Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was lovely, very big shower, no bath which wasn’t an issue for us and the room was slightly small. All the staff were friendly, the pool areas were nice with a nice place area for kids. Only issue is that people were reserving sunbeds from before 8am and weren’t appearing to use them until atleast 1pm. We chose the half board option, the food...
The hotel is very large, it has two large buildings connected by a covered walkway, the main building, with the reception, is curved, the other is L-shaped. Check-in went smoothly, Patricia, young and professional, welcomed us. We had All Inclusive. We paid 4.5 Euros per day for the safe plus a 20 Euros deposit. The room was very clean, the towels were changed daily. The maids do an excellent job and...
While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. I hope the hotel considers including these to enhance the guest experience
Is our last day here, for 6 days we had an amazing time, the staff was very friendly, and clean place, and the all-inclusive service and every activity were fantastic. The pool was clean too and I liked that the staff focused on the rules.
Genuinely a nice and clean, affordable hotel to use a base to explore salou. If I was someone who spent more time in the hotel and less on the beach and surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t recommend it. The pools are not big enough to accommodate the volume of customers and aren’t much to look at. The food isn’t worth paying any extra to be all inclusive/half board as there isn’t much choice and it...
The Hotel was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. There were no rush to put towels on loungers as there were plenty of beds available. No long queue at the bar or at the restaurant. Entertainment was great, mini arcade was a bonus for my 12 yr old.walk to the shops were 2 min away. I have not got one single fault with the hotel. I look forward to returning with my family.

We had a wonderful stay at the MedPlaya Hotel Santa Eloi in Tossa de Mar! The hotel is set in a lovely, peaceful location surrounded by pine trees, which gives it a relaxing, holiday village feel. The pool area was fantastic — plenty of space for both adults and children, and we never struggled too much to find a sunbed. The kids absolutely loved the mini club and entertainment team, who worked hard...
The hotel has many advantages but also some disadvantages. The meals are mediocre; while lunches and dinners were okay, breakfasts were very monotonous. It is worth noting the cleanliness of the rooms and the nice facilities for children. It's nice that the place is quite intimate, and the drinks are decent and not based on some ready-made products from cartons. The distance from Tossa is a bit of...
On arrival, the hotel made a great first impression – it really does look like a castle, just as it was described. Due to our early morning flight from England, the hotel room wasn’t ready when we arrived at the hotel. The staff were helpful and stored our suitcases in a locked room and allowed us access to our belongings whenever we requested it. Thankfully, we didn’t wait around for more than a couple...
Holiday through TUI for 8 people (3 rooms). A great hotel for kids (18 months & nearly 3 yrs), they loved the kiddies pool & the entertainment staff (especially the face painting). Fantastic bedrooms, recently refurbished, cleaned daily. If I had to pick a negative, then the restaurant could have been bigger & perhaps some cuisine theme nights would have been nice (they did have the pizza restaurant...
Came here a few weeks ago. Room and food were lovely, I recommend upgrading to all inclusive so you get drinks included. Pizza restaurant really nice. Only slight gripe is I wish it was closer to the beach but I guess they can't do anything about that haha. An extra shuttle bus in the middle of the day would be good.
What a great place this is. Full credit to the staff here too they are all doing a great job! The apartments are brilliant and fully fitted for what you need, air con gets ice cold. We had a problem and it stopped working, reported to reception within 2 hours it was fixed. Lots of kids activities on which our 6Y.O loved. The entertainment staff was absolutely brilliant especially in the mini disco...

The location is good rooms are basic but clean. This hotel is advertised as 5 star. We have been here a few times and only thing thats changed is new sun loungers and from 4 star to 5 star. Definately not 5. The first room we was given had one plug socket which we couldnt reach and no balcony. The food was same choice every day although the food was nice. Before when we stayed they used to mix it up...
Firstly, the hotel had a Good location, friendly staff and good food. Disappointing that the snack bar was closed during our stay and all inclusive drinks was limited and only until 10:30, hot drinks were also limited to morning times. Entertainment was lacklustre and mainly for an older audience. The hotel rooms were basic but were cleaned daily. Overall an ok stay, but you could get better for the...
The hotel was advertised as 4* but it definitely was not, we had to pay an additional €300 to have a family room as the standard rooms were surrounded by young, rude children running around knocking on doors and playing loud music, along with spitting over the balcony. They have a roof top bar, which is brilliant and Joel who runs that bar is the most kind and friendly member of staff but unfortunately...
Great food, cleanliness at a high level. The only complaint is the occasional noise made by the excursions.
Staff at reception and cleaning staff were very polite and not aggressive so that's 5 stars for service. Our shower drain wasn't working properly, the water was flooding, so we left a note while we were away and they fixed it. Rooms were difficult to find at first. But the restaurant and reception are very easy to locate thanks to pointers and signs with arrows on the floor. I haven't tried the pool...

This was a great place to stay. Rooms were clean. Staff were all lovely There was a fairly extensive drink menu for all inclusive. Food was okay (nothing to worry home about) but there was something for everyone. Entertainment was local and seemed like a lot of fun. Children all seemed to be entertained and happy. A few people taking advantage of the all inclusive drinks but that can't be helped. Check...
stayed here many times grat family hotel / food great / easy walking o shoping malls
We went in September 2025 for our honeymoon. The hotel was very clean and modern. It is a very busy hotel, so keep in mind the queues and lack of sunbeds. The food was not great, same things everyday with a slight change, not much flavour. But I think food and taste is different for everyone. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk to what I call the strip, which then leads down to the beach (in all about...
Disappointing Breakfast was ok but food was cold, other meals offered were overcooked / undercooked even freshly cooked meats and fish were left to go cold. I had suckling pig pieces which were either very fatty or so hard you could not bite it. Some of the cutlery was dirty. We were dissapointed. When we arrived we were given a timetable for meals which was incorrect and the receptionist even underlined...
We stayed at Hotel Jaime I as a family and overall had a decent experience. The staff were mixed; some were very friendly while others came across quite rude. It did feel like if you could speak Spanish they would engage more, otherwise not as much. The bartenders, however, were excellent, always welcoming and fun to chat with. With the all-inclusive package, the endless drinks at the bar were a real...
I was on the reserve as to what to expect from this resort hotel. But to my surprise a solid 4 star. Even in peak season it was reasonably quite for a good night rest. Lots of entertainment durning the night and day. Food was excellent. Workers are very friendly. I just didn't give a 5 star because of location (which is still very close to beach). I recommend the all included package. Highly recommended...

Pretty and nice beach. Everything is clean and nice to enjoy for vacation
The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.
The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.
The rooms are a bit old, and while it's a popular spot for influencers, it definitely doesn't live up to the price. The service was bad; it took forever to check in. Breakfast had limited options, the fruit wasn't fresh, and the service was incredibly slow and inefficient. I won't be staying here again.
First off, a huge shout-out to the service! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, always with a genuine smile, and patiently answered all our questions. It wasn't just the front desk; every staff member throughout the hotel, from the pool attendants to the restaurant servers, made us feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued. What a disappointment!!! This was our second visit to this campsite, but the disappointment came when we wanted to extend our stay!!! Lovely campsite with great pools, very clean. Yes there's hills but we are able to get from A to B, the shuttle can pick you up every 15 minutesif you don't fel like walking. small supermarkets on site. Staff very friendly. Don't listen to bad reviews
Expensive campsite that is beautifully situated on the beach, with opportunities for walks along the coastal route (Camino de Ronda). Expensive because the camping spots do not meet the description on the site (directly on the beach so you are nice and high up but certainly not directly on the beach because those are all houses), because the sanitary facilities are on a 50 meter climb lower, are very...

Can't quite believe the negativity of some of the reviews. Yes, the camp is hilly but it's not Everest. It might be difficult with very young children or people with reduced mobility, but not really for older children or adults. Get in shape. We stayed in a Vista Plus. We visit the hotel for over 25 years now, we have seen a lot of changes. I won't say they all are positive but for us the hotel is fine. I agree that 4* is to high back in the day the hotel was 3* but since the spa is there they get 4*... What people wrote about unclean rooms with dust and insects ect I have never seen that. This hotel is fabulous. So central to everything. Food - where do I start. Such a selection and the freshness of it was lovely. I’m coeliac and oh do they know how to cater for coeliac people. Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Barcelona was exceptional — easily one of the best five-star hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Been twice and The attractions and the beautiful landscape with great feeling is a solid 5-star as long as you spend some extra money on fast passes. Beautiful Spanish style hotel. Very pleasant rooms, which maintain a fairly high temperature for the winter period. Friendly staff. A fairly spacious buffet. You can't choose from a very large offer, but everything that is presented is of good quality.
Sleeping right inside the park is definitely part of the experience: I highly recommend it, as it's very pleasant to be able to walk to the attractions and soak up the atmosphere. However, several aspects are disappointing: • The self-check-in system is very unreliable. • The queue to collect your room key feels like you're already queuing for an attraction. • The staff is unfriendly and handles...
Just back from a week at the hotel, Dont trust all the 1 star reviews, the rooms can do with some modernisation however all was clean and cleaned daily, The bathroom restocked daily, The staff we're all great and nearly everyone speaks english. The hotel experience wasn't good or bad, to be honest. It doesn't seem like a 4-star hotel, but being in the park, you think you'll get some perks, but no. The hotel is neglected, the parking lot is dirt with holes, and the lighting is poor at night. They don't inform you that all the restaurants will be closed, and you have to queue to get in. As for PortAventura World, the theme park is awful. I don't plan to ever return unless they change their system of charging for everything.

Stayed here years ago and decided to come back. It's not as cheap as it was but then what is ? The food has improved, can't really fault it, lots of choice and plenty of meat options. Great location for a quiet family holiday. Close to the beach. Kids pool with a slide and large pool with a big area where little ones can play (about 0.7m depth). Food was okay some nights wasn’t great and same food throughout the week and not a lot of variety. Hotel itself very clean and friendly staff. Always cleaners in daily ensuring you have clean towels and the rooms are cleaned. In a good walking distance to the beach etc.
The H10 Delfin is spotlessly clean and is situated a short walk away from the beach where you can if desired hire sun loungers/ umbrellas for 10 Euro each per day. The hotel has two pools on ground level and a small pool on the rooftop ( access from level 6). I purchased a towel from a nearby shop for 5 Euros but you can also hire a towel from the hotel if you wish for sunbed use at the hotel. The...
We stayed at the h10 for a week at the end of August/start of September and our room had some issues in the bathroom but the staff were so good at sorting it out, they got a maintenance man up straight away and when the maintenance man couldn’t resolve the issue, they insisted on moving us rooms to get us a better room with a better bathroom, the staff genuinely cared about the quality of our trip...
We had an excellent stay at this hotel for 9 nights. Staff - They are very kind and will always be around, taking orders and clearing tables. The entertainment staff are very enthusiastic and it is clear they love their jobs. Rooms - The rooms are good sized and well air conditioned. We loved the large/powerful shower. Rooms are cleaned exceptionally well every day. All cleaning staff are very friendly...
We stayed for 7 nights in June 2025. Great variety of good food, different dishes everyday to choose from. If you don't like something from the menu then you must be extremely picky. We found the staff very pleasant and obliging. The daytime entertainment was pretty good fun organised by Dani and Mariana so a big shout out to both of them as they interacted with everyone who joined in with massive...

Excellent! Very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent, very good, excellent.
The large glass windows couldn't be opened, and I personally prefer ventilation and fresh air. The soundproofing was poor. I could hear kids running upstairs, someone coughing next door, and the room next to mine being cleaned with constant banging for a whole morning. There might be a disco nearby too, as the dynamic DJ music kept going until late into the night... Even though I had the 'do not...
Facilities: Good Ambiance: Good Cleanliness: Good Service: Average The location is great, right by the sea. The rooms are huge and the decor is very suitable for summer – you could even shoot a movie here! It's really good, and there's also a Michelin three-star restaurant to dine at. It's excellent.
Absolutely phenomenal hotel .The staff here is very well trained. The room we had is beautiful with views. The location is beautiful and right next to the beach. They even have a free shuttle from the hotel to plaça Catalunya.  We loved our time here and we are so sad to have left and wish we could be there longer. The service is excellent too. We love our time here and can’t wait to come back !
Stayed at a fantastic hotel in Barcelona. I've also stayed at hotels from this brand in places like Shanghai and Nanjing, and they've always been great! Planning to book 'her' again on my next trip to Barcelona, it's truly wonderful!
We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Arts in Barcelona. The suite had an incredible panoramic view of the city and the Mediterranean which made the stay memorable. The room was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and always kind which made everything feel easy and relaxed. A 5-star experience from start to finish.

There was nothing terribly wrong with the hotel, just a few niggles which meant that we wouldn't return. 1: No tea and coffee facilities in the room which in a hotel pertaining to be 4* is poor. You can hire a kettle with cups and sugar included, but at €25 per week+ a deposit we declined. 2: The nighttime entertainment was only on 3 nights and all of this was aimed at the Spanish guests. Okay we were...
I’ve recently returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel to celebrate my friends 21st birthday and it was honestly amazing. I had absolutely no complaints about this hotel when usually i manage to pick faults straight away. Food and drink - There was plenty of different foods to chose from, I am not a picky eater but there was something for everyone, the only one thing I could say about the food is...
Hotel has a massive problem with mosquitoes inside the hotel. Lots of people full of bites although many like myself wore repellent. Trying to have a drink in the bar at night was awful as we were constantly bombarded with mosquitoes. Even in the restaurant the mosquitoes were settling on the glasses and food. I have never been biten so many times even when in the Caribbean. The lifts, toilets,bar...
It was a good stay at the hotel, we didn't face any problems. The rooms are good, but the air conditioning doesn't work. If you have a room overlooking the highway, it will be difficult to open the balcony door to get some air in, as the air conditioning won't work because the cars will disturb you and make it difficult to sleep. The food was good and varied.
The experience you get from this hotel will fully depend on who you are. English will not have a great time. Spanish guest get better service. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to ask about whether they had allergy lists above the food due to me and my daughter both having an allergy to peanuts, I never received a reply. We noticed the use of nuts on on certain foods but with no labelling at all...
hotel is in a quite part of cambrils with a lovely beach just a two minute walk away. the rooms was very clean and house keeping came every morning. wardrobe had plenty of space and beds were comfy. the food was okay. same food every day so did get a bit boring and chicken wasn’t always cooked fully. but i would go back again and did enjoy my stay.

Stayed last September for 7 days ( wished it were longer) 3 adults and 3 children 17, 12,1. Had the best time ever. Couldn’t fault any part at all. From food, rooms, entertainment, pools staff and the bonus of its own private immaculate beach. With fish that swim round your feet. Staff were amazing , especially with the kids and entertainment. ( we now have children that speak Spanish). My Grandaughter...
We had a blast here. Amazing hotel with friendly staff en paradise for children with a water playground with multiple slides. A warm inside pool and a nice outdoor pool The beach is beautiful. The food fine. Ideal for picky kids because of the neutral flavour of some basic foods like spaghetti or lasagna. My kids liked the fresh baked pizza the most. The beach was very beautiful. Nice holiday overall...
My wife and I have been staying here during the 1st week of October for the last 8 years (kids are grown up so it's a quiet break for us both on our anniversary). The staff are always very helpful and polite(even during meal times when they always look stressed). The rooms are small and basic but cleaned on a daily basis (leave the towels on the floor in the bathroom and they are replaced). There is...
Came with 21 family members here now, 2nd time in salou 1st time at dorada palace , food isn't the best here and location, few bars and restaurants outside the hotel, taxis into salou are expensive in my opinion. Mobility scooter are ok and it's a lovely ride into salou 20 mins along the beach front. I would come back but self catering. Rooms cleaned every and staff are lovely. Pools are warm.lovely...
It was clean, the staffs were amazing, very friendly.
Beautiful views, fine clean sand, a cozy bay and enough space on the beach. The rooms are quite cozy, for 4 person was a plenty of room. In the room was a hairdryer, bedclothes were changed every three days, towels each day, in a toilet there wasn't an extractor hood, as a result, the air in the bathroom was constantly humid and poorly ventilated. The corridors are covered with old, worn-out carpet...

Everything was very nice. Except we had a room with a smelly toilet. Location, food perfect, all staff trying for their best, can't say anything bad.
We booked this hotel based on good reviews and seeking to avoid Lloret de Mar. At just under £1000 for 6 nights for the three of us, half board, it was a good deal. We were considering a score of 4 but have downgrade to 3 upon final review. The hotel overall is a nice family hotel sited away from but not far from the beach. We experienced undisturbed sleep. We enjoyed the bar where service was...
Our stay has been great. Enjoyed every moment of our stay . Staff were cheerful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Food was good . Especially the breakfast was excellent with variety of cheese bread biscuits fruit and English breakfast.
Staff at the bar area really nice and friendly, restaurant staff nice as well. Rooms basic but very clean. Beds firm but comfy We were just bed and breakfast- breakfast good plenty selection hot or continental- plenty even for fussy eaters like me. About 15 mins walk to the lively side bars/ restaurants 5 min walk to the beach Costal walks good
Service is top. Very very nice and helpfulll.
I must say the food surprised me with how nice it was however after a few days it does get a little bit repetitive if you're staying there for 7 days +. Rooms were always cleaned well. Things I would improve is leaving non slippery mats next to the pools as many kids slipped over and bumped the heads (even whilst walking so it wasn't the case of children running). The plates definitely need to be cleaned...
