average service attitude, and bad restaurants. They don't deserve 4 stars at all. But the sea view is nice. I recommend staying in a resort hotel in Lloret de Mar if you want to come.

The standard room was really big and well furnished. Everything was okay, with the exception of wi-fi that was not working properly, switching off for long periods.  Also need to notice that the walls were so thin that I could clearly hear scandals in the room next door.

The hotel is a bit far from the Old Town attractions, but still walkable—around 20 minutes—and on a nice day, it’s actually a pleasant walk. EV CHARGER ON SITE! 0.4 EUR/kw. We used that as a one night stop and work during the day. It is okay for that. A little outdated but the staff is lovely and thats is compensating it! The Internet/wifi is unstable. Need to as the receptionist to restet it to work in the room.

A good 1 night stay; the rooms were clean and spacious but in need of modernising. The staff were helpful and the car park felt very secure to leave the car overnight. Expect a walk of around 20-30 minutes to reach the old town.

Staff were very helpfull, clean room. Shuttle to the airport at a reasonnable price (39EU). Water temperature in the shower was not hot and the small swimming pool on the roof was not heated so no one went swimming. The beach was just in front of the Hotel. The front desk service of the hotel was good. I arrived at 9:00 in the morning, and usually I can check in at 3:00 in the afternoon. I asked if I could check in early, and they immediately arranged a room for me if it was available. The room is large, clean and comfortable. Very bright. This hotel is all you need for an easy going and smooth accommodation in Barcelona. I was there for a month, for work. Very nice rooms, great location, but what really stands out is the excellent staff. From Raquel to Olga and from Ali to Javier, everybody have been of much help and top service, always with a smile on their faces! Cannot express how thankful I am towards them all.
