While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

The hotel is neglected, the parking lot is dirt with holes, and the lighting is poor at night. They don't inform you that all the restaurants will be closed, and you have to queue to get in. As for PortAventura World, the theme park is awful. I don't plan to ever return unless they change their system of charging for everything.

At the moment we are staying here and the hotel and service are just fine. The reception is helpful and tries to think along with you. Breakfast is good, although it can sometimes get busy. We don’t eat here otherwise, so I can’t say much more about that. Unfortunately, reserving sunbeds with towels does happen, but in general you can still find a spot. Hotel Majestic is a wonderful hotel with excellent staff like Alba . Although she is a trainee staff, she executed the checkin process professionally and most importantly, she upgrade us to a junior suite. We stayed for 2 days, but we were not happy with the shower, the water used to leak into the main room. And the the tea or coffee in the room was never refilled. The food choices in the restaurant was not great so we had food outside. But it was decent not the great experience.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide choice. The hotel is bigger than we expected and the rooms were a little noisy but it was run well and we had no issues. It’s between Cambrils and Salou and you would need to walk 30mins. There are taxis/buses available either. Would stay again.

We visited the hotel with our Family and had a family room with two sleeping rooms. The room and the hotel overall were clean, friendly staff and the food selection (half board) was very good. The beach is only a 5 minutes walk and there are a lot of shops, restaurants and supermarkets next to the hotel. We used the Train to Barcelona (-70 minutes) for a day trip. A great experience as usual. Thrid year going to the this hotel and the Aqua group becomes one of our favorite in Cataluña. Super quiet even with full capacity, the service in the restaurant is awesome and professional, you can ask for anything and they will do their best for you. The overall hotel experience was good and we couldn’t fault the staff. However, the bed sheets didn’t appear to be changed that often and I had to request clean towels as we were still using the same ones after 4 days. The breakfast & dinner buffets were good with lots of variety too. We probably would return and hope the room issues are rectified to improve the overall experience.

My mum and I have been staying at the Delfin for a few years now. We like it’s a bit smaller so the staff get to know you. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It’s an ideal location just a few minutes walk the beach, promenade and lots of shops and restaurants. There are at least 3 supermarkets within a 2 minute walk. Food was okay some nights wasn’t great and same food throughout the week and not a lot of variety. Hotel itself very clean and friendly staff. Always cleaners in daily ensuring you have clean towels and the rooms are cleaned. In a good walking distance to the beach etc.

The H10 Delfin is spotlessly clean and is situated a short walk away from the beach where you can if desired hire sun loungers/ umbrellas for 10 Euro each per day.
